I dropped in to the centre this morning with a tyre going quite flat. I managed to get it off the main road and thought I'd pull in to the complex to see if I could pay for either a puncture repair or to have my spare fitted safely (rather than wait on the side of a main road for NRMA). Tyrepower had no interest in helping me at all and said I needed to go elsewhere. Midas said they couldn't even look at fitting my spare tyre for 3 days! My tyre would have definitely been totally flat by then. I went to Ultra Tune and what a breath of fresh air that was. The lady on the desk (young lady with long dark hair) was super helpful and understood the situation. She asked one of the gentlemen in the workshop if they could possible squeeze me in. They were kind enough to say yes and within minutes they had checked my tyre (there was indeed a blade in the tread and it was nearly flat), fixed it and had also checked all of my other tyres out of courtesy. I was very grateful for their ability to spare ten minutes to help me. I do understand I did not have a booking, however, I was willing to have the spare fitted and come back at another time. But beyond that, it was their positive, helpful attitude that was in stark contrast to their competitors.

After getting UltraTune to do my blue slip I took this to the NSW Service Centre and they advised me that the form was filled out incorrectly. They had incorrectly used an RMS identity check stamp AND hadn't filled out the 1st inspection section. I had to go back to UltraTune to get them to fill out the document correctly, however Mario, the Technical Manager refused to remove the stamp even though the service centre advised they it needed to be removed. I went back to the service centre who once again told me that the stamped needed to be removed. They called Mario directly and he then argued with them over the phone for 10 minutes even though they were advising him that he didn't need to use the stamp unless there was a problem with the car (which there wasn't). Mario finally begrudgingly agreed to fill out ANOTHER form and email it to the service centre. I waited at the service centre for a total of 3 hours because Mario refused to follow the service centre instructions and I will never be going back to this UltraTune again. Mario was incredibly rude to the service centre employees and caused me 2 days worth of wasted time at the service centre.

Very disappointed with the customer service Today at Ultra Tune Rouse Hill. I dropped my car this morning for the light bulb/headlights to be replaced for my Mazda 3 sp25 2016 (low and high beams aren’t working). 30 min later after I left the car there, I got a call from them confirming the cost of fixing the lights (around $280).. when I asked if she could please double check with the technician if there is only one bulb needed for both low and high beams, she said… I have already told you it is for both..! .. Then I said, that when I talked to Mazda (and also from the car manual) they said there should be two light bulbs and that’s the reason why I wanted to confirm with her, as I didn’t want to have any surprises with the cost after. She then just said, you can take it to Mazda then, come and pick up your keys.! (I found that very rude) I understand dealing with customers sometimes could be very stressful and one can lose their patients very quickly, but I really think this situation could have been handled better. In my case, I don’t think I will be taking any of my cars back there, not that they will mind that anyway.

Extremely exceptional top quality customer service from the staff here at Rouse Hill. I recently had a urgent service and check up required on my newly acquired Mitsubishi Outlander. All local surrounding mechanics had a average wait of 10 days and Ultra Tune could fit me in first thing Monday morning From the initial call and speaking to a warm friendly young lady I already felt confident I had choose a great business. I was in need of an oil top up before the Monday booking and popped in to see if I could purchase some. They do not sell retail shelf items here but instead had a mechanic pop my car straight into the workshop and top up the oil on a Friday afternoon. It felt like old fashion customer service but from younger vibrant staff who genuinely cared for their business. The service and check up was done promptly and fair pricing, Very happy with the job and this is now my new mechanic.

Life dealt my car a sh*T sandwich. I unfortunately had a role in it's demise due to improper maintenance. Lesson learned. The staff at Rouse Hill are busy as, and should be commended for their patience and expertise. Despite being flat out, they squeezed me in to assess what on earth I had done to my car. Shortly after seeing my car Ireceived a call and the bad news. Headgasket to start and potentially a host of other things. Just not enough time to run the full diagnostics. Clear explanation of what's wrong, what else needs to be sorted and where we go from here. Highly recommend ultratune. Never had a drama with any of their other locations. Update : Had another service. Alison is a gem. The team were flat out, again, and squeezed me in to get one of my cars sorted. Can never go wrong with an honest team of mechanics in the community. It's no wonder they have a waiting list.

I wouldn't go back in again. I can not believe they said there are 2 filters: one air filter and one pollen filter and both have to be replaced, to the best of my knowledge there is only one type of air filter. I felt this was a scam charge and asked them not to change it. Even after they 'claimed' the service is complete, I couldn't feel the difference that I usually feel after getting it serviced at my authorised service centre. Better compare the prices before you step in, it turned out to be 40% more than what was a year ago in authorised service centre. Complete rip off!

Went here regularly to get car serviced/ rego for my yarris. They didn’t bother fixing my wheel after and told me to go fix it urgently even though nothing was mentioned on the phone beforehand? (Only mentioned it to me when I went to pick up my car) I changed mechanics for next servicing only to be told that there more problems that hadn’t been fixed. Honesty would be nice for a customer who went regularly for a good year or more for servicing/rego check. Wouldn’t bother unless you’re a mechanic expert and want to double check/cross check everything afterwards.

Great customer service every time, been coming here for many years now. Never had any complaints with the team and they explain things properly without unnecessary jargon. I recommend them. If anything, I miss the little hanging air fresheners they used to put in the car. Also in my most recent service they didn't tighten my hand break or refill the rear wiper fluid. But I understand the mistake as most cars only have one tank for both wipers. Just a little constructive criticism to take on board.

Terrible quality of work absolutely disgusted with this service, we had just completed upgrading our new trailer which took over 3 months. The freshly primed and raptor coated trailer was ground back to bare metal chipped and now prone to rust. Positioned in the worst possible place, stamped with an unreadable serial number next to the plate with the exact same details which is CLEAR and READABLE. Do not use this business.

Went in for full service. Shopped around for price and they were one of the better ones. Very accommodating and patient with me as a lot was going on and had to cancel twice. Very professional and called me before doing any work on my vehicle. Would definitely go to them again and have already recommended to people I know. This Ultratune also comes very highly recommended on Rouse Hill community Facebook group.

I just serviced in ultra tune rouse hill, they just change number of lights such as side lights and number plate lights. After paying staggering amount of money around 240$ (for technician only)when I look at the side Light they changed it was not working. But I gave two stars be there was no hidden charges and making new problems. It better to get bad than worst!

Ultra tune did a rego check and an annual service on my 2007 VE SS Ute. They communicated very well and were very thorough and efficient throughout the whole experience. Fantastic bunch of blokes at Rouse Hill! Excellent tune a year ago that has my Hilux having excellent mix of power & fuel economy. They are very consultative & honest. My car wouldn’t start, dead battery. I rang Ultra Tune and spoke to Harry. He said he would come to where I live and replace the battery. This was the best service I have received. Got my early Christmas gift from Ultra Tune Rouse Hill! Had issues with my brake light so needed to have it fixed asap due to the holidays. Issue was just a loose fitting which got fixed and all the other lights were checked too. All for free! For sure it was just not the Christmas spirit, but that was how they define good service.

Quoted us a price for a standard log book service, only to charge us extra without consent. Wouldn't have had an issue if someone had just called us and told us so there wouldn't be any suprises when we go to pay. Failed to stamp the logbook despite telling us the logbook was stamped. Had to drive back once we had found out.

I found the manager to be unprofessional and very rude after I questioned about the service that was done but things had been missed like fluid top ups air/cabin filter not inspected so I wonder what else they missed and there chargers are not reasonable, especially when the jobs not performed.

They informed to a defect (oil leak in the transfer casing) which VW themselves were ignoring in the past service. Lucky this happened in time while I can still claim it under warranty. Yhis goes to show “dealer service “ is not always safer than third party. Thanks to Ultra Tune.

Tried to over charge for the blueslip. Wouldnt pass blueslip unless new tyres were purchased from them (unprofessional, shifty). Went to another mechanic was assured current tyres were good for least 6 months, got a blueslip easy! Safe your time and money avoid this place!
