Mark was exceptional. Went above and beyond to help pick the right bike and helmet for my sons birthday, ordered helmets in and kept me up to date with progress of the order. After hours emails to keep me in the loop. So helpful and knowledge. Best customer service I have received in years. So refreshing after I walked into bike worx in Erina where I walked out due to the lack of help and disinterest from the staff member there. Not sure if he wasn’t interested in the sale because I wasn’t buying a a top of the line bike, but i did need feel welcome or worthy of being the shop by the gentleman who served me. Well done Turramurra Cyclery, you have a customer for life, once again thanks Mark for all your help. It was most appreciated and keep up the great service.

What a great experience we both had, after a helpful but lengthy conversation with on the phone with the friendly staff at trek Turrramurra they suggested l bring my wife trek rail 7 to have it looked at and whilst they did encouraging us both to try the newer models exe and the rail 7 which we did happily taking them both to sample and comparing them different model and motors both side by side. Swapping along the way and comparing notes which was very helpful not leaving any doubt on which each of us preferred. Then, on our return, we were again greeted by staff and manager (Charles) to hear of our thoughts of the bikes even though they we busy. great job Trek Turrramurra we both felt like a very valuable customer thank you

I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Charlie North of Trek Bike Turramurra. His customer service is second to none. He is patient, honest as well as helpful in my purchase of a Trek bicycle. I am what you called a problematic customer, riddled with back and knee injuries and my reach and height played a difficult part in size selection. Charles have been so accommodating to my needs. He puts in long hours (after office hour)to calculate the right mixed of measurements for my saddle and handle height plus reach. I subsequently cancelled my order with Giant and bought the Trek bike and i didn't mind the 2 months wait.

Poor experience! The woman that assisted me when I first entered the store was quite impatient and didn't let me finish explaining the problem with my bike. When the problem was diagnosed (the hub body was apparently broken), instead of fixing it they suggested replacing the whole wheel for $400! That was over half the price I paid for my bike so I decided to leave (with my back wheel in pieces because they wanted to charge another $70 to put it back together!) I found a replacement wheel on Facebook for less than half the price and it's been working perfectly for me, don't waste your time here!

I highly recommend Turramurra Cyclery. I was after a specific bike that seemed to be out of stock everywhere. I contacted these guys by email on a Sunday when they were closed and received an immediate reply. As I was unable to attend the shop due to COVID restrictions, they offered to deliver the bike (fully assembled) all the way to the Central Coast when other shops wouldn’t even deliver a boxed bike. Monika, Mark & Kelly provided amazing friendly customer service the whole way. By Tuesday night I had this bike in my hands. Can’t thank them enough!

Thank you Trek Turramurra. My new bike needed some adjustments but I needed it within 2 days as I’d entered the Snowy Classic. A friendly greeting when I walked in and my bike was placed carefully in a stand. I was listened to and told that the bike would be fixed in time for my upcoming trip to the Snowies. I received a text first thing the next day- it was ready! And it was. A great relief. When I picked it up the mechanic who performed the service explained what was done. Purchased a bike from this shop. A similar bike in Melbourne was at clearance price but Trek Turramarra price matched it saving me time and ofcourse money! I transacted with Tatiana who was very patient with me. Meanwhile, the seat post on the bike was higher. Taro, one of the esteemed mechanics, ordered a shorter one whilst that was in-transit he loaned me his personal seat post. I am amazed at the level of trust and service he has given me. Charlie was great from my initial inquiry over the phone, through to the discussion when I brought the bike in, very transparent about what the process would be and the costs as well as clear explanations about why they had done what they did to my bike. I can't recommend them highly enough for their customer service, attention to detail, knowledge, and advice and just being really nice people to deal with - one of the key reasons we should all be supporting our local bike shops.

This store and its people are an absolute credit to the Trek brand. They arranged a transfer from another store and built my bike all in the same day so I could ride with my kids for the last few days of school hols. They are a great group of people that went above and beyond for us. It was such an amazing customer experience that I feel obligated to return for all my future cycling needs. Guy is a very knowledgeable and skilled worker and manager. He built a bike up for me in 2022 and was able to look ahead for any potential issues and adjustments. Able to explain technical points in easy to understand language. Fairly realistic view of lay person cycling needs. Does not market products unnecessarily and encourages customers to return ongoing for maintenance etc as they know they'll be in good hands.

Very good customer service. Very well organised to take my booking for a service. Excellent communication, both face to face and via email / texting. I was advised on the progress of the service. Very helpful, the customer service person noticed that I had back/spine issues and she loaded my bike into my car without me asking and with a cheerful smile. Expected finishing date was spot on. Pricing was excellent too.

Charlie has been patient with me for any questions and concerns. He also recommended a few useful accessories for my new bike which saved a lot time for getting the new bike ready. I bought my Trek bike at Trek Turramurra a year ago, and I LOVE it! It is a pleasure to ride, I really enjoy it. I take it on the train to places I enjoy riding, like the Central Coast...see photo. The staff there are pleasant and friendly.....they fixed my tyre the other day while I waited and always greet me when they see me. Just a lovely shop to go into!

Guy, Taro (hopefully correct spelling) and team very knowledgeable and helpful. Brought in my Trek mountain bike to adjust brakes and gears, which was done very well. They didn't push sales but provided the advice needed. Highly recommended.
