My father was victim of a car jacking. Got a phone call from a constable who was nice enough to leave a voicemail with a contact number directly to the major crimes unit. No one answered the phone so I got their automated attendant. Please press such and such if you know the party's first and last name... Well, I only had the last name and I doubt very much the officer's name is Constable,but I tried anyway. It gave me a completely unrelated person. I tried calling again, this time opting for the general voicemail which I couldn't do because the mailbox was full... I called 31 Division directly and explained the situation to a very RUDE woman / officer who seemed very annoyed having to answer the phone. I asked if the constable I was looking for had a voicemail or an extension I could try if I provided a badge number. Several seconds of the silence and I of course asked if anyone was still there and she responded with a "just a moment". She begrudgingly took a message which I hope arrives to its intended recipient. All the public asks is for the police to protect and serve and not be in the business of being stand offish and annoyed.

bad service....my passport was stolen and all other important documents.. Went to file a report in order to collect a new passport but the officer that attend to me ask me why I came to report my stolen items and that I have to witness so he can't file a report....Guess what I need to submit a police report to collect a new passport,Sin card and the rest of the documents. but they refuse to do nothing even his colleagues says they can't do anything that I should try to talk to the officer who refused to file a report for me...Now I am stuck without any passport and can't do anything ‍♂️....No help rendered... I am trying my best not to view them as being racist or whatever.. Maybe if they finally decide to file a report so that I can collect my documents, will give them a good work. update-the officer claimed I am trying to scam him because I need my police report ___name of officer is Officer Hillgot..I asked him if it was because I am black he replied no and walked out the door without rendering the proper service only if I know how to post a copy of the recorded conversation and report the case to the authorities

Worst cops are here, most of them member of criminal organization & they are Iranian who are Working directly with Thief Also civilian members of Community Watch They intercepted me at all Iranian business and asked them to be rude with me because I reported they are importing Hereon from Iran ...they basically work for insurance companies and lawyers to TARGET their parties before court with nuisances. Also few cops of 52 were engaged in torture against me

As I am very thankful for anyone in policing, I have to also say I was not impressed with there thought process to constantly have squad cars blaring sirens when myself being a hotel guest has to hear this while trying to sleep. It would be nice to have respect or common sense that you have two hotels on ether side of you to be more considerate.

Went there on 2019 to inform my passport was lost. The officer was very helpful and I was able to give lots of info about it. They informed me about the procedures and what I should do. I was a little frightening by a guy coming in and out about some sort of domestic violence and he was mentioning a gun, very violent. But everything went fine.

Went in to file a restraining order against my ex who was harassing me, I went in with print outs of emails, messages and calls I was receiving non stop. I live in Toronto but they told me to go to Peel Police Station because thats where HE lives... blatant disregard for someone with an abusive ex. Sadly I didn't jot down the officer's name

Tonight my elderly step dad who suffers from Dementia was brought to Humber River hospital after a bad fall. Unfortunately the injury and pain caused his Dementia symptoms to worsen and he started to be aggressive and violent to the nurses

I was a victim of an attempted armed robbery by 4 gun-men. The officers from 31 division showed up. They were incredibly difficult to deal with, extremely rude, doubted my story, treated me like I was a suspect, wasted valuable time and

I had comfortable experience with them. Constable Michael Vandervoort was gentle and helped me to get out of an abusive relationship with full protection. Today me and my baby feel safe. Thanks Toronto police 31 division.

People say 31 division is great I beg to differ we have had several issues and 31 division does nothing.

Went at 3 AM Saturday and the officers on duty that time were all very helpful and responded right away.

Terrible services, you guys are to help people, but helping people is "Babysitting for these guys."
