This is the (not so) new temporary place for PO boxes that used to be on airport Way. Now you're only allowed to get your mail during normal business hours. Weekends excluded. They take arbitrary lunches. Sometimes they take lunches at noon. Sometimes they take it at 1:00 p.m. There's no way to know when you can get your mail. And when you have to plan your mail stops, this is unacceptable. This is the fourth trip to this site that I have made to get my mail and have been unable. Staffing is short. Service is horrible. They keep promising a new building but it never happens. Absolutely unacceptable service. I gave it one star because it wouldn't allow me to do a review with zero stars Update; Just ran into the "random lunch hour" problem again. Do I drive home and back or do I sit in the parking lot doing nothing just to get my mail? Also asked when a permanent place was going to be ready since it's been 10 months they said.... ‍♂️

Iam very unhappy , it isn't the USPS fault, it is another postal service, China Post for some reason they can't get their Information correctly transferred over . I have a package sitting somewhere in the Portland, Oregon area from China and has been sitting there for almost 6 weeks. As for the service with the USPS, they need to fix their automated service because it is a nightmare to talk to someone for help.

I sent out my rent check three weeks ago. Today I got it back in a plastic sleeve that said they regret how they ruined it. Ripped it in half basically. And then took three weeks to send it back. So our rent is three weeks late. It would have been nice to get it back sooner so we could have still paid our rent in time. Late rent fee is 100$. Thank you usps.

Lousy. Place is going backwards. I remember when we had 2-3 days delivery service. Now it's 5- 6 days, if you are lucky. Bad management supporting Workers who wouldrather take long breaks, and longer lunch hours. Really not even one star ratig.

This installation DOES NOT SERVE, they receive me, they give me a dock and they make me wait more than 2 hours because no one knows and no one knew that they should unload me. I won’t come back here again..

It’s the most amazing place on earth!! It’s “Disneyland” for all letter, packages, parcels and flats. It runs 24 hours a day processing mail to deliver to everywhere in the world!

Truck Drivers don’t bother asking for directions on where to go at the gate. Go in, you’ll make 2 rights and go in a door by dock # 27.

A Portland Oregon usps distribution center sent my package to Texas… when it should be delivered in Oregon. Nice work!

Easy access, friendly people and fast unloading. Check in on backside by door 27.

Be wary when driving by here. The employees love to pull out and cut off traffic.
