Bad service delivery, I waited for 10 minutes for a patrol attendant since there was no one, who knows for how long. When the guy arrived he attended people who arrived after me, he said he didn't see me arrive and apologised to the other customer for me "disturbing him".

I was extremely disappointed by the response I received from the cashier here named Gift. So rude and does not even speak in a calm voice, he rose his voice at me. Some customer service and good customer approach should be elaborated to him.

Tried to use the bathroom. The cashier told us we had to buy sometime to use it so we bought something but then she still didn't let me use the bathroom. Also wouldn't let us into the actual store at 21:30. It's a petrol station....

The petrol attendant's are rubbish they will rather attend their friends then the car that came first and they have the ordasity to tell you to wait if you complain.

I have good memories when I was there... I hope one day to come back again in Sa and hug all my friends in Jo'burg ...my best regards by Italy ;)

Staff have attitude and are very rude without a care in the world. I honestly am starting to hate going there
