This store usually has boxes and ladders/step stools all around which can make it a bit hard to get around in a wheelchair. The staff are nice though and will move the stuff blocking your path as the staff seem to be around the steps/ladders as they're usually restocking. This Tong Li has wayyyyy more lamyong & vegan meat replacements than the Parramatta branch and the staff seem nicer at Blacktown aswell. I'm usually there every week or fortnightly for probably the last 6-8 months and I've never had a problem at this store at all, the only reason they loose a star is because bothered boxes everywhere as the boxes don't necessarily mean they're restocking so I can really struggle to get through aisles.

Love this place. Big variety of products. Great low prices. Fresh Asian produce, Cold drinks, frozen food, dried foods, snacks, sauces, marinades, lots of noodles yummy and so much more. Big and convenient store. Across from the center fruit shop. Really enjoy browsing and trying new things from here! We try a different snack each time.. My Favourite products are migoreng noodles, yum yum noodles, chilli cheese corn, philipino dried mango, oyster sauce and fresh Choy sum.

Finally reopened after months of renovations. First impressions was wow, this is more like it. We have been upgraded with a lot of new varieties and don’t need to go afar. The only problem now is each time, will end up spending more. Vegetables look fresh and much cheaper than elsewhere. The frozen food side is my favourite place. Looking forward to my next visit. Four stars because they need to improve their queue system for payment

Tong Li supermarket is the best Asian groceries store in Blacktown and surroundings hands down. Their very wide variety of Asian groceries are superb. You can find Chinese, Thai, Phillipino, and other South East Asian products at your disposal for quite affordable prices. Their store had recently been updated and expanded and looks very clean and well stocked. Their staff are friendly and helpfull.

Best large Asian grocery in Blacktown on ground level near Aldi. Great variety of Asian products from China, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan, Malaysian, india and Japan. Love frozen durian, frozen Thai sweets and frozen wontons. Large stocks of frozen meat, seafood and fishballs. Frozen food section is huge. Frozen Japanese products are also available. Cash payment machines are convenient.

I always shop here when I go Sydney to buy filipino stuff but became really disappointed coming home to Melbourne upon reviewing the receipt and found out they charge me 7 of the 380gm of corned beef when I only bought 2 of it and 5 of the smaller can which I payed almost double now for the 5 cans. I will still shop here but I will be more careful and check the receipt.

Today (2/7/2021 around 3pm) we bought alot groceries almost $200 at tong li Westpoint. And we only wish to add one more small box instant noddle behind the cashier but unbelievable this cashier doesn’t want to take it for us instead ask us to walk outside grap by ourselves. This is one of very worst customer services has been performed by cashier.

Very rude and bad customer service. They though I couldn't understand Chinese then I just want to leave unwanted items in cashier then the staff said if you do not want it why did u bring it then ( in Chinese language ) I would like to complain to their manager straight away but I bring my two kids so abit rush and no time to talk to them.

I love tongli supermarket they have great range and are very cheep, but I don't think tongli likes me, every one stares at me and the staff working at the register have conversations over me in other languages, they don't even say hello how are you. However I will still be going back due to there great range and low prices

Only the very few places that have not only the main which is Chinese, Japanese and Korean foods and snacks but all other south east Asian countries like Indonesia and Philippines. All of which are at great cheap prices the the fresh produce I usually get are always fresh. Staff members are so nice and very helpful.

Excellent supplies of variety of Asian products. Only issues are the fridges as it fogs up with condensation and hard to view the products. But otherwise open and look what's behind the glass doors and all good. Worth the visit and tons of stuff to choose from. South to North Asian varieties.. great choices.

One thing most Tong Li stores are consistent with is their rude service. They seem like customers are annoying them with their unbelievable food related questions or that customers are annoying them by asking for their help. Why have a store when you hate customer service? It’s mind boggling.

My favourite Asian grocery shop especially for coconut water cans ànd all other Asian groceries the only problem at the moment is that it is situated in Westpoint shopping centre which is going through some emergency renovations etc.. and access and exit is only from the main entrance.

Prices seem to not have changed drastically how they have in other places, even with extension to store. Can't complain about that. Great to expand my Aussie palate. I have loved young coconut drink since visiting 3 junction Thai in Penrith as an 8yo child.

Have plenty of Asian spices available. But they just have a minimum amount of purchase if you choose to pay by card which is not great at all because you do not want to be forced to buy more than what you came for just because you don't have cash in hand.

Rude and disrespectful staffs at Tongli Blacktown especially the cashiers. They will talk about you in their language and will give better service to other customers who speak their language. Tongli Hornsby treat their staff better and with respect

Heaps of vegan ramen varieties and frozen vegan options fantastic vegan sauces aswell, the only thing I don't like is sometimes people push Infront of you and speak in their own language being rude it happened to me once or twice there now.

Asian store with variety of products you need, easy to find items you need as they are categories properly, some items are more expensive than other Asian store, but the Convenient of having it inside the Shopping Centre is a plus.

Last time when I asked where the millet was kept no shop staff were able to show me the right place. No one had any idea what was millet. It seems the staff are from China with little knowledge about the grocery names in English.

Great range of items not readily available in regular supermarkets. The produce was not very fresh, at least when I was there. Most of the vegetables were limp and damaged. The fruit and veg shop just outside is much better.

A lot of space after rennovation. You can find most of Asian grocery from fresh vegetables to coffee powder..etc in Blacktown area. Frozen area has been extended with heap of options to cho from. Highly recommemended

Great Asian supermarket! They almost all the ingredients you may need to prep your fav Asian dishes. This Blacktown branch caters more to its Filipino customers, stocking a number of Filipino fav groceries.

Huge range. Being a typical monolingual Aussie, shopping here is an adventure, but staff are generally patient and have helped me find what I wanted - or suggested something I have ended up really enjoying.

Has most of what I need. However the aisles are very narrow, making it hard to manoeuvre around with a pram and they always seem to be restocking shelves so there are boxes piled up in the aisles as well

Love the place, wo uuld have given 5 but its very jam packed, aisles are close together and they are always restocking which is a good thing, but you gotta cris cros to get to one place to another. Lol

Great Asian grocery shopping place in the Westpoint mall. A little more pricey than those similar shops outside but handier if you don't want to go extra mile for saving just a couple of bugs.

It has the cheapest Myron's Special Chicharon. It's at $4.69 as of this writing. Too much boxes around though, too difficult to het around. Nevertheless, go to place for our asian needs.

I bought Samyang Ramen Hot Chicken 2x Spicy 5 pack from Woolworths at $6 (was $8) and one of my friend recommend me Tong Li. And i got the same ramen at just $3.
