Great Service!!!! Bought a CPU and 2 X 8gGB Ram from these guys. Built my own PC. Long story short. I had an issue where I couldn't get my PC to display on the monitor. Took my PC into these guys. All signs pointing to a bad CPU. Turns out the MB which was built in Aug23 had an old Bios from Jan 2022. It wasn't recognising my 13th Gen CPU. Greg sorted it out and updated the Bios. Boom! Computer working. Thanks for your help. I do recommend these guys. Great after sale support! Thanks Greg!!
I've been following up with the Umart Dandenong store on a dud case since 4 November. Been told there is no replacement case so I would be given a usb hub as replacement. Yet when I arrived at store to pick up the usb hub was told it was still awaiting approval. Come on guys, a usb hub is only $4 at kmart!
