I went to fill petrol, after swiping my card and inserting my pin, the card machine fell down. My account was debited with the full amount. When I explained to the manager and attendent, they insisted I pay again. After them sending an email to fnb asking them to cancel, I still have not received my reversal. I called fnb n they sent me what Total was meant to do, but nope, even after forwarding the email, nothing! It has been a whole week later and still nothing, this is disgusting behavior because when they insisted I pay again, even after I showed them that on my account it went thru, they behaved as though I was a thief. I am definitely contacting head office about this! Money is my money and I work hard to just let people take it after being treated like a thief!

15min wait for an attandant to help, then a taxi drivers asks for priority so I get ignored. After he could assist me then I'm told the total speed point is not working. 20mins I'll never get back

Waited for 35 minutes to have my tank filled. Station was only using one point of sale and had to wait an additional 10 minutes to pay for my petrol …

When you buy from their shop they don't return small change, like 80c, 60c, etc. They think they are entitled to it. Pay with a bank card, not cash!

I went the at about 6am no wanted to help me all them said they are knocking off, only one person was working I had to leave
