Extremely unhappy with their service. We were walk in customers and had a special request for steam iron and dry cleaning. We faced multiple issues with them. 1) they have a poster saying 20% off on walk in customers. The lady at the reception could have easily given a 20% off but she didn’t. As soon as I left the store and sat in the car i saw the 20% off poster and thought i will ask for it during the delivery date when i pay the bill. When i did, the lady told me u should have asked for it when the bill was made. My point is, didn't she know we were walk in customers and didn't she know there was a 20% off discount offer. Why does the customer have to demand? 2) there was a yellow baby frock that I specifically told them had dust over the dress, during pick up i told them its not done well, they claimed they did. If you cant remove the stains call and inform the customer, why should the customer pay for nothing. All they could do is say “ok let us try again and do it for you” but they totally refused to even try. Please note i got it dry cleaned again by another dry cleaner and the stains were removed. 3) there were two steam frocks that needed to be steamed pressed. One frock they couldn’t press which I understand they didnt have the equipment for it. The other dress was standard steam press but they couldn’t even press a bow properly. The male staff is extremely, polite he assured us the work will not disappoint us next time. The female staff weren’t helpful at all.

I don’t want to give a single star rating, irresponsibly done there jobs, unprofessional people… never give your clothes to this store…local store are better than these dry cleaners… they completely spoil your clothes, people trust your services and what you do with there trust… If you can’t take guarantee of clothes then Wht is the use of this store… atleast stay loyal to your customers.

They have really good service, I have tried them for Leather bags and shoes, Lehengas or wedding Gown, sarees,suits and Winter Blankets etc, they do the task really easy by packing the stuff really good and handy, just put the package in trolley bag/cupboard with the least possible space,keeps them new untill the next use,low on pocket as well, ⭐⭐⭐⭐ from my side !!! Keep it up.!

Extremely happy with the service Tumbledry provided! Came back from a monsoon trek, I had clothes and shoes packed with me that I thought I can never use again. But Tumbledry changed my opinion and the state of my clothes in a supremely positive way! They’re people who know how to outdo their job. Highly recommended!

Had given 2 white shirts for steam ironing, the service was excellent, the staff was good, and I got the bill and updates through WhatsApp and a call for delivery, they also have a lot of offers going on and pickup and drop delivery too, the packing was done very neatly and professionally, hats off to their service.

They tried to charge me extra and didn't follow the listed price on their website and their own discount. Plus in Wash & Fold they didn't fold my laundry neatly it was given to me jumbled up in a bag with randomly some clothes folded. I had higer expectations from this place given the reviews. :(

I use their economical wash and fold service regularly. It frees my time and energy for other important things. And the clothes have always turned out to be softer and fresher than washing at home. Their dry-cleaning service is also competitively priced. Have never been disappointed.

Had a wonderful experience at Tumbledry Sadar. Quality of dry cleaning was top notch + owner and staff are truly professional. Turnaround time is fantastic - got it way earlier than committed. I would recommend it to everyone who love their cloths.

My first experience with tumbledry dry clean I really liked his work.. And the staff there is very nice. I told them on an urgent basis and he gave it to me on time. Tumbledry clean very nice place and i am very satisfied with there work.

Really poor service and absolutely pathetic Experience, they couldn’t clean my shoe after 3 attempts and kept asking me to come back later . On top of that they lost my original laces and then replaced it random shoes . AVOID!!!

Fair price, clean clothes and compact folding and packing. Great laundry service! It take a little while and they put plastic tags in your clothing though so if you want to protect precious fabrics or something I'd be careful :)

First time when I gave for wash and fold it was horrible. My clothes were dumped in a bag like garbage and returned. The wrinkles were not going. Next time when I spoke to the owner and gave my clothes they were done well.

Unprofessional and mis committed people. They don’t return clothes on time and they say that they provide door step services but they don’t do it.They will ask you to come and collect your clothes.

My white shoes got too dark Stan and I thought they will not be cleaned. But tumbledry made it possible I got my shoes like I got the new one. Satisfied with their service.
