Salon calls 10 min before appt (when we are already en route) to ask if we “could push it to closer to 6. We’re running a bit behind.” HORRIBLE first impression. Canceled. Will choose another salon.

I wanted small locs; everyone who’s seen my hair wants to know what I was charged for. It’s very disappointing. I’ve seen them do other people’s hair nicely but my hair was done very poorly. Maybe it depends on your stylist. Be careful who you let touch your hair.
