I have used their services twice now and both the time they were good. The wash quality is Great, like my old clothes feel new now. The time of service is not very good though. My first order was supposed to be completed on Tuesday but they couldn't meet this deadline and gave me my order on Wednesday. This can be an issue considering all your clothes are out for wash. The staff is very friendly. During my second order, I couldn't pay them right away (phone discharged) so they allowed me to take my clothes and make online payment later.

Went to the Mate Square store. The person sitting over the counter had no idea how to punch an order. Had opted for home delivery, which arrived two days late, without any reason given. I am yet to check the clothes after they arrived, so can't comment yet on the quality of their work. Edit: The delivery arrived three days late this time. Don't know what was i thinking while going to them 2nd time. Behaviour is totally unapologetic and shameless.

Truly Awesome and unbelievable dry cleaning services experienced in Nagpur ! Tried their services 3-4 times and they are consistent every time. Went to Mate Square Shop, Such a pathetic service they have been providing , no timeline for delivery, no responsibility for our essentials ( lost my blazer cover and hanger during drycleaning duration) and not even maintaining customer details properly.

Their shoe-cleaning services are superb! The shoes i gave for cleaning were delivered in time and were absolutely clean. They provide fantastic services with cleaning of lehengas. I got my lehenga back as good as new.
