My wife and I recently travelled to the UK for three weeks. We spent time in Chester, Cardiff, Penzance & London. All journeys were by train with tickets pre - purchased plus accommodation. As Difficult as the Covid19 experience has been for every one, after waiting for over 21 weeks for some advice on our refund, the only comment has been that its the responsibility of Qantas, from Trendell and Turner and that's if the call is returned, I have now been advised by Travel Associates staff via a Qantas representative that due to the 9000 refunds that are to come from Travel Associates / Flight Centre is the real issue . The confusing part is that my claim was prior to Covid19 so one would have thought i would have been one of the first?? One would have hope that your representative would be proactive and not re-active.

Returning home to Australia from South Korea in the midst of COVID was initially a daunting undertaking, but after booking flights with Lolo my mind was put at ease. We had what we consider a substantive holiday to Europe including two cruises and unfortunately had to cancel the lot solely because of COVID. Kylie had made all the arrangements for us and in this initial phase met every expectation brilliantly. Lolo from Trendell and Turner advised us perfectly for a wonderful 10 day stay in Christchurch. We have used Lolo’s services for a number of years and she has never steered us wrong. Our accomodation this time was faultless - the perfect location within walking distance of attractions, restaurants and bars and was set up ideally to cater for 4 couples. One of the highlights was a Milford Sound trip that Lolo recommended. The tour guide, bus and boat trip were 5 star. I cannot recommend Trendell and Turner more highly.

It was so good to be really out of lockdown and travelling in Europe. After having a trip cancelled, they did a great job getting as many credits and refunds possible. This trip on the Danube, train to Belgium and London required good coordination which they did as well as quickly addressing any minor hiccups that are bound to occur. I thoroughly recommend them.

I wanted to book a surprise getaway for my wife's 60th Birthday. Lolo looked after everything including flights, accomodation at the Beach Club Hamilton Island, restaurant reservations, transfers, buggy hire, day trips etc. Everything was perfect.
