During the COVID-19 crisis with cancellations and so much uncertainty we were so lucky and blessed that we booked our flights with touchdown tours. Jaqui is simply amazing. I doubt you would get better care and consideration from anybody in any industry, let alone travel. Over many years and a number of trips, we have had all our requests, and many (what we thought were ) problems solved quickly and professionally. I love this group of people. Vasilis is my travel agent and working with him has made my travel plans a smooth and fun experience. He truly cares about what you need and goes above and beyond to make sure I have all the information required to make the right travel choices. I did get to meet some of the other team members and they were also as friendly, upbeat and professional as Vasilis. Jaqui too is a pure gem and I cannot recommend them highly enough. One of the best places to go to arrange your travel. The manager, Jaqui, knows more than any other agent I've ever been to. Her knowledge is amazing and the trip she planned for us was spectacular! Can't say enough about her. Have travelled with this agent on two of their group tours as well as our individual travel plans and will go for more in the future. If ever in a stranded situation from airports or whatever, Jaqui was just a phone call away and fixed everything! Can't thank her enough.

After my mum's travel agent closed down, Jaqui from Touchdown Tours took over my mum's booking and has been incredibly helpful and understanding. I’ve had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Vasilis Samolis from Touchdown Tours! He is literally as stupid as they come. The simplest of tasks seem to be a major struggle for him even after clarifying things over and over again, time and time again! How he’s still employed there is mind boggling! He must be related to someone! If you need to deal with Touchdown steer clear of Vasilis!
