I sold my car to Boris about a week ago now. The reviews you read on this website are essentially correct. Boris is professional and trustworthy, and I think that is the most important thing when engaging a service like his. Do I think I could have gotten a better price elsewhere? Possibly. Certainly if I sold it privately I am sure I would have, but I came to Boris and his team because I didn't want to go through the rigamarole of trying to sell it privately. Would I use him again? Yes I would, but I'd make sure I had a good idea of what the car was worth prior, as he will offer you a price that makes it worth it for him, so you need to be sure what you are willing to accept. All in all, it is a professional, honest service.

Boris was helpful over the phone when I called him initially. I had already sent photos of my car to him and he said that it would be worth from $4k to $6k. He was punctual the next day, thoroughly checked out my car, pointed out things which I had told him about the car already, but at the end of it he said that it was still worth $6k. I found that refreshing that he immediately offered me the higher amount, which I accepted. He paid me immediately for my car, paperwork was signed, and I hope that the new owners get as much happiness from my car as I did over 15 years.

Fair pricing and easy-going negotiation. The conversation was pretty relaxed which I was so pleased about because it was our first time selling a car. Boris and Vlad were firm with the price without being overbearing. We asked time to think it through and considering their hassle free approach, and from the sterling reviews, it was a no-brainer to accept the offer. They came to our residence and we got paid on the spot. They were so friendly even my kids liked them. I would highly recommend this business and would do business with them again in the future.

Unfriendly, unhelpful and not interested in a trade! Tried to sell my car and came for a visual inspection. Was hardly welcomed and felt like a nuisance despite being the only customer. The employee did a very brief visual inspection (less than a minute), did not ask a single question (service history, odometer, accident history etc), said my car was leaking oil (which is not true) and made a ridiculously low offer. If you want to sell your car, contact other companies that show genuine interest and customer service!
