This FRAUDULENT Post Office or MAYBE the WORKERS that work there specifically ONE INDIVIDUAL NAMED CESAR STEALS YOUR PACKAGES. I am writing a police report on him as well. He deliberately ON PURPOSE PACKAGED IT SO BAD that all my ITEMS FELL OUT INCLUDING THE ADDRESS SLIP which made FOR MY PACKAGE TO BE LOST. The worst part about it is that he admitted that he didn’t pack it well and that all my items probably fell out. How unprofessional don’t you work there? Do you really not care at all about your job? CESAR IS THE WORKERS NAME - AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST HE WILL DEFINITELY STEAL OR MISPLACE YOUR PACKAGES.

I can't speak to anyone else's experience, but the person who served me today was uncommonly kind and patient and was extremely helpful! Especially considering that we were trying to troubleshoot the best value way to send certain documents. What was super useful is that they can price up exact postage without having the item there if you know the weight. Most other post offices will look at you like you're mad if you try to ask without the actual item to be sent in your hand

They are a legitimate, approved US Post shipping store, run by a private business. There is nothing shady or fraudulent as a defamatory review earlier posted by "Wrek em" troller. Excellent service, as they are not government paid employees, (no offense) and care about return business. Also have private mailbox rentals.

Beats going to an actual USPS, no lines and excellent service. Main cashier (Cesar as mentioned by previous reviews) is questionably annoying but it’s a necessary evil. I wrote FROM and TO and this clown says it’s TO and FROM and to re-write it, then slaps the machine printed USPS label on top! What a circus!

This is the best post office I’ve ever been to. Hannah is one of the most patient and amazing people I’ve ever met. I came in with about 12 certified mail slips and she had the best, most upbeat personality. In an age where post office workers are irritable— Hannah rose to the occasion

Place looks good, everything is clean and they also have fingerprinting here. I got my fingerprint done here for work, it was quick and the lady was nice, which is why I give two stars. Customer service is wack. It's kinda of a hit or miss depending on their mood.

NOT A REAL US POST OFFICE. I DROPPED OFF MY PACKAGE FOR A PHONE TRADE FOR AT&T AND THEY STOLE THE PACKAGE. AT&T NEVER RECEIVED IT. I SHOYLDVE BEEN SUSPICIOUS WHEN THEY NEVER SCANNED THE PACKAGE. DO NOT DROP OFF PACKAGES HERE. THEY SCAM STEAL THEM.

Clean, friendly, fast service! I went to ship two packages and was in and out in 4 minutes! If you've ever gone to an LA post office you know that this is unheard of, highly recommend if you're tired of waiting in long lines to get surly service.

not the real USPS. fine if you want quick mail services they still offer them. the prices are a little different here. also if you worried about drop or pickup times. this post office picks mail up later then earlier. a real USPS will be earlier.

this is not a business. they will play with you around once you give both package and paid a higher price than normal- they might just steel your package and say they don't know nothing once you left! Be ware of it !

With the horror stories I’ve heard from the other local post offices, i am glad to report this is a top notch center. Staff really cares and is nice. I feel like my mail gets handled with care.

Great staff makes this place a valuable asset in the neighborhood. Shout out to Cesar for going out of his way to help solve an issue with a package. Grateful to have this place in the area!

This is not an actual United States Post Office but they fraudulently list themselves as one in Google Maps and even list the USPS website as their own.

This is the best post office in LA county guaranteed. The workers are extremely helpful and patient. I'll drive any distance to use this location!

I went in for a measly change of address form. Clerk at the front desk said they don't have them. No we ran out, no suggestions on where to go

I've been happy with this PO for over 40 years! The ONLY employee that was less than stellar in all that time only lasted about 2 weeks!

Never have to wait too long. They don’t make you buy tape if you forget to tape your box up. They’re always nice and welcoming.
