Dissapointing service since change of ownership. Used to always go there to get my car washed, but service has gone down since they have changed ownership. The prices also went up quite a bit. Went there on a Sunday morning. The lady told me it would take two and a half hours, I agreed as we had to go to the shop. Two a half hours later, I noticed my car hadn't been touched yet. I went to go ask, and they told me it was going to take 3 hours. We ended up waiting 4 hours in total, just to get my car back, not being cleaned properly. Clearly, it was rushed. My car still had a lot of spots on the outside, and parts on the inside weren't cleaned. I phoned them to tell them I am dissapointed as it was not up to standard and the manager told me he will send me a voucher for the next weekend to bring the car in for a free clean. He never sent me the voucher. Such a pity as this used to be such a nice car wash that used to be thorough and properly managed. Don't think I will be going there again.

Change of ownership from WashCo definitely has decreased the quality. Price increased to R170. This Sunday I paid and left my car and they said it will be 2 hours. I come back 2 hours and 15mins later to find they had not even started my car. I asked them and they said that my keys are outside so its still in the que. Another client asked for a refund due to the same issue, I requested the same. They refunded me and didn’t even apologized or give me any feedback. At the same time they still accepted clients’ money infront of us, knowing they are over encumbered. If you can’t keep up with the pace, don’t accept clients’ money. Set the expectation and tell them you cannot manage the current load and they must come back another day instead of making them wait over 2 hours for no service. You will be ruining your reputation if you continue like this.

Exceptional service from them! Managers was very hands on, constantly checking if everything is done right, assisting in cleaning and they even gave me an air freshener. Not a lot of car washes gives you an air fresheners nowadays. Was a good overall experience. Only critique is, I saw one or two oily marks on the car afterwards in the sun, almost like a slightly oily cloth was used. But it’s okay. Another thing that impressed me, is the fact that the cleaners never stole anything. There was coins and and other valuables laying in the car and everything was still there when I got the car back! You should definitely try them!

They have always cleaned my car so well. The attention to detail is highly appreciated and it's the reason I keep taking my car back there. Update edit: It seems that with the name and ownership change, the price had gone up but the quality and attention to detail has decreased a bit. Cleaning between the the lettering was not done as usual (a mark of attention to detail) and there were noticable grey streaks on the headlights and side windows. I hope they can bring the quality up again to match the price increase.

Quick service and vehicle always in good condition. These guys are very good. Gave me such good advice on my SUV. Being 8 years old it started to develop yellow stains on the white body. I opted in for a full valet and was blown away with the small detail attended to. The vehicle looks brand new inside and out. Will definitely continue to support. It is a long process and they kept me in the loop throughout the process. Very impressed.

I’m always 100% satisfied with the service at Washco. But I’m even more impressed with them now after our last carwash. We weren’t aware that my son left his Huawei cellphone in the car. We found the phone in the centre console when we returned. Excellent service and honest team of workers! Thank you!

I’m a proud regular. I live on a farm and take my car here every week. I’ve never been disappointed and I always receive it back looking like the day I purchased it. Meticulous attention to detail and staff couldn’t be more friendlier. Won’t go anywhere else.

Very bad service since they changed ownership. Washco will never let a customer leave the carwash with their car looking like this. You must pay R 180.00, but then they give your car back looking like this, with no attention to detail. They

I went there before and there was a 2 hour wait. They said to come back but when i did they said they closing. Went back again cause normally i get good service but didnt get a airfreshner. Everyone else got one.

Looks to be new ownership! I hope the previous guy is ok! The full wash (inside and outside) is now called the regular. Prices are still more or less the same, and the wash is of satisfactory standard.
