Do not go there for alterations! I brought 2 pairs of new jeans in for hemming on Jan 4. They were pinned to the correct length and promised to be done on Jan 11th. When I went to pick up, they were not able to find them. Even the seamstress didn’t know where they were. I must say the lady at the front desk was lovely, very apologetic for not being able to give me any answers. The lady finally called me 2 days later to tell me she had my pants. They also cost $18.95 each to hem a pair of pinned pants and deliver them late. Terrible, expensive service. Don’t go there for alterations!

Absolute despicable customer service. As soon as I walked in, some witch behind the counter rolled her eyes at me for daring to interrupt whatever she was doing. No greeting or anything, she just glares and says (without even knowing what it was) “That won’t be ready til Wednesday.” I said that’s okay and I proceeded to open the bag and she snapped “don’t open it!!!” And I said I had to show her some alterations….then she rolled her eyes again and sighed loudly. Needless to say, I promptly walked right out the door and will never, ever return.

Very unprofessional. Very bad service. They lose your items and don’t contact you back. These guys lost a very expensive hoodie string and when I reached out to them, they don’t even BOTHER to try to find it. Or call me back to give me an update. Or anything. If this wasn’t an expensive hoodie, I wouldn’t care it was lost but I do because it was expensive and the fact that no one hasn’t reach out after I went in multiple times inquiring about it - bad service. Never coming back.

Left a dress shirt (with sentimental value) for dry cleaning 30 days ago. Informed that they could not find it when I came to pick it up at my scheduled pick up time. Called numerous times over the last 3 weeks for follow-up, same response, every single time - "we are looking for it, will give you a call back". Not even one call back over the last 3 weeks, unacceptable and horrendous customer service.

I made the mistake not to ask how much they will charge for my laundry… Mi favourite place for dry cleaning is in Downtown, but I was to impatient and I decided no to go because it was double the distance and didn’t want to spend to much gas… I ended paying 10 times the amount using this $€¥#%&@ place. BIG MISTAKE! This was an expensive lesson!

One of the worst experiences! My lovely designer coat is ruined. Another dry cleaner initially didn’t do a good job These have ruined it completely and removed the label off the coat. It has been pressed over the buttons so now it has button marks on pockets and front of coat I can’t tell you how upset I am about this

Last minute Drycleaning. Dropped it off on a Wednesday just before noon, and explained that I had forgotten about it and needed the clothing back prior to traveling on Saturday. By Friday, mid day, I received an email / text stating that my order was ready. Always a pleasure dealing with Tower!

2023-12-28 Took some suits in to get cleaned here for the 1st time and got great service it was timely and everyone was very polite. My shirts looked fantastic too. The place is very clean and the clerk is friendly, soft voices and always smiles. I would recommend it and go back.

GREAT DRY CLEANERS! I dropped off 2 pairs of suit pants and a semi-formal wedding dress and they were all returned within a few days absolutely clean and beautiful! The staff is very friendly and professional. I would recommend this dry cleaners and will use again.

I have dry cleaned my three winter coats at this location. The delivery of service was prompt and professional. Messages were sent through phone text and emails. The lady representative at this location is very jovial and professional. Thanks for your good job

I am not going to that Laundry store anymore. The old lady in the store inflate over charged me. I sent an email to their head office, no answer no reply back. I will look for else where to get my dry cleaning done. I am done with Towers cleaning.

I had a rush order this past summer(5 days). The lady working when I dropped off my suit was condescending, mocked me for not bringing my suit in earlier, and made for a poor first experience. Will not be returning to this locations

I took my wool work coat in for a dry clean, before winter. I was pleasently surprised. Friendly service by Lil, she was so kind and funny! And my coat looks great, the price was amazing as well. I will be back.

Just took my clothing to be dry cleaned. The lady at the desk( Lil) was very pleasant and friendly. Clothes arrived on time and the pricing was reasonable. Will definitely recommend this place.
