First time going to Ultra Tune in Yagoona wich located next to the shell servo on Brunker road so can be used as a cut through. Was a great experience. Chris at reception was very helpful and friendly. Had a general service and rego inspection done. Car was ready in a couple of hours. Great work team will definitely come back. Second service on my 2nd vehicle as good as the first. Chris was his helpful self, contacting me and confirming that the breaks need to be serviced and confirmed OK to proceed. Highly recommend this team.

I went and got my car serviced today I was greeted by a guy named Victor very friendly and approachable guy He Looked over my car Told me the parts that I needed and the price and then let me know with Labor the total price and how long it was going to take to do before we continue I have to say I’m very happy with service I received the team there was very polite and professional and I highly recommend taking your car there Thank you victor and to the team there

After the Indonesian mechanic left, it has gone down hill. Mechanics don’t last more than 6 months, they’re always changing. Booked my car for service at 8am, mechanics didn’t arrive until 9am. Was also informed paying by cash was cheaper than paying by card.. they don’t do surcharge so I don’t know what the problem would be. Never received an invoice for my service either, absolutely horrible. Honestly the list goes on… DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND!

I sent my Amarok to be investigated for an ABS brake issue. I was sent away, being told that Ultratune can't work on the particular brake issue as they don't have the tools to program it. A competitor just around the corner identified the issue to be a fuse and fixed it within a couple of hours. This is not the first issue I've had with this dealership. They also don't have a manager currently. I will never go there again.

Brought my car in the morning and had it by the afternoon. The whole process was approached with a high level of professionalism, left feeling confident with the transaction and service.
