AUG23 - Wanted to share some of the puppy graduation photos that the team at Toowong Family Vet took, in particular Tahlia (one of the Nurses). Maximus and I attended TFV for puppy pre-school back when i welcomed Maxy to the family. We received a great little booklet of all the Do's and Dont's, most of them good reminders, but some new ones in there as well. As part of the puppy pre-schooling, Maxy had a photo shoot done upon graduation. I thought i was going to get 1 or 2 cute little photos, but instead i received a link to an entire album of photos of my little guy (a hundred or so). This was well and truly above and beyond, but we are both very appreciative. I am moving to the northern suburbs soon but will be travelling back to TFV for the regular checkups and non-urgent treatments as the team there are second to none. Thanks again Tahlia, Kirsty, and all the team there at TFV. APR23 - The Team at Toowong Family Vet were very helpful with: - answering questions over the phone - explaining the do's and dont's of owning a new puppy - friendly greetings (and adoring my little Maximus) - providing the vaccinations, Nexguard treatment, even a nail trim - all the way through to providing sms reminders for worm and flea treatments and puppy school Highly recommend

In 2023. ☆Ivy came in for an ear infection which got cleared, I came into the clinic July for some itchy skin that was affecting her badly; it turned into something very different. Thank you ALL from reception staff, every nurse & every doctor; for your kindness, compassion, support and genuine care of both ivy and I. Youve treated me with such a gentle manner in a scary time, that is rare to find. My anxiety has been through the roof, and I cannot thank you all enough. I hope you all know what an impact you make on people's lives every single day. She is now a pirate kitty and loving life again 2 surgeries later! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my little baby. ❤️ ps - winky loves all of you!!! Xxx ❤️ even if I move hours away, this will always be our vets. First time coming here, I rang at 430 and of course it was busy but the lady on the reception was so kind and made me feel at ease, gave me advice for my cat- she got bitten by an ant and has a swollen lip and I was a bit distraught and got me an appt the next morning. Thank you to the kind vet who let Ivy roam around the room then get treats afterwards! She's already looking better and this will be our new vets :) thank you again for taking care of Ivy !!! ♡

Really friendly, knowledgeable and caring vets. We first came here about a year ago with our 8 week old rescue puppy and have been provided with excellent service and advice since. Our dog is anxious when being handled by the vet (for shots, body exams etc.) and I’ve really appreciated the pragmatic approach taken when she’s had to come in. We are about to move about an hr away but are considering if we can continue to make the trips to Toowong family vet instead of finding a new vet, as we’ve had such a good experience.

Filthy clinic; nurse gave us wrong size cone which obviously we had to purchase; my fur baby was able to lick his sore paw (with ointment on it) same day due to the wrong size cone which I missed first relying on nurses ability to choose correct size; our invoice wasn’t sent to us as promised until we followed up; final straw - beware of the car sitting at the reception - the cat is NOT dog friendly, which the male receptionist failed to inform us when I asked. Never again!

Toowong Family Vet is full of amazing, friendly and dedicated staff. Originally we went to this vet with our cat because we lived 5mins down the road. Since taking on ownership of the cat from an ex-housemate and moving a few suburbs away, I continue to bring her here because of the professional and reassuring staff. It helps the have such a cute mascot in Norman, though other kitties are known to lounge in the waiting room and accept pats.

Kirsty and her team have looked after my little pup since day one and, three years later, I still completely trust them with every decision from simple routine visits to a complicated back injury. The team keep me informed and are flexible to our individual needs. It really is like a family, and being a first time pet owner I am grateful for their kindness, endless patience and support.

I took my two cats, Bella and Charlie, for a checkup which identified teeth issues in Bella. The team were amazing with their the pre and post operative care of Bella and for reassuring me along the way. I highly recommend Toowong Vet due to their attentiveness and skills during routine checkups and more complex surgical matters. Bella and Charlie say thank you!

Dr Amanda is one of the kindest & most informative vets we have ever had the pleasure of seeing. The team at Toowong Family Vet fit us in without an appointment after my dog had a seizure; they offered support over the phone and were very reassuring. I felt they really took the time to listen to my concerns and approached the situation with empathy and kindness. I was so impressed with the entire team.

I took my little cavoodle pup here today and he was treated so kindly. The vet was super helpful and really took her time with us to answer our questions and give us all the information we need. As a first-time puppy owner, I really appreciate the expert advice. Convenient location and reasonably priced!

All the vets at Toowong Family Vets treated our furbabies with such care using a wealth of professional experience, I trust them implicitly! They were easily contactable over email or phone and fit me in straight away when I was concerned. I also got to meet the cats in the clinic, see images!

Fantastic Family Vet Practice. Kind, caring, and professional team. I changed from taking my dog to a bigger vet clinic to Toowong Family Vet and haven’t regretted the change once. The continuity of care is great and you can tell how much all the staff genuinely love animals 5/5!

Provide such a reassuring and professional experience for both our dog (Charli) and cat (Ezzie). Have been very supportive and helpful in fitting us in during any urgent matters. Even if we were to move areas our pets will continue to go to Toowong family vet.

The best vet clinic!! They're incredibly kind, patient, understanding and have appointments relatively quickly! I take my cat there and just had to take a wild brush tail possum in that was injured and they're just the best. I love TFV ❤️❤️.

All the staff at this practice are wonderful. They have exceeded all my expectations and have looked after my cat (Khajiit) with the loving concern of a parent. I will always recommend the Toowong Family Vet to everyone I know with pets.

Friendly and efficient and really look after your pet. I have a very anxious cat but I've had no problems with her as soon as I walk in the door (she's more nervous on the car trip there). Also the clinic cats are very cute :3
