I brought my Mum in for some new shoes. She has very limited mobility and swollen feet. The gentleman who helped us was nice, friendly, patient and ultimately helped my Mum find the perfect shoes for her mobility and condition. So happy I brought her there. I ended up leaving with 2 pairs myself LOL

I keep returning as a customer because of, not only the quality and selection, but for the incredible customer service. I was just there this morning & got a pair of comfy Clark's on sale & the lady that helped me was amazing. She made everything easy. I would highly recommend this location.

Good selection but while shopping with two children not a single staff member offered assistance - had to pull sizes off high shelves myself. When I commented on that, the woman at the cash glared at me and said nothing. Store wasn't busy, staff were just being lazy.

The people working here are good, top notch people who care about customers. They went out of their way to order a shoe size that's only available on their online store. Even though they should be carrying all sizes in store I appreciate them finding a solution.

Helpful, without being pushy. The salesperson asked if we wanted any help. Then showed what the store had that met our requirements - a winter boot rated for -30 temps - and then let us check out the options and come back when we had questions.

There store is not particularly large but has a decent amount of selection. The woman who runs (or owns?) the store is helpful and knowledgeable on all her stock items. I've found what I wanted every time I've gone there (slippers). Take

I went in Monday afternoon and was greeted by this bubbly helpful young lady with red hair. The kind worker helped me find the best pair of shoes I own: a comfy pair of sketchers. Thank you kind lady from tootsies, you made my week :)

Laziest staff I have ever seen. One was walking around the store on a personal call the entire time we were in the store while the other watched as I tried to find the correct size and offered no assistance. They are ridiculous.

Love the store a staff everyone was very helpful and willing to keep getting a shoe till you were happy and they were right for you. Check out was hast and done with a smile and thanks for coming in. Fabulous store.

I've been coming here for more than a decade. They have a great selection of footwear, from sandals to boots. I've always been able to find what I'm looking for (and often, more).

This store carries great brands at excellent prices...it is hard to know how wonderful the store is from the outside but really check it out, and they accommodate all ages.
