Used these guys for over 6 years now and thoroughly impressed. Kept my car on the road when other mechanics were ripping me off in 2017. 2021 pretty much everything that could go wrong had and they found it and I still got away cheaper than any service from the Volkswagon dealer or any other mechanic for that matter. Avoided importing expensive parts from Europe while getting all the functional stuff fixed. Will be back to get my air con compressor fixed as I trust them to charge me the right amount. They really listen to how you use the car and advise accordingly. Bus stop right next to it, too.

Awesome service, my trust in mechanics is restored. Came to get the car roadworthy- ready and was impressed of the transparency, the communication and kindness. To match the quote and guarentee the appointed price, they even got in an argument with a supplier for me. As a traveller I'm an easy prey for mechanics without moral and honesty, but this team just did a great honest job. 100% recommended.

These guys are fantastic. Each time I come back to get the car serviced, the service gets better and better. Combined with customer care (of your wallet and car) and mechanical knowledge, these definitely result in a fantastic service that keeps your car going for yonks and the best part is the prices are great too!

Had an absolutely amazing experience at Ultimate Auto Care Jindalee, excellent service, they were able to book my car in the same day i called to make an appointment, such an honest quote for the part i required, and overall fantastic customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

Top notch blokes! It is very hard to find a great mechanic but these guys are just that. They have helped me out with my van (which isn't the easiest to fix) and go above and beyond every time. Always friendly and always give great advice. I can't say enough good stuff about them.

I myself am a mechanic and use these guys to find issues I cannot and they never fail always can fit me in conveniently and always explain exactly what is going on very fair on pricing awesome bunch of blokes In particular the lead mechanic always doing me a solid.

I will not be using this service again that's all I will say my car is worse than before. I don't trust these people at all. Turns out, in the break checks and maintenance they left a problem, brake air pressure. I'm extremely disappointed

First time I went here they were good. Yesterday the service I got was terrible and it cost me a day off work because they forgot to order a part. No apology and I will not use this garage again.

Good service and they explain things well. They always tell me what needs doing but if it can wait they tell me that also. All our cars go there and they seem honest.
