Please do not trust this SCAMMERS. I purchased a money tree online on June 23rd for $100. They sent me a sick plant with bugs (pictures attached). I called them and they advised I need to purchase sprays from home depot which I already knew it's not going to work. I asked them to treat the plant themselves as they have stronger sprays in store. After going back and forth they took the plant and after more than a month they brought the plant back worse than the first time (pictures attached). I asked for a refund since they were obviously just trying to get rid of their sick plant and they said they don't refund according to their policy. But these SCAMMERS can send you sick plants according to their policy (Pictures of emails attached) I called them a few times and they are so rude that while talking to me they speak their own language to each other, so I don't know if they were INSULTING me or what they were saying. The plant has made 2 of my other plants sick as well and now I have to treat 3 plants. Finally they want me to pay them another $9.99 to come take their plant. I don't think this is fair to anybody purchasing from their store. So please think twice before ordering online from these people.

If you are ordering flowers for delivery, I suggest going with a different business. We ordered flowers for an ill colleague. We left very specific instructions and gave both our phone number and the receipt’s phone number in case there are any issues upon delivery. First of all, the flowers were delivered at 5pm when the order was placed the day before. I called the store to inquire about the status and they couldn’t tell me anything other than it was out for delivery and it’d be delivered by the end of the day. The flowers were dropped off at the front desk of my colleague’s apartment building and the shop completely omitted the apartment number from the delivery address. Instead of a get well card, a sticky note was added to the arrangement, and the team’s signature was completely left out. As a result, the flowers ended up in the wrong apartment, and the intended recipient had to work through the misunderstanding with the neighbour to get her flowers. Completely unprofessional and terrible experience!

Amazing florist for my wedding on Aug 5 2023. We used the Toronto Flower Gallery for our wedding on August 5. This included boutonnières, bouquets, centrepieces and arbour flowers. I was of course very nervous of what they would look like, delivery and setup on the big day.. but they nailed it! Everything was perfect, it was setup on time and just gorgeous. I received multiple compliments on the flowers from guests who even asked who I used. They were also always very easy to communicate with through fast responses and always very understanding of many questions I had. Special thanks to Tiffany and Charlotte that I worked with. Would recommend them for your wedding or any occasion!! :)

Probably the most unprofessional and worst business I've dealt with in Toronto. I placed an order yesterday evening for delivery today (website says it only needed to be placed by 10:00am on the day for same day delivery), and at 3:00pm today, it still said "we're getting your order ready for delivery". I called to inquire what time it would be delivered and the lady simply stalled until I said that I want a refund if it won't be delivered today. She then asked for my order number and said it probably won't be delivered today. I asked her to cancel my order. Don't order from this sad excuse of a business unless you want horrible service and late delivery!

I got introduced to this place as my boyfriend loves to buy flowers for me! He would buy it online and they would always be delivered in a safe way. I have received them for bday, vday, and just cause ones. They are always beautiful and vibrant. They truly make your space feel like a home. I have started going into the store myself to buy bouquets for my friends and I love it. Someone always helps me create a bouquet within my budget and colour style. They have some unique stems too which is nice!!! I recommend supporting and the experience of going in store and having it made for you.

This is the second time I bought a bouquet from them. After the first one, i know for sure that i want them to be part of my special day. Toronto Flower Gallery did an excellent job in providing a very beautiful bouquet for my wedding. They response promptly to my inquiry, and provide a very polite and friendly service. They guided me through the selection of flowers and any other components in my bouquet. Overall, a great and stress-free experience, and of course... A lot of my friends commented on how suitable the bouquet for me. Thank you so much for all your help!

I should have listened to my friends who had past experiences, I should have listened to my friends when I was told they had bad services , I ordered for my flowers 2 weeks before the event dates and I was told my flowers had been delivered and I’m like how can they prove that my flowers were truly delivered ? All they said was that they had no time to argue and they were going to call me after 10 minutes which they never did , I called the manager and he was rude even the workers were rude too. ^ please do not patronize them you won’t get value for your money .

I was looking for an arrangement for a special celebration to celebrate the MBA designation of the person receiving the arrangement. Toronto Flower Gallery did an amazing job of making this arrangement even better than what it looked on their website. I had asked that the arrangement not be left at the concierge in my building and they willingly brought it to my door. I hope that those that follow my recommendation on the business that I have liked will give Toronto Flower Gallery an opportunity to make an flower arrangement for their home or an occasion. Bravo!

I have been using the Toronto Flower Gallery for years ever since my sister started attending university in Canada. Since I am in another country, it is difficult for me to be there for her to cheer her up on bad days or to celebrate events. I quickly learned that sending even a small bouquet raised her spirits. I usually order the Designer's Choice Bouquet and they ALWAYS exceed my expectations both in service and in their beautiful works of art. If you are looking for classy and well priced bouquets in Toronto, I highly recommend the Toronto Flower Gallery.

Came in at 6:15 and they said they are closed even though hours say 6:30… I asked why couldn’t I grab flowers in 5 mins and be out before they closed at 6:30 and the girls on cash said because they had to go home …. I walked to this store for 20 mins because I saw their posted hours … and made it very much in time to get fresh flowers. Terrible customer service .. wouldn’t serve the client even though it was 15 mins to close. Please update your hours in that case!

I got married in November this year and I would recommend Toronto Flower Gallery for wedding florals. I am not particular about specific flowers or designs, so I had the freedom of simply choosing a colour palette and a budget and they took care of the rest. I got so many compliments on the centrepieces for my wedding and my bouquet was gorgeous. The flower delivery and set-up was on time and the flowers were perfect. I would highly recommend.

Ordered 2 doz red for same day delivery. They called later and said they had 1 doz, but the 2nd doz was not good quality. Offered to switch colours and I chose 1 doz pink and 1 doz red. Delivered to my hotel as promised, within the delivery window. Beautiful result. Kudos for recognizing that the 2nd doz roses were not of good quality and suggesting to switch, instead of just leaving me with inferior product.

I ordered an Orchid on Sunday for my daugther’birthday who is a flight attendant. I did not notice that the delivery began at 3pm and when I realized it I sent an email to the flower shop who delivered my daughter first at the hôtel ; she left shortly after the delivery. So a big thank you to the shop staff ; the white Orchid is absolutely Beautiful ! My daughter was delighted ! Merci beaucoup !

My entire vision was brought to life perfectly & the team was so responsive throughout the planning process. The delivery and set up were both timely and flawless and the prices were so reasonable. Love this shop - they made a falling flower arrangement for over the fireplace for my wedding ceremony. Beautiful work, fantastic price and service. They set everything up on the day-of so I did not have to worry about anything. The flowers looked stunning and they lasted so fresh and plump even the next day.

Spectacular plants with helpful, friendly people! Started my plant parenting journey with their Dracaena trifasciata and keep going back for more. Got the most beautiful Monstera and Crotons their, that my Mum the plant hobbiest is jealous of my babies.

Really fresh flowers! The service was also wonderful. The girl helped us repackage when we went to pick up because we didn’t like the white flowers to gift because of our culture and she was very understanding and helped switch out the colours.
