NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY; If your clients complain about a trend, i think it is the duty of the manager to see to it and improve. Every month, i order nothing less than 75 packs of small chops from uncle stan. I have been doing this since july 2018 and i stopped june 2019. I told the manager in April that i deserve some form of customer reward in form of discount or extra packs. She promised to talk to the boss and effect the change, May - june she kept on giving me different stories. I had to go somewhere else cause i nor fit shout. 2. POOR VALUE FOR MONEY; I introduced Uncle stan to my friend's company and they started using them for office parties and stuff. Severally she complained about the size of the items, nugget of chicken like those sold in the buka with 3 puff, 3 small mosa, one toe size springroll and samosa. 3. The small chops taste great but i believe things can be improve. PS; I use a different vendor now

I like when food is curated with love, when you can feel the love of the one making the food or serving the food just by tasting it. My impression of this store is; It is a 'solely for profit' franchise. I did not feel the 'heart' in the service that was rendered to me. Ordering took an eternity! Started at 10:36a.m., I was told they will get back to me in a minute to get back to me, as at 2:38p.m. they had not gotten back to me. We finally concluded and I sent in payment at 16:05, the order wasn't sent till 16:57! They had to deliver to a place very close to them. When I finally got the package, it wasn't even warm, everything had been frugally kept in the pack, like one person took their time to count it to ensure there was no extra!

Honestly, great tasting & fresh small chops. However, the waiting time was ridiculous, and I ended up spending over an hour at this spot just to get chops. The waiting time given was wrong multiple times, and the staff taking orders was so stressed that she couldn't help being miserably rude. I recommend ordering ahead of collection instead, and hopefully, they get more staff cause the chops are quite good.

If you like your peace of mind and sanity just stay out of this place and order from another small chops vendor. I made an order since Saturday up until now nothing! I requested for a refund and I’m hearing stories that touch. I placed an order Saturday evening and make payment almost immediately. I asked for delivery fee and i was told 3k only for dispatch rider to call me by past 8pm saying delivery is 6500 how would i pay such for an order of 7k? And what i was told initially was 3k and up until now I’m hearing stories about my refund. Saying something about the account department doing absolutely nothing about it. Wherever you hear unclestansfood better run and cover your peace of mind with the blood of Jesus.

Visited the Admiralty Way store on this occasion. Friendly staff and quick service. Restaurant only sells "small chops" ie fried finger foods so don't look for a fancy meal here. Small chops restaurant is a niche catering service that traces it's origin to the typical Nigerian party and before that a classic street food that was mainly fried yam or potatoes, chicken, plantain and bean cakes (akara). Today, this classic street food has evolved with Western/Asian cuisine and now packaged as "small chops". Food is good but on this occasion quite oily so didn't really enjoy it. Uncle Stans is one of a number of popular small chops restaurants around town.

The service you have provided today is not acceptable, very poor, l waited for my order for close to an hour, this was meant to be a 10 minutes wait. This should be looked into, a few of us are waiting to be served, and your staff shouting and talking over food being prepared in the kitchen is not hygienic. On several occasions they were told to stop but to no avail. That shows their non chalant attitude. My order was taken at 4.30 and l am still waiting as at 5.19 pm to be served. Very very poor service . Just collected my order at 5.20pm.

I'm giving this place one star because of the customer service. Your front desk lady is very rude, unprofessional and forgetful. This your blessing employee, you should either train her orvfire because I can tell she hates working here, she's doing everything in her power to drive your customers away. How can order for something and tells me she forgot to place the order after an hour of waiting. She didn't even apologize. I don't think I would be coming here again until you change your services. I have referred so many people to this place and they complain about Blessing.

So we decided to try out Uncle Stan Foods and went straight for the medium platter to give the family a treat. This is ostensibly one of the best around town. Crisscrossing from the island to the mainland. Customer service has greatly improved as I read previous reviews before trying out this outlet. Unknown to them I was looking out for an improvement and they passed. Start off was the BBQ chicken was especially great tasting, moderately spices and not greasy. The finger fish was satisfying and the blend of aroma from the tray was something to linger on your taste buds.

I'm going to rate this 2 star not because of the food. The small chops is the best I've had but they are toooootally lacking in customer service. The front desk lady is unapologetically rude, when she is taking orders on the phone and when you see her physically. In fact, you can greet her and she won't bother with a response, far be it from her to say good morning. I keep going back because I've not seen better small chops in lekki, trust me I've looked. Please work on customer service, it's bad for business

Very useless and unprofessional set of people. How can you create an okay edible and just destroy that with an anyhow attitude towards delivery and complete customer satisfaction? If you aren’t good with logistics, stick to the old school way of just eating-in. Once can be a mistake, twice is actually annoying. I’m done.

1 star because someone picked the phone and gave hope. Sent someone to purchase 12 pack from Chioma (who answered the phone) who said it’ll take 45mins. Fast forward 1hour 30mins after, nothing. I went myself, met her and was told the delay was bcos they went to purchase chicken. Nothing was ready still. Worst customer experience ever!!

Waited for 40min for a 20min order good food poor service, you can practically hear the people talking loudly in the kitchen from the front desk. Management needs to supervise their kitchen staff.

I love, love their service. Their chops are hot and lovely, it's a small place but clean and modest. The lady that took my order was nice and spoke very well. The prices are N500, N1000 and N1500, each with varying contents. There is a restroom also and you can park in front of the mall close by.

Small chops is great but the only complaint is the spring roll. The spring roll is 99% flour with hardly any veggies in it. You can’t be selling flour to people as Spring roll. Were the veggies in it? The rest are great but the spring roll is a No no and a Scam.

If I had my way, I wouldn't give any star. Their customer service leaves so much to be desired and do not order when you need your order fast. They will take FOREVER to deliver. My explanation with them so far is like most service providers in Nigeria. Shabby!

Customer service is very poor. They need to improve on how they attend to customers over the phone and whatsapp. They hardly get back to you when they tell you they would. And their so called Manager, Philips needs to improve on his managerial skills.

Excellent, courteous, and prompt service on a weekend. I made a call and was answered nicely, order place and was told the time it would be ready. I picked up my order well packaged and at the right time. Oh by the way, food tasted great as well.

I love their small chops, the preparation time is really fast and the price is very very reasonable for the quality of small chops. You can get a lovely platter to share with friends and family from 5k upwards.
