Just got back from the division. The female blond officer was extremely rude and before I could even ask her a question she closed the door on me. The officers beat up on the people being held and don't feed them. They intentionally wait till it's the end of day to give a phone call so they know they have to spend the night. A one star Is me being generous, they beat up (knocking teeth out) an 18 year old Hispanic male. They racial profile to another level. This isn't the first incident either this has happened 5 times with other people as well.

Just spoke with who I assume was the policeman on duty (as far as general public inquiries are concerned). I have property that belings to me that may or may not still be on the former business' premise. A garage closed due to eviction. Just wondering if I could have the landlady charged with theft as she is now in charge of said property and giving me constant excuses. He was polite, took the time to answer my questions and offered some other possible solutions. Kudos to this young officer. Thanks 23 division.

With a friend out in the "canadian tire" the guard suspected his friend of the theft and called the police, the police clothed a friend handcuffs and treated him like a bastard (and where is the presumption not guilty ...?), Wrote a fine in the fact that he bought (although he There was a check) that it was stolen .. They treat everyone like a potential criminal. Officers are rude and frequently over step their authority. I have been randomly stoped and questioned, 8 times in the last 3 years, while cycling around the area. Not once did I break the law. They just hold me for 20 minutes asking all sorts personal questions. I have no criminal record and have never been arrested.

Constable Jason Wallace provided us with extremely commendable service following my daughter's car accident, which he attended and laid a charge . He was diligent in keeping us informed of court dates and attending each of them. He also offered his testimony, if necessary, in a civil proceeding as a result of that accident. Damn, you guys are good !

I love Canada. But Canadians NEED to respect the police much more! But also, the police need to start being more aggressive and not be afraid to arrest minorities just to avoid being racist! I myself am a minority(Born and raised in the middle east), but I hate seeing the police being afraid of young thugs instead of the other way around.

Probably the worst place i coukd have chosen to try and file a missing persons report. The front desk lady was so rude and showed not an ounce of empathy to try and help. Being paid by tax payers to provide a service and treat citizens with such disdain is ridiculous. Ended having to call another precinct. Very unprofessional

The officer who I spoke to was extremely condescending and rude to me. I was simply trying to ask a question and I was met with a sarcastic snarky response. Absolutely awful service. With how little people trust cops you would think they would try a bit harder to be kind

Great division, there's very helpful officers who go out of their way to assist in any way they can. I've never had any officer from this location act in a rude or hasty manner anytime I've gone, whether it was to report something or ask questions.

With everything’s going on and the world being turned upside I thank these guys for their service! They are some of the best officers I’ve met weather engaging in the community or tackling crime they deserve all the respect that they get!

Called to get assistance. The police who answered spoke to me in such condescending manner. He was rude and very insensitive and mean. So sad that police officers who are suppose to serve and protect would treat people this way.

I don't understand why officers treat people so poorly when trust in the police is so low. All they have to do is treat other humans nicely and with respect. That's all we want....

Gotta love our police. You can walk into a police station and stand there for a half hour and nobody will help you. They all just sit there and chat amongst themselves.

They were very gentle when they handcuffed me and the cars were very roomy. Overall, they were super professional. Will get arrested by them very soon again :)

I went there to pickup my clearance certificate. The lady officer was very polite even it was too late almost midnight. Respect, that's all I can say..

Useless , and rude to have to do the one job they have which is to explain and inform citizens that they’re allegedly “protecting and serving”.

A very kind officer really helped me out the other day and gave me some really good advice. This place has some officers who really do care.

What can we say about Police Station , you don’t want to visit for any reason but still need them as a part of law enforcement
