My wife and I have worked with Rohan, at Travel Associates Kew, for a number of years. we have found him to be knowledgeable, available and adept at helping us plan our trips and in making required bookings based on what we have discussed with him. He has been good at sourcing bookings which are value for money. He has worked hard at retrieving our costs from cancellations due to COVID despite this work not providing him with financial benefit. He assisted us in obtaining a refund when we returned from a problematic cruise. A measure of our satisfaction with Rohan is that we continued to work with him during the time he was temporarily located in New Zealand and were very satisfied having done so. I connected with Shaun Mifsud on Facebook via a mutual travel colleague and learned he was from Australia, a place I planned to visit this coming March 2024. 10 days out from flying out to Rome, no tickets or itinery, no email replies, I am sick of ringing with them blaming Rail Booker's I cannot believe after paying in March still no paperwork only invoice demanding payment with 22 hours, very quick for the money but no follow up, I will never use them again.
