The disrespect that I just received over the phone is unacceptable. I think that caller forgot he is here to serve the customers. Never did I raise my voice. I even let him speak and he continued to be rude because I disagreed with him and requested to escalate the situation. I do hope that phone call was recorded. The system says my package was delivered on 6/27. My package was not delivered regardless of what your system says. My door was never knocked on, my doorbell was never rang and my camera doesn’t show anyone at my door at 10:37am. It was only a $20 gift but it was sentimental and personalized for my significant other. Whichever mail person that decided to keep the gift will not get any enjoyment out it due to it being personalized (IF that is the situation). Another crazy part is that the package went back in route and said it would be delivered on 7/1/2021 and of course it never was.

True to form. This postal annex has performed in less than stellar level. Last time I was out of town, I filled out a card and physically turned it into this annex. All my mail was crammed into my mailbox when I returned. I was suppose to pick it up on a Monday. I returned on a Sunday. Again I physically filled out a hold mail request. When I told the clerk, she made a hand written note to place in my mailbox. It worked and I received all my mail, or so I thought, the next day. I was expecting a package while I was gone and never received it. Received an email from the sender inquiring how I liked the product. I investigated and sure enough, the package was on a shelf, with a date as to when to deliver to my home as big as you please. No apologies given. When I tried to call and speak to a supervisor, no answer and was disconnected. So I lodged a complaint with the main post office.

EDIT: I finally had my issue resolved by the supervisor, Sarah G. I appreciated Sarah's professionalism and attentiveness. She listened to my complaints, regardless of how badly I complained about the issues of her location. She then had the issue resolved the same day. Hopefully, she gets the support to turn this location around because she has the right attitude for it. Original post below: If I could provide zero stars, I would. U honestly cannot say nothing good about my experience at this location. From the poor customer service to the filthy environment, this USPS location is by far the worst. Unfortunately, there is zero ways to communicate this to any management, which is probably one of the main reasons for the dysfunctional service.

The USPS website provided a notification my package was going to be delivered on 11/23, on time. At 4:24 pm I received another notification my package was available for pick up. Got to the post office, at 4:52 pm the clerk said, after glancing around the area nearby the pick up door I “do not have a package that it is probably still on a truck and my package should be delivered tomorrow.” Their site is still showing available for pick up. Confusing and Frustrating for sure. I purchased expedited services and my item is now 5 days late and still don’t know when to expect it or how I will receive it. Is there another way I can find when and where I can get my package?

This Post Office deserves no stars. They make you wait a long time in line. You could hear them near the door and they still won’t answer. When they finally open the door, they are unhelpful and liars. My mail has not been delivered over a month. The girl with the short hair lies to you in your face and claims to help. I have gone three times to solve this issue. All three times she takes down my information says she going to talk to the mail carrier and claims to call me the next day. No one has called me. The mail carrier has been resending my mail back to the senders. The surrounding post offices are more helpful than this one. Sadly they can not help me.

The Landmark USPO is my nearest Post Office and have used this office to pick up mail during times when my cluster box was broken into and when my key failed to work on my box. The people at the Landmark post office are very courteous, caring and helpful. They were expedient at fixing our cluster box and at providing me a new set of keys for my mailbox. I was initially told it would take up to six weeks to get a new set of keys for my box. I was provided a new set of keys within ONE week. This was a big and pleasant surprise for us. I sincerely express my thanks to the people and my mail carrier for providing the BEST possible service. THANK YOU!!!

My mailbox has been broken since December 2022..ive called..emailed..and gone in person to ask for repairs and nothing has happened..ive asked for my mail to be forwarded to my po box and the mail carrier has still left my mail and packages (stolen now) in a wide open box..i will be contacting the main usps to file a formal complaint about these issues because there is no reason for thrm to leave my mail in a wide open box and it should if been fixed after 10 months now!! I have sumbmitted 3 change of address forms and i have no idea where my home address mail is going now!

Editing an old review since it appears we can only write once. New issue. Another package has disappeared. It arrived in San Antonio at Landmark but they “forwarded” it to Medina!! WHY?? Then it was forwarded back to San Antonio and tracking said it was delivered last week but it never reached my mailbox which is locked. I suspect an employee kept my beautiful piece of jewelry for themselves and routed an empty package to Medina with a wrong address. They really need to clean house and find new people. So many out there need jobs. Get it done. Zero stars.

I submitted my change of address two weeks prior to moving. I was no longer receiving my mail before I moved. I went to this location to get the key for my new mailbox. I was told I would receive a phone call when my key could be picked up. It has been 2 weeks since I made my key request and I have received no mail for a month or a "phone call". Nobody ever answers the phone no matter what time of day I call. This place needs to be shut down and staff fired. They are not interested in customer service whatsoever. Federal employees milking the system.

This is for the person who helped me, NOT the office itself. I have had issues with this post office for years. The woman at the front is always rude, slow, and clearly doesn’t want to be there. The line is always outrageous and people complain. Today, I walked in and the line was moving which I thought was odd. I got to the front and a nice man named Dion was at the window. Let me tell you, the difference in service was wonderful. He made a trip that I usually dread so pleasant. Hopefully this service continues.

I submitted 1 change address card in August and it’s now October and my mail is still not coming to my new address, I have been to this location 3 times and the problem still exists and they said I put in 4 change address…. Why would I do that… they are very unprofessional and don’t have any customer service skills and they treat customers horribly I don’t know what to do at this point. I have never had problems getting my mail, they are treating me like I’m a criminal.

Finally received my keys from here about a month later. Only for them to take my mail off hold so It can go to the mailbox and all of a sudden within the last 2 weeks. My packages (5) have gone missing. 1 package even says it was picked up at the facility! How? When I was at work. The others they dont even know where it is but the site says it's in my mailbox!where??? Also when asked if I can speak to a Supervisor she would not. They told me i had to wait 40 mins.

You never know for sure if mail will be delivered or scheduled package pick ups will be accomplished, especially on Saturday. We like our weekday mail carrier, but as many others have indicated, polite customer service at the substation is non-existent. I just tried to call to make sure packages that have been sitting on my front porch since 9am would be picked up, but the recording indicated they were closed and of course, no option to leave a message.

Araceli at the front office has an awful attitude. She will change her tone to be condescending but that’s the best she can do. Stand your ground with that miserable woman, she’s not worth your time. She’s the face of that office’s customer service so try not to get your things delivered there. If she’s bad at service, so is the office.

I wouldn’t even give it a star. Service is trough an open door. For me it’s not a real post office, they have boxes for you provide to buy and use but no tape. They wanted me to go to the Dollar store next door and let them tape my box and come back, other than that they refused to send it out. Yea ok And bring our own pen ! …

They never answer the phone. My ordered checks were found in the street not even by our mailbox. Thankfully someone picked them up and took them to the bank. They put stop payments on checks ordered and had to reorder. I have had horrible service (rude person) at this location when I have had to go in and sign for a delivery.

Im always very nice to the lady that’s in there, but she always has something to say/ makes rude comments about the size of my packages I bring in. I asked her if there was a size limit and she said no, and she always takes them. I use the boxes they give out for free here.. so I don’t know why there’s always some issue.

Online hours say they close at noon on Saturdays. Got there at 11:30 and sign on door says the same but they were already closed. By 11:35 it seemed like half the crew were getting in their cars and leaving. I guess EVERYTHING people say about this postal workers is true. Bunch of lazy phocks with attitude!!!

We have lived at the same address for 1 1/2 years. For 1 1/2 years we've been getting previous tenants mail -- piles of it! Tried the "not at this address" thing MULTIPLE times. Spoke to the postman, left notes, left LARGER notes. Tried to call here MULTIPLE times -- Don't bother -- they won't answer!!!!

This Post Office is scary and ugly!! I felt like I was in an abandoned building or a post apocalyptic movie! Zero customer service. Zero materials in the lobby. They don’t even send mail or sell stamps?!? I wasn’t entirely sure if I was even in the right place. Is this really a US Post Office?

The supervisor,a lady who's name I didn't get, is no help! Mail is lost and they have no idea what their job positions are! The supervisor was arguing with everyone in there! Instead of helping she argues!! This is the worse post office ever!! I've never had issues in any other post office!!

Perpetually indicating that packages are delivered, and they are not. Missing packages happen to me about once a month, and they never surface again. It's a shame that the store/manufacturer has to resend merchandise to me and lose their profit from the original sale. Pure theft!

Understand this location is for drop off and pick ups only! They do not offer regular mail service such as stamps or confirmation receipts. If you need anything more than that, go to a full service location. I only drop off packages here

Well, my experience at this post office was not like the other reviews. It was great! I first came in to check it out before bringing in all my Xmas packages. There were 2 counter employees, Dorothy who waited on me and a male employee.
