One of the worst service(T1169) i ve got ever, you outlet promised me to give it back in one day, i ve got it today as on 26 it was wet and had stains on mesh! As per him it would vanish by 1-2 days, i ve got it today 29th evening. It’s even worse dark yellow stains on my white shoes at back and chemical stains on front. My shoes is completely in worst condition. I ve got this zara shoes from austria(€89) which is spoiled by your sec 11 outlet. After even that he has audacity to say that I’m the owner, nothing will happen to my as it’s my company. What !!!!

Cheating customers with overpricing. Party wear lehenga was charged under bridal lehenga and for each lehenga , dupatta dry cleaning was charged separately. They will charge u for lehenga and treat duppata as a separate item. For women’s short coat / blazer , rs 350 was charged per item. Whereas their template says for men’s coat they charge 200. Acrosd every charge they have written +, which gives the owner a chance to charge any amount they want additionally. Never using tumbledry again. Felt cheated.

One of the worst services providers… I had given few woollen jacket for dry cleaning along with quilts . This chap just washed it because of which the jackets shrunk . Instead of admitting to his mistake , he kept delaying delivering the shrunk jackets saying that he is very busy and somehow Jackets take more time . After opening the jackets , when I realised what he had done and reported, he started screaming on me .

I had the worst experience with tumble dry. I gave them a few items for dry cleaning. They ruined them. Some items were in fact half in length. Furthermore, they had the nerves to ask me for the fee for it. I'm havily disappointed and would recommend everyone to think twice before availing their services.

Normal dry cleaners are better than tumbledry atleast they packed properly When i told them (are madam ye hum aise he dete hai washing ke clothes )
