Our experience with Travela was wonderful. This was our first trip to Australia/New Zealand. Our trip was planned to the minutest details and in a very assuring manner. Anuj was always there to answer any questions we had with the result that we had a memorable and comfortable trip (with some minor glitches). Anuj went out of the way to get us all the possible perks/benefits in every leg of our trip. Request the company to look into their following policies in order to attract international customers 1. Any paymentis made with a credit card a 2.9% fees was charged by Travela. This fee was a big surprise for us. Moreover, during our trip hardly any other vendor/restaurant/store in New Zealand or Australia charged this fee. Usually these fees are never paid by customer. In international transactions credit card is the safest and quickest mode of making payments. 2. Detailed breakup of hotel/flight and other charges are not shared with the customer. Sharing this breakup can enable a customer to tweek/modify his plans accordingly.

I was wanting to bring my parents to Australia as soon as the borders open. But i was unable to find tickets. I came across travela on facebook. I was hesistant to book tickets as i was not sure whether they are genuine eventhough i had read about them. Anyways long story short, i contacted them and spoke with Sameer and i must say i am really impressed with the service provided. He helped me throughout the process and gave me few options for flight tickets that were affordable for me at this stage. Right from finding tickets to checking in was an easy process. I cannot thank them enough. Its only because of them my parents are here now otherwise i was getting tickets for january and february when i was trying to book directly. Okay so just to start with, this company has some awesome people with excellent service in place. Very happy with everything so far with booking tickets from Delhi to Melbourne. Sameer who was booking the tickets for my family member, he has gone above and beyond to help us with a complicated situation which was not included in his job. He spent a lot of time with us to help us sort out the issue which we needed to before booking the flight tickets, he'd gone extra mile on top of his actual service of booking tickets. We had a great experience planning our first trip to Newzealand with Anuj from Travela. He assisted us with the itinerary and also throughout the trip he helped us with certain things which otherwise could not have been done without the information he provided to us. I would highly recommend Travela for all air tickets - international or domestic. The team is very professional, especially, Anuj. Travela provide a really great travel service. Unlike other travel agents Sameer believes in providing an overall excellent customer experience. This means you can rely on Sameer providing excellent advice on things like visa, travel restrictions etc. he doesn’t need to however this does create fantastic exp for the customer. Sameer has been excellent since I first spoke to him. He really takes the time to listen to all your needs and cater to them.
