Really disappointed ☹️ Last night I ordered dinner, Turbo rice, and a beef and vegetable dish' The Turbo rice was dry and clumpy? But the beef dish was a complete let down In my experience Chinese chef's use a mediocre cut of beef, then use a velveting method to tenderise the cut' A very simple easy but extremely effective way to get soft tender beef' I'm sure it was the Chinese who came up with the velveting method? Last night's dish did use a cheap cut of beef, but absolutely no velveting or tenderising at all??? The beef was tough , dry and rubbery,! The sauce had so much fish sauce in it it stunk when I undid the lid ( that sweaty body odour smell) It tasted just as bad as it smelt? The dish was basically inedible! Must be one lazy chef' tenderise your cheaper cuts of beef! Ease up on the fish sauce, it is very overpowering! Astonishing a professional chef could serve such a hidious dish! Should of just had a toasted cheese, what a waste of money! No more Turbo Chinese for me! P.s it used to be great food? Guessing a different chef?

This is a good example why “under new management” should be displayed when new owners buy an established business!! The food is nothing like the food the old owners made! Like a previous customer said “ their fried rice vis boiled!!” That explains a lot my meals “ fried” rice was claggy and bland!! I also bought a seafood rice dish with 1 prawn the size of a 50c piece and plenty of tofu and the seafood “helper” that fish and chips shops claim is a “SEAFOOD STICK” and the rice was undercooked but also blew my head off it was that spicy hot!!!! Even the prawn crackers taste like year old oil Change the name or change the chief because that’s not the TURBO CHINESE I remember and it’s quite a disgrace that they can serve up food that tastes like a child made!! NOT HAPPY!!

Ordered through Uber Eats tonight, under their ghost kitchen name Rice Is Life (they share the same address and cuisine). We had Mongolian beef, honey chicken and bbq pork. The beef and pork were tasteless, overcooked, the pork especially was dry. The chicken was passable. Relied on too much cabbage and onion as vegetables and these were limply overcooked too. The steamed rice in each dish was dry. I'm glad they were discounted tonight or I'd have felt extremely cheated at their usual price. The only plus was the delivery driver who was very friendly. It was the blandest Chinese food I have eaten in years.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE. We ordered $80 worth of food via their website which had a contract with FOODHUB but was called a few minutes later to find out the money was paid to FOODHUB and not Turbo so they wouldn’t make our food. We were refunded by foodhub eventually, but that was definitely not worth the time nor the effort. Do not order from their website, you may never see your money ever again.

This place used to be amazing and now it’s horrible, the woman that answers the phone and serves is very rude and repeatedly has served us the wrong order. Even the people in front of us got the wrong order and just accepted it being nice and left angry. The woman did not seem to care or apologise either. Food quality is very bad now as well. Do not recommend, their rice is still good though...

They provided a decent fried rice at a good price, quickly. The man at the counter even came out to give me my takeaway. So why 3 stars? The place is old and unattractive, there is nowhere to sit and wait, and the portion was a little light on, it didn't fill the container. And the fried rice was decent only, not amazing, but nothing to complain about.

Amazing food! Absolutely delicious sweet 'n' sour pork and the best fried rice in Noble Park! The staff are very friendly too. Highly recommend.

O.M.G i am surprised i am usually very sceptical on trying other chinese takeaway i usually get it from golden bamboo but i felt like Chinese tonight and they weren't open so i gave turbo ago and i won't be going back to golden bamboo any more the staff were very friendly and the food was sensational thankyou turbo chinese

Absolutely the worse food I've ever eaten. Not Authentic Chinese Food ,I ordered Chicken that was disgusting and inedible. The fried rice was steamed and had a few vegies thrown in and coated in oil again inedible. Disgusting and not as advertised . How dare you sell this type of food as a delivery . Not even worth 1 star

Had a friend who catered their food here. I ate their white chop chicken and it was so good! Normally he only takes orders 1-2 days in advance but was nice enough to chop up one for me. 5 Stars!

Worst customer service over the phone. When I called to order pickup I had to repeat my order many times and he told me he couldn’t speak English properly. In the end he just hanged up on me which was very rude. Don’t order anything with beef the texture was very weird and it was uneatable.

My husband ordered a vegetarian meal for me As I am vegetarian As I took a bite I noticed meat throughout my meal We called to tell them and they said we didn’t ask for meat free Never again really upset and they have lost a customer be careful if you have food requirements

Super quick service! Didn't have to wait long at all and we did have more than 3 dishes ordered too. Size of the meals were pretty huge servings which I suppose isn't too bad for it's price but taste of dishes were average as opposed to other places but not bad at all.

Disappointed, I order take away Hokien mee, in the menu said with shrimp and dark spicy soy sauce, but what arrived at home is no shrimp, the sauce also not spicy but sweet. In the end I can't eat my dinner and just waste the money. Never again

Nice local takeaway option. If you are into Chinese food and live in the Noble Park area this is your restaurant. The food comes fast and always hod, delicious and spicy. It is definitely recommended.

Never ever will I eat from this place again. Ended up in Dandenong Hospital barely able to walk from the car into emergency 12 hours after eating the special fried rice. Not recommended at all.

Tasty food as always. Love the special fried rice and beef black bean! Definitely will come back to order again!

I ordered the orange duck the other day and it was quite succulent, which was pleasant surprise, half the time most places serve it up too dry. I'll definitely being coming back for more.

Ended up in hospital 12 hours after eating here. Missed two days work. Never eaten here since and will never again. Forever left questioning the food standards at turbo chinese.

If you order for just a soup, they will be like, “you want only soup, you don’t want to eat?” And then they make the crappiest watery soup and still charge you the same.

Ordered sweet combo via menulog. No where on the menu does it state it has prawns. I am allergic. Couldn't eat it. What a waste!! Wouldn't buy from here again.

Don't bother ordering any scallop dishes. Hidden right at the bottom of the dish and so small I wonder if they were actual scallops!

Disgusting they used 2 minute noodles in their supreme noodle dish the whole dish tasted like 2 minute noodles
