My first impressions of the place were divine! Really relaxing and comfortable, definitely professional. The booking system is easy and the staff are incredibly nice. However, I have been getting lash extensions for a few years regularly and know a thing or two about what lashes are supposed to look like and feel like, and unfortunately I was disappointed with the service. Firstly, the glue used is very strong, my eyes usually don’t get so watery and stingy and they took a while to dry and stop stinging - so that’s a red flag for me. Also when they showed me the lashes after I had been lying down for an hour and a half they were very ‘gappy’ and not done well. She tried again to fill the gaps and they were still very obviously not full and had large gaps - I got volume lashes that normally would be $150 at this place. Third time lucky, still not too happy but it’ll do. Don’t get me wrong, the lady was so so nice and understanding, and she said she had been lashing for a couple of years, but it wasn’t to the standard I am used to for volume lashes. The promotion they had reeled me in but it wasn’t worth it, just going to go to my usual place from now on to get volume - I think for classics this place is fine.

I highly recommend the amazing staff and outstanding work they do at Top Knox lashes and brows. My daughter had her lashes done and they looked stunning! They lasted so much longer than any other place she’s ever had them done. She was rapt. I had smp done and initially, was a bit hesitant. However. I was made to feel instantly at ease. Pete is truly a magician, I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s given me my confidence back and looks so natural the way he blended it in. If anyone is considering this treatment, I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here. I have had such positive feedback from friends and family on how it looks. Thank you so much, best thing I’ve ever done

I booked to get my lashes done before my wedding, but previous salons had left my lashes in such bad shape it was suggested not to go ahead for fear of them getting worse/falling out. I instead had a treatment to replenish them and bring them back to life. I revisited today and had a lash lift and tint done with Carrie. The level of service was fantastic. It was a relaxing experience and my lashes have never looked this perfect!! I have already booked another service for next week! Very very happy!!! ☺️☺️

Carrie was amazing!! This was my first time getting a lash lift and tint done and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I don’t need to wear mascara! Top Knox Lashes & Brows are an amazing local beauty salon. I've visited twice and both times walked out very happy with the results so will be returning for sure. The salon itself is clean & has a calming vibe. All staff I've interacted with have been friendly & give the impression they honestly want to help you achieve your desired results. Prices are definitely not the cheapest around but worth it

My eyebrows have never looked better very natural finish and the staff member I had was really lovely talked through every step she was doing and I could feel she was putting in 100% effort as she was looking at finer details usually at other places I'm just thrown into a chair 10 mins and out the door but the attention to detail was amazing will be back thanks so much

Highly , highly recommend! Carrie listened to all my skin concerns and the results she has achieved are incredible. So happy with my skin, prior to seeing her and having my treatments I had very noticeable pigmentation which caused me to be very self conscious. Never thought I would walk out of the house makeup free but can now thanks to Carrie and her expertise.

I had an eyebrow and lash tint, as well as am eyebrow wax, done by Biana. They look amazing! I had blonde lashes and brows, so need them tinted regularly. I read good reviews about this place, so thought I'd give them a try. So glad I did! My brows look amazing! They are perfectly shaped and the tint is fantastic. I'll definitely be coming back!

I got the atoxolene facial along with LED and other treatments as a special. The service I received was amazing and my skin improved dramatically and instantly.
