Dear People, Be aware of this Hospital & medical of this hospital, They do not give the medicines as prescribed, they always give generic company to get more revenue , people at medical are uneducated. I was given different company medicine and a different medicine, also was billed with a different medicine name, you may find the images attached. Important ! Please check the prescription : It was given as TusQ, but they have provided Febrex Plus and for Febrex he has billed for Cheston Cold, However why should they give alter of Tus Q as cheston cold Because Cheston colld doesn't have any formulae of TusQ, I also wonder why have they provided Cheston when there's montek LC which contains Levocetrizine. Thank God I had knowledge about medicine, If i wasnt. I would have found dead. At hospital i see people are really not responsible and once we take the token of Rs. 100. If given 500 or 2000 we need to wait for hours to get it back our change. Have very bad experience from this hospital. I would advise to be very care full.

The worst staff an customer unfriendly people. They work like a government municipality office and expect patients to wait until they are free to respond. You ask something they will keep on saying 5 minutes and continue this for unlimited time. It took them 3 days to give blood report to me. They promised 10 hours but took 3 days. Reason they said was that their internet was not working. When i asked for MD number they refused to give and told me to do whatever i want and complain to whomever i want. Nothing will happen to them it seems. Hope someone responsible reads this and takes action.

This is one of the worst hospital I have ever seen. General physician are even more. went there first time and one of their nurse staff gave me prescription which was just a pain killer. In the second visit , they gave a medicine due to which I had rashes all over the body. earlier I had one issue and town hospital gave me one more. This review is purely for general physician ward, I am not sure about other department. I won't recommend this hospital to anyone.

Very bad service about sisters or nurse people are not doing proper work they are negligence......will ask water more than 2 times but they are not responding. And every patients visit the hospital they tell directly first check the covid test it's too bad service ...over all medicines also they suggest normal only .and night duty peoples are doing good .poor people are visit this hospital only one thing doctor radhika and paramesh..

Thankfully, the patient has survived, and our deep appreciation goes to this hospital for their crucial role in the recovery process.

This hospital is really good to provide primary care for emergency conditions. When my father had a major heart attack they provided the initial care , saved from life threating conditions and helped to shift to a bigger hospital via their Ambulance service . Definitely recommend this hospital for Sarjapur residents for any emergency treatments

Basic treatments, lab tests, first aid etc ,. can be done. Do not expect much, however it serves it's purpose for all near by villages. So, they deserve 4stars. Do not surprise if the Staff is not service oriented. Staff feel it's a private property. They deny to take photo as I thought to give a review ..... It's their innocence :-)

Don't visit this hospital, Treatment is ok ok and treatment bill will me highly costly as international hospital. They include electric and water charge in the bill , for medicines separate bill . Worst hospital for poor peoples . Some doctors are careless .I paid 28k for 2 days for sugar treatment.

I strongly dont recommend, Pathetic hospital, they aren't professional where dont know how to inject glucose needle where injecting wrongly removing and repeating 2-3 times, i went there for my wife felt abdominal pain, took 2hrs but nothing found. Finally i decide to leave and went other hospital.

I got worst exp in this hospital. I went with one friend with fingure injury and informed to reception . Then they called doctor. Doctor was disturbed by some other issue. He told to do X-Ray by shouting over us and thown his diary then went. This behaviour is not expected from any doctor.

Don't go to this hospital no good doctor all college passed out and they are practice doctor, they will bill more no advance technology like computer, not clean instead go to Chandapura for Narayana hospital, no good hospitals in sarjapur either we need to go to Chandapura or kannehalli.

Receptionists have no other job than billing n chatting..there is no cue,anyone can enter as per wish n at once 3 patients can sit in one consultation room.reception is so noisy,,mainly coz front desk people are jobless

Dr .Prabhakar was great in treating my foot by removing the corn. Quick surgery on foot giving local anaesthesia. Ensure doctor is there for the day when you arrive ., Please check with hospital reception.

There is no doctor in the hospital from past 1 hr I have waited and if I ask in reception they have been saying 10 min , the doctor will come But for almost 1 hr there is no doctor

Dr. Radhika is very good but hospital administration and pediatrician are money minded. I was not okay when he told "Don't visit Govt Hospital and kids vaccines".

Only for basic treatment . No emergency treatment in it . The cost of ambulance is higher than a flight and it is slower than a 3 wheel auto .
