You may not take bags with you into the library. Just across the library, there is a building in which you can safely put your belongings and collect a card. You'll need to show that card when you want to retrieve your belongings so do not lose it To get in, some form of identification as a Unilag student is required. This may be your Student ID card or library card. Once in, there are several rooms you can go in to read with other students. Most tables are sectioned and you have a whole section to yourself. A.K.T library is a serene environment to read and I'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting to read without distractions.

Hello friends, do you know that above this edifice (Unilag A.k.T Library) situates a new favorite place of mine in this Insituition. It is the MTN Foundation E-center. IT is a cozy and quiet place, filled with standard and working desktop computers with high speed internet facility and open for students to come for research or project work. It can also be used if you have an organization that intends on conducting online tests or exams. Its adjacent to the Entrance on the Main Library.

Always quiet and normal during lecture times but as crowded as a busstop during exams.

Conducive reading environment, usually crowded during exams.
