Worst experience today, I've been there 3 times. 2 times its alright for puncture but this time there was boy i didn't see him before and he was so over smart. First i told him my tyre has puncture, he saw a nail and start fixing puncture, i said why you didn't dip tyre into the water so you will get to know how many punctures are there, he said i have seen a nail to its fine. After fixing that one puncture, he put the tyre into the water and guess what there was another puncture on the corner which is abviously not repairable. I said, look i told you before and he said you need to put new tyre but u need to pay for puncture as well. I said why should i pay for puncture, you didn't do your job properly. Still he was not accepting his mistake than the owner john came and told him to change tyre without charging me for the puncture and again he didn't asked me which company i preferred. I will never go again there.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I try my best not to give negative reviews on local businesses just because of something small or not meeting my expectations in full. But I feel like I need to. They are Super Dodgy! Got fooled by the fancy looking tyre shop thinking that they'd be professional. That's the last thing you'll get there. My tyre was just fixed by Mazda and it's wrecked again right after going to the shop for wheel alignment. I was already aware that I needed to change my tyres soon. They took my car for a test drive without asking any permission and later returned saying that I needed to change my tyres to fix my wheel alignment issue. So why did you do wheel alignment knowing that it wouldn't yield any results? They tried their best to sell me unknown Chinese brand tyres

More expensive then they used to be but more disappointing is calling up for a price. Being told one thing and charged another Alot of unnecessary upselling too Disappointing Please honour your telephone conversations or at least write the price quoted in a book!!! If this continues we will be taking our fleet of cars elsewhere. Update 1 month later: happened again with prices not being matched what's been advised on the phone. Will now be going elsewhere with the fleet of cars. NOT RECOMMENDED

Was looking someone to do break change same day esp after afternoon before weekend. Nobody was saying yes. Called them straight yes.Just got breakpad changed and did saved few bucks. They give honest opinion. Although there free wifi dont work. Other then that Good work guys. Recommend if thinking to save some money. no review on there work yet.

I took my car to change all my tires and general service two weeks ago. Really disappointed! Kept me waiting for 3 hrs still failed to fix small things like one brake light. They put duplicate tires and charged me 95$ each + heavy cost of service with done nothing. I put nearly $1000 dollars in the bin. Everyone be careful with this guy.

Every time my bricklaying trailer or ute blows a tyre, always made every attempt to drag my trailer his shop to get my tire changed there.. owner is a great bloke, very nice, very very good priced. The place might not have the glamour of a franchisee but don't be afraid as it's a thousand times better than those Kmart auto tyre places!

What a bad business. I would avoid at all cost. Worst customer experience even imagine. I was charged a price for a used tyre and whilst it waa been fixed by an assistant the manager notice the condition of the tyre was better and insisited on changing the price. He was rude, unfriendly and extremely nasty! The worst experience ever.

The owner is nice but one employee thinks that he is very smart. He tried to fix the puncture first and afterwards said that this tyre in unrepairable. He tried to charge us for the puncture along with the new tyre. I would like to advise the owner John to get rid of this employee as the business will loose customers because of him.

Very bad business. Laugh at you for getting second hand tires when you are only a pensioner, then turn around and say there second hand tires are no good. Why sell second hand tires if you just laugh at people? Disgusting business, and grubby people working there... do not recommend coming here at all.

I went there to replace my car tyres. The guy working there told me that it will take only 20 minutes. I waited for 1.5hours and still the work was not done. After such a long wait he came and told me that it is going to take time. Such a disappointing service. I will never recommend going there.

Went in for a quote, The Smartest person on earth suggested me to put some Chinese branded tyres. When i asked for a good brand, laughs at me and says you don’t put branded tyres in a toyota hatch. It must be a sports car for good brand tyres. Never going there.

I found that they are way too over priced for the tyres that they sell you! Make sure you guys do your research on tyre brands and costs before coming to this place! Will definitely not be coming here again! Had 3 places quote me $140 cheaper.

Great service. Went there to get a new Rim fitted with a second hand Tyre with no appointment they fit me in. I didn’t mind waiting as the staff was low. Very happy with the result. Will be returning to get my other 2 tyres replaced.

Stopped for a normal puncture in the middle of the right front tire, ended up with a quote of $240 to replace both tires. Took the car to another shop, tire patched $30 happy days.

Went there to get 3 punctures fixed in one of the tyres. They were quick and efficient with the repairs and reasonable in their charges. I was in and out in an hour's time.

Fair price, free coffee in the waiting room and good service. Edit: The tires have only held up for 1500 km til the first little bit off road. Both tires flat. Pretty bad.
