What struck me about this restaurant is how sparkling clean it was. Not just in the absence of dust but the surfaces really look well tended to. This is also the one restaurant that I did enjoy how they prepared their Osuga (Akeyo), an indigenous type of vegetable. There's also plenty of seating space. The waiters are kind and helpful. Oh and they play good Rhumba music while you partake your food. Probably not the best washrooms and the price is a bit higher. All in all, it's a restaurant worth the try.

The food and service was great. Location is sometimes the challenge if looking for parking and some promotions happening at Safaricom next door are sometimes too loud otherwise it's a great location especially evwnings when surrounding is quite

I visited for Dinner with my brother, we were welcomed warmly at the entrance. The Service from TIMO was excellent he was so professional and friendly...he understands the assignment. Very tasty foods

A good place to meet with friends/colleagues after work. Has friendly staff & must commend them for their great ambience. You should try their balcony seats overlooking the city, fantastic view. Enjoyed their dawa but had a bit of an issue with the samosa, it didn't taste that fresh

The place is amazing with wonderful dish options. Prepared in the traditional methods. Had their fried beef and I could tell it's pasture raised and less fatty. Thier Osuga is top notch and their brown ugali leaves your stomach full for the next 48hrs. Any person from the lakeside who has not visited the establishment is really missing out

This is one of the best outlets in the Nairobi CBD for traditional African Cuisine. You must definitely try the Athola or Ox Liver with brown ugali.

We went with a group of friends for a birthday celebration. They allowed us to come out own cake since they don't do pastries. The manager was friendly and organised for us to have tables joined together. Orders didn't take long. Chicken was abit hard since it was the kienyeji type. The rest of the food was okay. The waiter who was waiting on us was really good (Pascale)

I've been going to this restaurant for the last 5years now and it's honestly one of the best places to eat around CBD and also very cheap and affordable. Friendly staff and good meals as well.

I visited this restaurant today and the interior looks so good.The food is delicious and affordable.The only thing I didn't like is the slow service.Alot of customers but very few waiters.Ordering food may take awhile.
