First of all, these guys were super accommodating for me as I initially pulled in at 5 PM on a Friday night with some brake issues. Within 20 min, while allowing me to observe them inspecting all four wheels after they took the tires off, you could clearly see I needed new front brake pads & rotors as they were completely metal on metal. They also said my rear brakes appeared to be eaten up pretty bad too, but they were old school shoe brakes and their expert in this area was not working. Even though they closed in 45 minutes they were able to get my front brakes and rotors done, which was absolutely needed to drive safely on the roads. As they were wrapping this up I had already committed to coming back the next morning to get my rear brakes done. I also informed them that I didn't have A/C as my compressor clutch was not engaging. They proceeded to quote me for the entire thing which was very reasonable. However, that night I started looking at their reviews and noticed a trend of what I would deem "more difficult" repairs having a very high negative review rate, which scared me a little. I ended up bringing my car back in the next day to get the rear brakes done and they wrapped them up in about an hour. But, I just got completely honest with them about my hesitation with them doing the compressor based on the other reviews. After a few of the guys explained the full context of these negative reviews, I decided to give them an opportunity as I could see their side of things when it came to the reviews. Needless to say, I brought my car in a few days later when I had the money and they knocked out the compressor in a day while I was at work. I have since been driving the vehicle for a month with ice cold A/C and no issues whatsoever. At the end of the day, they deserve nothing but a 5-Star review because they went out of their way the first night so I would be safe, they performed solid work on my brakes, they advocated for themselves when I inquired about the other negative reviews, they backed up what they said (they were confident), and they did all of this work for a very fair price!! I would definitely recommend Tunny's to anyone! Also, these guys do this stuff on race cars that they compete in, so you definitely get the feeling they love what they do, and they make you feel like you're just a neighbor or friend stopping in to have some work done.

This place is completely horrible i spent over $3,000 on repairs of my vehicle expecting to have it done properly. They replaced my water pump and thermostat and radiator and flushed the radiator because it was not circulating to keep the engine at original temperature and causing the engine to over heat. I drove back and forth quite a few times to keep bringing the car back and the last time i took it almost left me. They couldn’t figure out what was going on and even after putting a new radiator that cost me over $500 to put in apart from the $1,300 for the water pump and thermostat they still couldn’t figure it out! The last day i picked it up that was the last day my car ran because of all the times it overheated. The first time i picked it up they forgot to connect one of the fans that cools the radiator as shown in the picture they put excuses for everything, they replaced the entire suspension and car still had some what of a loose noise. They said that maybe the car had an electrical problem so i took it to get checked and there was nothing wrong with the electrical, so after telling them that they knew they were running out of options and knew they couldn’t fix it so they recommended i do a “ super flush” i asked if they dint do a radiator flush when they replaced the radiator and they responded with “ we do a regular flush we don’t connect it to the machine because we don’t have it. So i was told i had to take the car to the dealership for them to do it which cost me $120 but unfortunately they were unable to do it because the engine was already done. I was told by the Subaru dealership that the water pump that they replaced and the thermostat wasn’t even properly installed and that they were supposed to flush the radiator before putting a new one in if not there is no reason to replace it! I was told that i needed a new engine that was going to cost me $5,480 and a new radiator. I dint even bother but i had put in so much into the car that it wasn’t worth letting it rot away. Point is don’t go here unless you want to loose your money and get a half as Job.

I bought 4 used tires from here a mth n half ago. Worst experience ever! First the guy stripped out 4 lugnuts and broke a stud. Then he put sticker weights on the inside of the tire. I pulled out and back in the garage 2x until they got it right so it wasn’t rubbing on my brake caliper bracket. In all I was there over 2hrs from the time I pulled my truck in the garage. That’s just the beginning! 2 weeks go by and I’m hearing a rubbing sound. So I go to take my tire off and all my lugnuts have started to work there way loose. They also gave me mismatch lugnuts, one I couldn’t even get off with my tire iron because it was a 17 instead of the standard 19 for my truck. So I took it back up there to get a lugnut that was a 19. Wait it’s not over. 2weeks later I go to do my brakes and the 19 they gave me is stripped so I couldn’t get a bite on it. So I take it back to them. This time Tyler who says he’s the owner, says he wants to make it right. I’m going to order you all new lugnuts, and studs I’ll give you a call when they come in. He looked me in the eye and shook my hand. Week and half goes by I here nothing. So I call, he says he hasn’t even put the order in yet... what!!??☹️. Ill get on it today he says. He calls me back that day says he having trouble getting the front studs. I’ll let you know something by the end of day. That was a week ago. Joke! Worst customer service ever. Never had so much trouble with a used tire dealer. Last time i went there it was a Saturday around 10am... prime time for used tire dealer. You could hear crickets in the garage. Plenty of used tire shops around. Trust me, take it somewhere else!!

Incompetent, dishonest or thieves, you pick. Cost me over $600 for new thermostat and radiator flush, plus a tow. Did not get thermostat changed due to a broken bolt that he claims he did not break, yet still managed to pry the outlet off, ( after only removing 1 bolt). Then quoted me almost another $1000 to fix or remove the broken bolt. Had to have towed to a more honest mechanic due to the fact it couldn't be driven because he could not attach the outlet (broken bolt), but had he noticed he would have called me before removing the outlet in the first place. Stating: after removing it, it would not seal with just, one bolt. Now, pay attention. Did not break the bolt, did not notice a broken bolt, removed only one bolt, then decided to "pry" the outlet off. After towing to a different mechanic. Repairs were completed in less than 2 hours and less than $200. Also got a quote for plugs and coil packs for over $800 from Tunny Auto. Got that done for $452 elsewhere. Was a waste of my time and my money.

I respect any professional auto shop to being open and honest without BS by not upcharging or pushing you for needless expenses. Had truck and car tires purchased and done here before. Update: Elite solved my brake issues after a few troubleshooting attempts, concerning dragging pads, and sticking as the summer got hot, while keeping cost options down. It took a couple revisits to narrow it down to e-brake cable adjustment, 1 caliper and 2 rotors/pad replacements. Truck now runs with restored mileage, clean smooth braking. Truck bought from Canada with rusted bottom by their salty roads. Previous shop recommended all rotors replaced, didn't tell me about the worn caliper piston seal when they did my pads.

I just got four new tires for my truck and their price was almost 400 cheaper than everyone else and the tires run very smooth there had the tires the next business day and I was in and out in less than in hour and the customer service was amazing I sent a friend of mine up there a couple days later for four brand new tires and she had the same experience I did they even took a wire brush the inside lip of my wheels to make sure they sealed properly I was a tire guy for over ten years so I know alot about the tire business and will say they guy know what they are doing I normally want to get in and do the job but with these I guys I knew my truck was in good hand good job Ben

I went to Tunny’s because the shop is close and had decent reviews. They ended up telling me I needed an alignment and to take it to another shop. This was only after they charged me for a new set of tires and said they thought the shake I was experiencing was because of a bad motor or transmission mount (never got a straight answer). If you didn’t know what was wrong with it or weren’t willing to figure it out, I would’ve appreciated honesty instead of sending me somewhere else for a job I’d think you could do (alignment) as a full service auto shop. Edited to add - car was fixed by another shop and it was the CV joint. Your suggestion for an alignment was a misdiagnosis.

Brought our car here to get an oil leak fixed, Val changed the oil lines and oil for $500. Picked up car and smoked all the way home. Check engine light came on and had to pay $100 to tow it back to get fixed. Picked up again and it smoked and was making a terrible noise. Checked the oil and the oil cap was not put back on. Oil was everywhere. Took it to car dealership to get fixed right and found out that what Tunnys auto service replaced was not the issue. This miss diagnosis cost us an extra $1300. Horrible experience and would not recommend Tunnys Auto Service to anyone.

In being new to the area, its a little intimidating trying out a new place, but I desperatley needed some tires. These guys really know their stuff! Ben helped us out. He and the rest of the hardworking staff were friendly, knowledgeable and informative. They're a lot more than just tires. They handle brakes, oil changes, mufflers and even glass repair. I couldn't get a new set this time, but needless to say I've found our new one stop automotive shop. Great care at a fair price! What more can you ask?

I called the morning before inquiring about a tire patch. He told me to bring it in the next day. As soon as I got there he fixed it on the spot took maybe 10 or 15 minutes. And he kindly put the tire on for me. And for a patch that he put on the inside was only 30 bucks everywhere else were charging 35 and upwards. He was extremely kind and professional and I appreciate it greatly. Saved me from having to purchase a new tire (the tire I punctured wasn't that old)

This place is absolutely HORRIFIC!!!!! I do not recommend taking your car here even if it's a last choice. Awful mechanic work, and the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. If you want more problems with your car then before u dropped it off go on ahead. WILL be a lawsuit coming their way eventually, so lucky if they even stay in business! NASTY PEOPLE!!!

I took my truck in for break work. They first tell me they have never replaced the part i needed replaced then told me the part was 300 bucks but i had already called autozone and they sell the same part for 108 bucks. These guys are not very trust worthy. I understand a mark up on parts but 3x as much??? I will never go back or refer any one there

Got a flat and needed a tire fast. I went up there, and they saw that I clearly have no idea about cars, so he went and looked at the car for me to see what size tired I needed. Told me he had one, 20 minutes later I'm leaving with a freshly installed tired. Amazing and fast service, friendly and knowledgeable people. I will be going back!

So great! I popped a tire right off the exit and came hobbling into the shop. They didn’t have a used tire but gave me an amazing price on a new one. He called another place put a tire on hold and another guy picked it up. Balanced and put the tire on within an hour. Can’t say enough good things!

Did some work on my old Dodge. They sweat themselves half to death getting it done . Took pretty much all day because the truck was stubborn but they did a great job and worked with me on the bill. These guys are down to earth do good honest work and make your feel like one of the guys.

They informed me that they would buy my car off of me for parts. When the title arrived they mysteriously misplaced my car and said they had assumed I picked it up. They are absolutely scamming people, I’ve heard a plethora of horrible things about this place RUN!

They went out of their way to get my vehicle back on the road for brake and brake line replacement. Also did an oil change on two vehicles. I will definitely give them my business again and recommend them. Very reasonable on their fees and did a great job.
