Completely rude, and absolutely no service. My sister was stranded and left her phone at home and had to make an appointment in Burwood. She went into this shop and asked for some good will, to point her in the direction of her appointment, with the intention of buying food as well. The person behind the counter was extremely rude, and blatantly refused to tell her where the street was. After a brief argument she begrudgingly told her. My sister then asked if she could buy something and the cashier said ‘get it’ even though it was behind glass and my sister was unaware of any process in the shop. She spoke in Chinese to another lady in the shop, in front of her making her feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend this shop. And would recommend no one to go there. Disgusting service.

Bought some food from here around 9:20pm on Fri night. Was surprised the shop was still open that late with plenty of bread and cakes on display still. Nice taro cake roll. Soft simple yummy cake. Also bought some cookies (think was walnut cookies) to try as I've never had them before. Man at the counter seemed friendly. Unfortunately no closing specials for the bread otherwise I would have bought some bread too.

Bought the chestnut cake and the japanese cheesecake. I was glad that they were open late, as I finish work late and wanted to buy desserts as a gift. They had a variety of pastries and desserts. Everyone that had tried the cake had complimented the taste. The cakes were great because it was well balanced and not too sweet. Would definitely buy from this shop again to try the other options they have.

Shop auntie had a very unpleasant face throughout the course of purchase. Even though i was being polite and asked questions, she answered in short sentences, had a very annoyed tone and was being very impatient. Negative customer service. Their cakes are also very average if not, sub-par just like their customer service. Dont purchase from this shop unless you want to feel unhappy.

Black forest cake is $23, writing skill sucks. Chestnut pastry $3, doesnt taste fresh. Cake was too dry, super thin layers of sponge with cream in btw.

2020 Taro cake 6 inch is $19. The price is reasonable. Cake tastes good and is not too sweet. 2021更新：之前买过一次，芋泥夹心还挺厚，今天买芋泥夹层很薄，而且不新鲜有酸味，表面的水果也氧化很严重，看照片对比下。排序后面的照片是最新购买的。评价从4星减到2星，以后不会购买芋泥蛋糕了。

So friendly! I never buy anything for my self but had to try the Taro and Pineapple buns! Absolutely amazing! She even removed the almond off the taro bun for me as I am allergic to nuts!

Disappointing dry cakes. Like the butter and walnut cake that has like half a walnut per portion and could’ve really used an extra ingredient (e.g. jam layer or some dried fruit)

Grabbed an egg tart from here. Disappointed in the flavour, a bit salty for me. To be fair I did buy it towards the end of the day so I assume it didn’t taste as fresh.

I like their bread snacks like the pork and chicken bun and sausage rolls. the bread snacks are nice. the woman is polite and friendly as well. keep up the good work.

Was craving Chinese egg tarts and mango crepe, tasted great and was super affordable.

Pineapple bun had barely any pineapple. Mango mochi was okay. Wife cake was okay too.

$19 for taro cake. Very yummy. Best value. This place should be much higher rated.

Worms!!!!! Found some fly worms inside bread bun. Disgusting. Health hazard
