Where do I begin. I have been thinking about selling my 2021 Subaru Ascent for a short period of time and decided why not see what it's worth. My first stop was the dealership which was a bit of the usual let down as to date they provided the lowest over. They came up some when they found out I had started looking elsewhere but it still was the lowest offer. I submitted through Kelley Blue Book and at first they gave me a much higher quote and a list of dealers to contact. I went ahead and contact all of them. I went back to Kelley Blue Book and edited details about the car as I remember a few features it had and I mean it was in really great shape minus a few scratches. I got a higher offer and the list shrunk to only Top Dollar Car who wasn't listed previously. I was quite skeptical but everyone down to admin made me feel comfortable and most importantly simplified everything. They came to me to appraise the car after understanding that I had a 1-year old and gave me the best offer. My brain kept saying "it cannot be that simple." It was. They had the paperwork ready same day. They made the payment out to my lienholder. They picked the car up same day. Medhi also gave me additional advice regarding my service contracts which I wouldn't have done a thing about. Many thanks to Jenny, Alex and Medhi. The service was incredible. I know subi is in the right hands and will find a great home.

The customer service here was GREAT, I drove 5 hours to see about a truck they had in stock. But before I made this trip I was contacted and updated and was offered to have more sent, Plus a CARFAX, and on top didn’t make it feel like you were talking with a sales person…(everyone knows how that feels) when I got there, the truck was set up ready to roll and handed the keys to me and let us take it with no hesitation with me and my family.(you don’t get these type of things at other dealerships, they did take a copy of my DL of course) when you drive a car everyone loves to look for things to make sure there’s no major issues mechanically and visually, so family’s opinions matters because we don’t always see everything when we test drive!! When we arrived back he didn’t make me feel as if he was pushing us to buy. He let us talk and assisted us in any questions very very professionally. Made us feel very comfortable during the whole decision on what we were going to do. (No pushing or Rushing) when we decided to move forward they did not have us sitting there for 20 hours like other places. In and out at a very decent time (2 hours at most and that’s because that was on our end not there’s) so yesss if your looking for a car on there lot. Do not hesitate to stop by. They are HONEST, FRIENDLY,, and PROFESSIONAL.

My wife and I have been wary when walking into anything that even remotely resembles car dealerships, however soon after we entered TopDollar we knew we were in trustworthy hands. What a fast, easy, and pleasant experience. I went to KBB.com to find out the value of my vehicle as a private sale. Then, I got a very pleasant voicemail from Ginny/Jenny at Top Dollar Car. I made an appt to go into the Beach Blvd location. I met with Mehdi, and he told me how things work. We took a drive in the vehicle and then he gave me an appraised value. Another pleasant experience, the value was just under what I could expect for a private sale. Yep, another pleasant surprise. Here is a kicker - Several months earlier I was left a voicemail from the Mini dealership offering to purchase my Hardtop at a great price. So, after meeting with Mehdi, I went over to the mini dealership to see what they would offer. The mini dealership offered $3,000 less - the same price one would get at a buy here pay here dealership. My car now belongs to TopDollarCar.com

Working with these guys after trying to sell my car at a dealership was as opposite as night and day. At the dealership, I had to go through a 3rd party (salesman) to negotiate a selling prices with higher management. After an hour of waiting and back and forth (with them only actually looking at my vehicle for 5 minutes), they stiffed me--offering me half of my car's resale value. After that, I went straight to Top Dollar. They were super friendly and communicative (no 3rd party nonsense). They thoroughly inspected my car and discussed its history with me. Had a great experience with Top Dollar. Jenny made the initial contact and was respectful and low pressure. She was quick and very responsive on follow up communications. Kayla came over to appraise the car in person. She explained the whole process very thoroughly including any adjustments they were making to their offer price. The offer was fair considering I did not have to waste my time and hassle with tire kickers, scammers, bouncing checks, etc. The offer they made was good for 7 days, which they extended since I was going to be out of town. Closing the deal was also stress free. They confirmed that the vehicle condition was the same since they appraised it, I signed a couple of papers, I handed them the keys, and they handed me a check. Seriously, the process of selling a car could not have been easier. I did the usual KBB and Edmunds search to see who'd respond, and TopDollarCar responded with Jenny sending a pleasant text. She was persistent without scaring me away from selling our car to them since the time between the search to the actual sale was about a month. Went in to sell my car. Before my appointment I used the Kelley Blue Book for an estimation of a trade in value and within a day or 2, Top Dollar Car reached out to inquire buying my car. They were VERY NICE when I told them about selling. When I arrived we were greeted in the parking lot and told about the process for them looking over and appraising the car. We went over some of the cars history and then they took it for a test drive. Process was super easy, and everyone in the office is super kind and pleasant. Called them because of a craigslist ad where they stated that they were the owner of the car and not a dealership. Once called back from them they once again did not state that they were a dealership and by their own admission they are required to. So a 665$ vehicle turns into way more than that and would not let me buy the vehicle and register it myself. When i brought it up to the manager he just shrugged and said yeah sorry. I strongly recommend all military stay away from this "business".

Took my 2014 Silverado to Top Dollar based on a KBB cash offer. Ryan was very professional and did a thorough inspection and test drive.
