Amazing color, cut, and best of all HAIR EXTENSIONS!!! I have been to FOUR different salons "claiming" to have AND do the best extensions... A couple in Scottsdale were "ok", but after a few times, I found that I was losing more than I was gaining because MY OWN HAIR was breaking off, and even worse I was starting to get BALD spots!!! Tribe was my last hope, if it didn't work out I was going to cut off what was left of my hair and spend the next 3 years waiting for it all to grow back! THANK GOD I gave it one more try, and most of all THANK GOD for Erika and Troy (the owners) of TRIBE!!!!! Not only are they AMAZING, but the QUALITY of hair they get AND the TECHNIQUE they use is completely different than all of the other salons I have been to!! Erika will help you pick which hair to order (I think mine arrived in 2-3 days) many colors and lengths etc. Troy attached it in approximately an hour!! I am HOOKED! I am FINALLY loving my hair again, and the best part is my natural hair is finally growing back again! Worth mentioning, my natural hair was to the middle of my back until getting my roots done in RP became a nightmare when about 75% of my hair came out in the FOILS!!!!

Ladies, let me tell you about my hair stylist- Allie. First of all, she is the owner of the salon & does a dang good job. Second, she’s an amazing stylist! The salon overall is wonderfully run, the decor is adorable, and the talent is incredible. I’ve been going to Allie for a few years now & she has always worked with me to get me exactly what I want. A major thing I love about her is that she sets realistic boundaries to ensure we highlight within reason. Her number one priority is always the health and strength of my locks. She is sure to let me know time frames on when my look is obtainable whether it’s in that session or the next. Communication is key, right? Another thing I love about her & ultimately her leadership is that she is constantly encouraging others to brush up (no pun intended) on the hottest trends through education. Her & her stylists are current on how to effectively achieve specific looks and are always spot on. This salon is great! I would highly recommend to all who are in need of quality salon services. I have been going to Tribe for a couple years now and i can not express how amazing they are. Karla did amazing on my lash extensions. She is very quick to respond and make sure my appointment is at a reasonable time! Katie did amazing on my husbands hair and made sure he felt comfortable! Shelby and Katie did amazing making my son (toddler) feel comfortable and entertained while Shelby cut his hair. I love bringing him in and him feeling so loved. Shelby helped my daughter feel beautiful enough that she wanted to cut her hair shorter than normal. My daughter is very attached to her hair so it was a huge step for her. She makes amazing suggestions for her to understand what she wants when she isn't fully sure! My daughter always leaves smiling and feeling gorgeous. Shelby has done many different styles and color on me personally and i always leave feeling amazing! She just recently worked her magic on adding hair extensions to my very short (shaggy mullet) hair and it looks so amazing! People are usually surprised when they find out my hair is mainly extensions. I absolutely love getting my hair done here and recommend them to everyone!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced But quick response to negative review… I’m happy to have learned this before I trusted you with my hair. And I’m glad you pointed out that I initiated communication on the 20th. I actually reached out initially December 10th. That is horrible customer service, period end of story Buyer beware…. This is the owner responding so immediately please stop Allie. With the amount you charge spread the wealth and hire administrators for medical emergencies for “your employees” victim playing is not normal it’s psychopathic. Again glad I did not trust you with my hair. It’s precious and you don’t deserve it. And to the last response: First of all I’m glad you will not respond to this one. Maybe it will give you a chance to respond to potential new clients within 7-10 business days. You have proven my point. Good luck in all you do truly! I am thankful I found a professional that actually responded within less than 24 hours. She is more expensive, more experienced and I do not mind paying a little more for that. Again it’s about trusting someone with your hair most people believe that’s important.

Went there awhile back and have hesitated to leave a review. But I had the worst haircut and worst overall experience I've ever had with a hairstylist. My interaction with the person that cut my hair was bad before I even got to the salon and I ignored my gut feelings not to go. Well, lesson learned. I had never been there before so I have no idea why this person treated me like she did. I was visibly upset over the horrible, horrible haircut and she still had the b*lls to charge me. Was totally uncaring and indifferent about my total dissatisfaction. I wondered if her attitude was a generational thing and I was treated poorly because I was 'older'. I won't call this person out by name but I believe she is one of the owners.

Allie Matthews at Tribe is the BEST! Everyone should go see her, bring yourself, your mom, you sister, cousin, even your dog! (Seriously though they are allowed to come also #petfriendly) Allie has dominated my color which now causes me to get compliments on it daily! She is very attentive and takes her time to really listen to what you want! She not only has mastered my filtered color but over exceeded my expectations with my extensions! When you go to the salon you not only just talk to your stylist but everyone around you! It’s like one big family the minute you walk in the door! EVERYONE should go to tribe! I recently got my hair done here with Shelby for the first time and she was attentive, kind, and did a great job. I had wanted to try something different and asked for ashy and ultimately wasn’t happy with how the color worked for me. I reached back out to Shelby to see if we could change the tone and she was kind enough to get me back in the follow day (which most stylists won’t do) and didn’t charge me anything to fix the tone. I’m so glad I went back because I LOVE the new color! I’ll definitely be going back to see her. I would recommend her to anyone!

Allie is seriously AMAZING! Have gone to her twice now and am literally OBSESSED with my hair! First time I went, there was an issue with my root smudge fading and I got in super quick and got it fixed. Last visit I chopped my hair and got it colored. Literally from the cut to the color I just had the best experience. And she remembered what happened last time and made sure my hair was absolute perfection when I left. Again. OBSESSED. The reviews are accurate and this place is amazing. Shelby fixed what is probably the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. I figured I just needed a simple trim and went to Greatclips for $15 and it was awful. For only $30 for a “trim” she fixed it and it looks amazing without loosing too much length. The two other customers I saw when i was there looked happy with their stylists too.

I have had my hair colored at salons all over the United States. Erica is by far the best. This is also the first time I have had my haircut in over 15 years and would only have trusted her to do it.
