I brought my vehicle to Tichi Auto Repair on several occassions and have been disappointed each time I booked an appointment with this business. The first time I attended, I watched with disbelief as an employee backed my vehicle out of the parking space with the parking brake on, just to continue driving down the parking lot with my back wheels locked up. The manager offered a free oil change so I took the offer and accepted the apology. After the oil change I noted that the oil filter, drain plug and skid plate bolts had all been over torqued to the extent that the next shop could barely get them off. I brought my vehicle in one more time to this business when my emergency brake seized in the winter. They simply released the springs in the emergency brake to ensure it could not be used or lock up again. Come the spring I had them re-tighten the springs to allow for my emergency brake to be used again. The next day I noted a noise coming from the emergency brake area but thought nothing of it. The noise continued for about one year and has gotten louder. I brought my vehicle to two other shops who both stated the noise is coming from the emergency brake. They suggested Ti Chi Auto probably improperly reassembled the e brake when they were working on it and suggested I contact the business. I called and spoke to the manager today who claimed without a reciept he would not go back in and fix the issue as he stated he had no records of them doing the work. This business is a totally joke. Might as well have teenagers working on your vehicle if you bring it here. Totally unprofessional.

Phenomenal service!! Normally everything I do with my car I go through the dealership. I decided to try Tichi instead this time because I figured my engine servicing would be extremely expensive at the dealership. I use one of the businesses next door to them so I'm always there I see how many cars they are constantly working on. I did read the reviews prior to going in and they looked excellent so I gave it a shot. (I accidentally called the wrong location but the woman I spoke with was so friendly and helpful and told me to bring my car in right away). When I got to the shop, it turns out it was not the correct location I had called. I dealt with Kash and he did not hesitate to help me and said my car would have the diagnostic test run and then we would go from there. When he called he said they could fix it (today) and have it ready for pickup before closing. He offered a fair and good price. Overall 10/10 no appointment same day fix/pickup at a good price highly recommend this place!

I decided to try and replace my 2010 GLK 350 Mercedes-Benz headlights and quickly learned that this is an absolute nightmare. (The low beam clip fell out and there was no way I was getting it back in so I decided to remove the headlamp assembly. Big mistake) When I finally got the lights done (they weren't done properly) I broke my bumper in a few places as well as some of the mounting points for the assembly trying to put this thing back together. Kash took care of fixing this mess I had made and did everything at a more than fair price for all the work involved. They really did give me a more than fair shake for what was involved. Also very important, although is was painfully clear that I had done some really stupid things to my car Kash never treated me unprofessionaly. I really appreciated this. Looks like I finally found the place I can trust to take car of my hard to work on car.

This shop is not good at customer relations. You don't feel welcome when you come to the reception, and they don't call you back to let you know what's going on with your car. I had to repeatedly call them just to get an update and after receiving no call back finally decided to come back in person after closing time to find out that my car was, in fact, diagnosed. I won't comment on the diagnostics quality or the repair estimate I received (although it did seem high) as I'd like to get a second opinion. They did waive the diagnostics charge as a way to apologize for the poor communication, which is the only reason they get a second star.

Had a fluid leak and wanted to get it fixed ASAP before any damage to the engine. My normal shop that I go to was booked for 2 weeks. So was scrambling to find another place. Saw Tichi was close by and had great reviews , so decided to check them out. To my surprise they were able to take it in and take a look without an appointment. Happy to say, price was reasonable and no pushing for other things. I was very happy they were able to do it that same day too, so I would have my car back right away. Great friendly service and most importantly, honest and fair pricing. Glad to find a second automotive shop I can go to.

1 of very few companies left that still has morals..it doesnt take common sense to know whats the right thing to do...so I am grateful to finally have a mechanic that doesnt give u lip service..they are very professional and charge a great price... I recently had work done and the part was faulty...instead of charging me more they will be replacing it and giving me a upgraded version....thats what a true business should be like...from the very beginning u can tell they are a very good company...thx u guys

Been to Tichi Auto many times, they provided excellent service and repairs on my Toyota Camry! It's always great to find a reliable and trustworthy auto shop that takes care of your vehicle like it's their own. The Camry runs smoothly and stays in great shape. The owner removed my stuck tires and repaired my flat tire free of charge! Thanks for the high quality workmanship, Tichi Auto.

Bobby has a great attitude and was very helpful. He explained things clearly, and drew it on paper to help me understand. I came in just to ask questions, and they ended up helping me a lot by fixing my large cylinder misfire issue and sensor issues in my Jeep. Great local service. Super knowledgable and very reasonably priced. I would give 6 stars if i could.

I've been to Tichi Auto several times, and I'm always left happy with their services and repairs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they take the time to explain everything thoroughly. I called this place 4 times following up on a quote I had received verbally on the phone. The final time, he said he’d send me the quote by the end of the work day and he never did. I guess they don’t need my business on a $2500+ job. Also, I was able to have the work done at another auto repair shop for considerably cheaper.

I took my Mitsubishi in for what was supposed to be a huge repair for what it was, and instead they provided me an alternative solution that was much more cost effective and done very timely. I would recommend everyone to use them for their auto needs, good honest and quick service. I for sure will be back if I need to be!

I had my car oil and tires changed in this location and had a great and awesome experienced! It was done so quickly and price is reasonable and cheaper compare to other auto shop. They had a friendly staff, Dhanby and Mario did a great job! I absolutely come back to this location!

A dearly friend recommended this place. I went in with an oil leak, and it was just that the service ppl didn't tighten enough the filter. They replaced the filter and added oil. I'm giving 5 stars due to the honesty and the fair price. I would definitely recommend this place.
