I needed the roof done on 2 bungalows. When I was discussing the job with companies, True North was serious about wanting the work. They were not aggressive or in any way unpleasant, but they were attentive and thorough in feeding back to me what they'd do and what they'd use and why, etc. They did the job exactly as they said. They subcontracted out the eaves troughs but those guys were good, too. True North had already briefed them on a few custom things I needed and they confirmed with me and did a good job of everything. I noticed an issue about a month later where 2 downspout pieces had become disconnected. I called True North who put their contractor in touch with me. I said it wasn't an emergency but would be nice to get it out of the way within the next couple of weeks. It was done within a week and both the contractor and True North called me to confirm. The reason only 4 starts is that the site clean up was not perfect. It was pretty good, though, so nothing to worry about. I'd have given 4.5 stars if it was an option. Based on my experience, I am pleased to recommend True North Exteriors.

Had true north recommended to us, had them come out at the end of the year to do shingle replacement as well as the eaves. When dealing with them, they refused to call me back when i had questions as to when the work will start, told them that I had dogs so i needed to know when they will be here so I can secure the dogs as they would get in the way, they continued to call my husband who worked out of town at the time and i would continue to call them without having them call me back.During the winter we noticed the eaves were leaking, we called and were told they were closed for the year and to call back in spring or send an email. I called at the beginning of May of this year told them of the situation of eaves leaking at the corners and nails left on the roof and damage to siding and I was told that someone would come out and that he will call me back. I have waited until almost the end of the month and have yet to receive a call. I have asked my husband to call and we still have not received a call back. This is not what we would expect from a reputable company.

TRUE NORTH EXTERIORS recently replaced the shingles on our house & garage. Their workmanship far exceeded our expectations. The workers where polite, conscientious, efficient and conducted an impressive cleaned up. We where as well extremely impressed with sales/manager Mathieu Chausse' who explained any questions we had and over saw the job from start to finish. It's employees like this that enhance True North Exteriors reputation. Their price was competitive. We would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in replacing their shingles.

Had True North Install 3 intake vents for our attic. Did the job on time, and at an amazing price. Had Mike and a couple of his guys back today as I had a concern about one of the vents (my problem, not theirs!), they pulled the whole thing out, replaced, and checked it over, assuring me it was good as gold. That is customer service - "if you are concerned, we will take care of it for you so you have no concerns". Thanks Mike and True North. I will be reaching out to you when the time comes for my new roof!

We had True North Exteriors replace the roof shingles, gutters, and added insulation around 6 years ago. True professional service, and they were able to accomplish everything within the time frame. Recently, we had work done with my venting , and they were right there to quickly make adjustments. We are very impressed with the customer service and the ability to respond! We highly recommend them for exterior home improvements!

I had a significant amount of work done (new roof, siding, gutters, soffit) and several years later had some minor repairs to be done. I called and they sent someone out RIGHT AWAY to take care of it! I was so impressed with their quick response, professionalism and customer service. Highly Recommend!!!

True North replace the shingles, it took one day and when they left my yard was clean and nail free. The salesman Michael was respectful of my time and knew his stuff. My roof is only a year old but it looks fantastic. Thank you True North Exteriors.
