Numerous issues encountered at the observatory branch. 1) I paid R630 for interior valet service which I was told is a 4hr inside clean as well as an outside wash and dry. Much to my surprise it’s a normal wash and dry which can be done at a much affordable price elsewhere. 2) Incomplete wash. I had to come back on two days because on the 1st day they couldn’t finish the job and the second day the rushed to finish. Quite disappointed. Numerous areas that was missed and I had to point out. 3) Please employ managers who know what they are doing and have decent customer service skills. Otherwise it paints a bad image for your business.

I have used this as my run to car wash since they started (many years back, not sure when mind you) and have never had any particular issues nor bad experiences. Sometimes it's just a wash and vacuum and other times full polish. Quite pricey in my opinion but the convenience and good service override the hassles of shopping around. In my case extremely convenient as I work mostly within walking distance.

I have been supporting Thunder Brothers (Obz Car Wash) since 2018 and have always been satisfied with their service. I no longer live in Observatory but still make the mission to give my Land Rover Defender the TLC it deserves. Thanks Bernie and her team for taking special care, you are all amazing!

I recently used Thunder Brothers Observatory for the first time. My car had been stuck in mud over a rainy weekend and was filthy inside and out. I dealt with Tonny who was courteous and helpful, gave me great customer service. My car was done on time and I was very happy with end result.

I have been attending this Carwash since 2014. Excellent service and good quality products used. Their attention to detail is impeccable. Manager (Bernie) is always in the bays inspecting the cars and the staff pay excellent attention to details. 8 yrs later and I’m still happy.

My car needed a proper clean, including undercarriage, after 2 hours on a dirt road. My car looked brand new after interior and exterior clean, wash and polish. Bernie and her team are excellent! Highly recommended!

Severely lazy car wash. Got my car back and had to finish the job when I got home and saw it in the light. Not worth the 400 ZAR they'll charge you for the wash!

This business is great for cars and I would definitely recommend them. However, I would not recommend using them for a Motorcycle.
