This place was not designed for a lot of traffic flow which has increased since new renovations to the centre. Can get very busy and close parking isn't always available. Long waits to exit during busy periods. Not many wheelchair or pram parking spots available..the new 3 hour limit would be fine if they had not stopped reimbursing shoppers for shopping in the centre. Unlike indro they don't pay your parking if you show valid receipts for shopping with the centre. The boom gates to exit are a nightmare either they can't scan plates or it just doesn't work, again causing traffic back up. More signage is needed. And options for free parking for shoppers.
The shopping center is fine. However, the car park is another story. As the car park is an area with high pedestrian activity, motorists in this shopping center need to exercise caution and remain alert to potential hazards. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I've seen people walking on the car ramps, using skateboard on them (!), ignoring the pedestrian crossings or driving beyond the speed limit. I just hope not to see an accident soon. This car park is becoming a dangerous area.
Parking is terrible here. There's only one way out of the tower carpark with over four levels of parking and at peak times it is always a slow crawl out. A lot of times we are stationary for minutes at a time while waiting for cars on lower levels to merge or because someone is stuck at the only gate exit
This is a free advanced driving course area designed to help you park in what appears to be an abandoned construction site. Test your skill against passive aggressive soccer mums and Asian students who take their trolleys home. The boom gate is left open to achieve random free parking, weird flex but ok.
Now has free parking all day on the weekend. Large multistorey carpark, with electronic signs to direct you to available spots. Red/green isn't great for accessibility though. Watch out for tight turns, pedestrian crossing with poor visibility, and make sure you know where you want to go in advance.
2 hours free then additional free hours per $20 you spend. Should be 3 hours free, as this is standard across Brisbane, but I guess the management have their reasons, being the Toowong train station is the 3rd busiest in Brisbane, and is located directly below the Shopping Centre.
Decent shopping centre. You can get a park easily but the design of the parking is poor. Downstairs parking is atrocious, taking you in circles to the exit and making it extremely difficult to natigate. Upstate parking is easier to navigate
Don't go here unless if it's a matter of life or death! Getting out of parking is a total nightmare, management is the worst, cheap parking system and boom gates, you could wait here for 20mins to get through exit boom gates! No joke!
This shopping centre just feels so removed from nature, the parking is full of fumes and it is so difficult to get up multiple levels without walking halfway around the world. The coles is old with hardly any organic produce either.
Tons of parking whilst you are shopping in the facelifted shopping plaza. The ladies in Nextra news agency are awesome and best fresh produce at Fruity Capers which has the best deli , well worth checking out!
Four stars just because Sparkles car wash is on her and they take an hour to do your car in and out for $50. A Godsend ... however, the car spaces I find to be too small and the same for the driveways.
Not too impressed - being from out of town & owning a 4x4 we found the parts very small & we were there only an hour & charged $3 and we could only pay with card - they have no cash choice.
2 hours free weekday and all day weekend parking. If only they fixed the occupancy sensors so that we dont end up drivong around looking for non existent parking spots
You get 3 hours free parking, which is great considering how close you are to the city and it wasn't too complicated so it easy to remember where you had parked
Has both below ground as well as above ground parking so never an issue finding a place to park. As with most shopping centres parking, first 3 hours are free.
Large, off-street parking garage. Fee after a set time. Can be reduced by making purchases at the nearby mall. Can fill quickly during school holiday periods.
Seriously the most inconvenient parking in any shopping centre I know. We actually avoid it when we can which is a shame because it's quite a good centre..
Very tight, packed and weird configuration. I got dizzy just driving up! A lot of blind spots too, which can be dangerous, so drive very slowly.
I like the idea of pay parking after 2 hours. You always get a spot. You would be struggling to find a space prior.
It's full of cars and empty spaces where more cars can park. Definitely not a place I would go on a date again.
Plenty of space but often silly queues to get out. Some very tight little turned if you're in a large vehicle
Good parking here most times, plus you get free time then pay time, but it is a good little shopping centre.
Ample parking. The 2 hour free parking for customers is enough for the size of shopping centre.
Good location. Best of both worlds if going to Lang Park on the train for a $30 hot dog.
Quite prone to bottlenecking and the rear lot, whilst the biggest area, can be a pain
More parking on upper level, just pay attention when you turn, as it is quite narrow
Great car park. Plenty of disabled parks and spaces not too close to each other.
Great shopping centre.the parking not so great. In need of more parking.
Parking ramps a little tight and the one entrance will ruin your tyres
Tight, easy to damage your car and gates always playing up
