I have ben a supporter for very long, but the new arrangement of products is and has been a frustration for very long. I asked two of the staff, who could not tell me where the products are. This process is taking to long. Time is money and I cannot waste it looking for products.

It hurts leaving a negative review, especially of hardware shops I used to support through my life. However this specific branch gave us two opportunities on two separate visits to feel underwhelmed. On the first, our wood order was

staff are very help full and the store is very well kitted but there wood cutting is horrific edges aren't straight and corners are not 90 deg and there sizes are off was not impressed with there cutting abilities

What a great experience! Very well priced and knowledgeable staff. They had stock of everything we need and kept us informed regarding the cutting of wood.

Had compressed wood cut here, won't go back. Delayed service, bad communication and final product had chipped edges. Otherwise well stocked location.
