Unusually sloppy marketing appear to be the main problems here, new neighbours endeavouring to " reclaim" land that was never part of their newly purchased lots can lead to bad blood and a difficult settling in period. Locals will tell you avoid at all costs, as nobody wants the troubles generated by newbies arriving full of mis-information & armfuls of new fencing. Advertising clearly showing neighbouring properties as part of prospective sales lots appeared far too often in several searches. But yes, look at the fine print and a waiver of caveat emptor. However, I have been informed that this often occurrance was merely administrative errors, many times over ? How many times over one asks ? One would need to research former advertising and compare to council records to be sure. It does seem like a lot of work needed to ensure one is actually buying exactly what they believe they are being sold. Gullible buyers must share this blame. Buyers need be alert. They should be using the mistakes displayed to their advantage. If a property as displayed for sale, has land content 30% more than what is actually on title deeds, then it is only fair to be paying 30% less than the asking price. Instead of disrupting quiet communities, the onus needs be put back onto torpid sales staff. Property inspections should be done by walking the boundaries with the actual survey results. Property surveys or Council records should be used to identify boundaries - not just left to the conveyancer to tick his boxes. So by all means, look into what these people are trying to sell, it is quite likely you can find a bargain. Make their errors your gains.☝️

Amazing͏ client management & great sale price - under offer in less than a week! Selling our family home after 34 years was always going to be a daunting prospect but thankfully Tanya was a friendly, reassuring, and steady hand leading the whole process. Multiple BAD experiences when dealing with these people. This agency is as dodgy as they come and use every trick in the book they can get away with. Unfortunately, as they are prevalent in the area I am looking at, I have been caught by their deceiving tactics more than once. Any property they are handling is now automatically disqualified from consideration by me. Family in the area have also had bad experience with this company. I wouldn't post a single star for them except I am required to in order to post this review. Their practices also contravene privacy standards and I currently preparing a complaint to lodge against them. I warn everyone, Buyer, seller, renter or landlord to stay well clear of these people.

An extremely Professional and Genuine agent. I’m so happy to have chosen Shane as my agent. He was always available to answer questions or just to give me peace of mind on difficult days. Managed͏ the Intricacies of the Sale and kept the sales process moving forward. Finding the purchaser was probably the easiest part of the whole process. Both us (the vendor) and the purchaser had their individual needs and priorities which were further complicated by tax implications, funding issues etc. Charlie managed the whole process,making sure that both sides were kept informed and keeping the process moving forward whenever it looked as if it might bog down. I'm sure that both sides were pleased with the outcome and very thankful for the professional manner in which he kept the whole process moving.

Would never use this company salesman brent was so over the top told many lies re property and even hassled our solicitor. In reply to your review our offer was accepted but brent pushed and pushed to have the deal finalised before Xmas and even rang our solicitor and told her to get us to close which is not very professional as we told him not to talk to our solicitor and let the 2 solicitors do their job in getting all the non compliances on the prooerty why don't you ring us to get a better understanding of our review.
