Edit in response to owner* Firstly the order wasn't almost a year ago, the replacement pair were sent in October 2021, meaning I've had them 6 months, and the majority of the time was summer and they weren't used. Secondly, if you determine that normal wear and tear means they will no longer be of use after 3 months then I don't think I need to say more about the quality of the product. Buyer beware, don't waste your money for a sub-par product --------------------------------------------------- Good range at a reasonable price, but you get what you pay for. Terrible quality. After only occasional wear my uggs wore out after 3 months of occasional use, they were replaced under warranty, but the new pair had the same issue - no such luck on a replacement or refund.

The shopkeeper is such a kind and genuine person; I asked if I could buy the suede brush she was using - she wanted to give me a new one for free. She said she would call me when they came back in stock at the warehouse …. and a month later, she did call me ! How kind….she wasn’t even making any money from me. I recommend this shop highly.

I have been to UGG express at least 3 times in the past few weeks as I have been buying presents for family and friends. Jenny, the sales associate has amazing customer service and has been very kind and helpful each visit! All recent purchases have been high quality and stylish I will definitely be buying from UGG express again!
