0 stars. Moved to Atlanta from the UK 2 weeks ago and went in here (my first time in an American post office, unfamiliar with all the services on offer) to try and send an important document back to the UK using expedited delivery. Picked what I thought was was right option while waiting in a SLOW line, but asked the man at the counter for advice due to timelines just to check, and rather than simply being kind and helpful he was patronising and spoke to me as though I couldn’t read. I went away to address the envelope he recommended then came back up and got served by the older woman instead, she questioned the postcode I’d written on the address (like I don’t know how to write my country’s own postcodes) and then when I asked about the price not matching the one on the board proceeded to argue with me or just point in an annoyed way at her screen about things rather than explain to me the services as I’m asking questions. Her attitude stank and neither of them should be in customer service. I am absolutely not used to being spoken to like that, and it’s especially uncomfortable when you’re new to a country, so I literally walked out to go somewhere else. Also… one singular pen in the place for everyone to use! Never going back!

Im not sure if this is the right post office to put the blame on but me and the apartment community is about to start making a lot of noise and expose the negligent mail delivery service that is happening in midtown at the apartment complex at 231 12th NE 30309. The mail lady is not careful, or just doest care, and continues to put the wrong mail in the mail box mixing everyones up in other mail boxes. She also continues to leave high value packages outside on doorsteps to get stolen when she was given the door code to enter multiple times. Several people are looking for their tag renewals that were paid for but never delivered. And we will eventually get ticked and fined for the negligence of post office delivery service. Government agencies hate bad publicity and hope all news outlets expose this problem and get rid of all these deadbeat government workers who are sorry and just don’t care.

This location is so close to home that I haven't bothered to find an alternative for the last decade. That has to change now. This place is regularly closed at times it's supposed to be open. The doors are locked at times the lobby area is supposed to be available. My final straw was nobody showing up for work on a Friday before the 3 day MLK weekend. One day in July of 2021, I went to this location and found a line of 11 people ahead of me. Past experience told me that if there are more than 3 or 4 people in line, it's going to be a long wait. It took 83 minutes for me to get to the counter. At about 45 minutes into the wait, both window workers just walked away for 17 minutes. They didn't tell anyone in line that they were taking a break. By then, we'd all been there so long, none of us were going to leave. They came back 15 minutes later. The contempt for their customers is palpable.

This was my first and last time visiting this post office!!! I took an expensive Lyft to get to this post office due to the amount of boxes I had and when I got there at 9:14 am, the place was closed and people were waiting outside. Those people eventually gave up and I was the only one standing. I saw many people come and go when they saw the place wasn't open. The post office finally opened around 10:15 am but was supposed to open at 9 am. There was only one worker and she was elderly and rude. Her tone was argumentative not just with me but several others I witnessed. She charged me an arm and a leg to send my boxes a few states over. I normally read reviews before I do business with any company or location but I was in a hurry this time and had to get my boxes sent ahead of a flight and international move. I wish I would have read these reviews before wasting my time!

The level of entitlement in these reviews is astounding... sometimes they can’t pull people from the back because they’re short staffed and they’re busy sorting. Most businesses don’t let you bring pets in and you should know better... ... if you guys don’t want to wait in line, print a shipping label online... there’s so many ways to do it, PayPal, pirateship, etc... My experiences at this post office have been fine because I just walk in and drop batches off packages off and walk right back out within a minute. Only taking a star off because sometimes they don’t bother scanning my packages (I get they’re busy but I give them a SCAN sheet so cmon) Added: you can also blame Dejoy for getting rid of sorting machines for no reason and making them do a bunch of stuff manually. This is why more mail seems to get lost lately and why this are slower.

First off the post office did not open at 9 a.m.! No one came until 9:30 a.m. Then when I asked why they opened so late, the man became very curt and short with me saying things happen! I had ten package I needed to mail. When he got to the 8th one he asked how many more packages did I have very nasty? Did it matter? Is it not their job to take packages no matter how many you may have? I replied two more and wanted to say more but knew if I did, me and him would get into a nasty confrontation so I left it at that. I shouldn't have to deal with someone being rude when asking why are you so late opening after all, I'm the one being inconvenienced and had to wait a half an hour AND was late for my job because of it but I guess that doesn't matter! What ever happened to customer service!!??

  • Sophie McLeain

On Friday, July 27, 2018, my boyfriend and I went to this location to send an overnight package. I have never been to a post office that was this disrespectful and inconsiderate. Gleetha, who sat there slouched with her chin in her hand looking bothered, and her coworker exhibited the nastiest attitude as they rolled their eyes at customers who asked questions. At one point, a customer abruptly walked out after being asked aggressively, “Are you gonna fill it out or not?”. I’m appalled and embarrassed that I witnessed this type of customer service while simply sending an overnight package. If they are unhappy with their jobs both ladies should resign and look for another place of employment. Someone unemployed would be grateful to have their position.

Higher up need to HIRE more people. The older woman has been the only worker at this location and has been doing all jobs in her one position. She has to close early to do the rest of the work BY HERSELF. I was frustrated when I had been in line and then wasn't able to ship my items. But not frustrated at the worker. I would say every single person has had an experience of being shortstaffed. There are frequent customers that understand and know what position she is in. This location is a very populated area, its in ATLANTA, so not even having two workers would be enough. So how can they expect ONE worker to all jobs by herself all the time?? Call the executive team of the USPS to get her more help because she is really trying her best.

Just got yelled at and told to “F off and stop standing there looking pretty” by a male team member (last name “Birchet”) because I had to call my mom for the PIN number for her debit card to pay for a transaction (I did not engage in any argument and two of his coworkers asked him to step aside as he continued to yell trying to get a response from me) I wish him the best but hope this doesn’t happen again Especially towards a female customer as he is a large individual and made the female customers behind me noticeably uncomfortable/nervous by his demeanor. Thankful to his coworkers that asked him to step aside to the back room so he could cool off. Great overall service outside of this incident. And will continue coming back.

I’ve had a P.O. Box here for 10 years. Sometimes line can be long if I need mail services but staff was always friendly and remembered me. But just this week my box had expired 1st of the month (my summer slows down and don’t need to go there as often) and a new teller would not let me renew without filling out all new paperwork and 2 forms of ID. Another teller knew me but new person might’ve been training someone and needed to show how to manage someone who’s probably made 200 visits into the branch by not being flexible. I live 20 mins away now and didn’t have the ID on me, I just gave him my key and told him to keep my catalogs. Where is the community? Treat regulars right and they’ll stay customers.

  • Madeline Jones

You may wait and not even get helped. I arrived at 4:45 (15 min before closing) and waited until 5:15 before being told no one else would be helped. She did announce that she would stop serving people sometime after 5, but this was after I joined the line so I decided to take my chances. While I understand there needs to be a cutoff, a much more effective strategy would be to pick someone to be the “end of the line” instead of making it a surprise. She also said they are not allowed to lock the door until 6pm, which is ludicrous if they are going to allow people to come in and waste their time waiting. I have come one other time and mailed a package and it was very very slow that time as well.

After being barked at for not realizing the post office on N. Highland is closed from 1:30-2:30, (I could hear employees talking behind closed doors and politely called out for help) I called the Piedmont office to be sure they were open before I drove down there. Not only did no one pick up the phone, there wasn't even a machine to pick to give hours and directions. It is infuriating to me as a tax payer to see such grotesquely inadequate service. In my experience over the years intentionally rude sluggish service is what one can expect from any given post office in the city of Atlanta. Not to mention they tend to be filthy. It is inappropriate and unexceptable.

  • Kimberly Baltenberger

The man behind the counter was rude to each customer in front of me. Line out the door, waited over an hour. He had a problem with everyone for different reasons. Watched him harass an elderly man trying to ship a seashell. Patronize a woman with questions about an application. Talk down to a guy with a question about shipping times. Wouldn’t allow anyone to speak to him without interrupting, talking over them, belittling them for asking a question. Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I have experienced in my life. I understand that this job must be frustrating after a while, but there is no need for that kind of behavior.

  • Azia Washington

I walked in an hour BEFORE this location closed, once I walked in, there was a line and I was told that they were closed. I looked at the door to see the hours posted and was then told that they were closing early because of short staffing. I had three important business packages to be sent out today. Once I walked out and got to my car, another customer walked in with less items than me and was not told to leave. I also saw a man walk in AFTER that person with a box and was told to leave. This is unacceptable and ridiculous for an establishment to turn people away ahead of business hours without signage or locking the door at least.

  • Fire Temp

Probably give this place 0 stars if I could. Rude employees especially the one that works Friday noon - that are biased and don’t know how to do their job. One employee says they can ship the package and gives out and estimate and by the time you fill out the form another employee comes out on a new shift and says they can’t mail it. Had to drive to the other post office Midtown to mail the same item. Does USPS not care? Do they hire people without interviewing them? Are there no standards? This is Atlanta and they need to hire people that have some behavioral standards or ask them to go back to the small town they came from.

  • Joseph Scott

I went to the USPS on Piedmont this morning to get a money order. The rep, Mr. Reese, seemed to get into it with everybody there. I approached and said good morning and how are you hoping to ease the tension. This didn't help as he continued to talk over me and not listen to the questions I was actually asking. Instead, he wanted to tell me things that I didn't inquire about. I expect more from Government employees. Especially in an industry that has been on the verge of closing for decades. If people don't want to do the job THEY applied for, quit, as I'm sure they're are people willing and ready to do the job correctly.

  • Christine Kho

I came here thinking that okay all USPS have some bad experiences let me give it a shot. But these ladies, beyond rude, it's unbelievable. I just needed my packages scanned in since I already bought the label at home. When a package is going international there's separate forms and I always attach the first form to the box and other post offices will put the others in a slip and affix it. Here they wanted me to pull off my label ( which likely would be ripped there goes $80) so they could put everything in the pouch. They were unhelpful and rude about it.making up their own rules

  • Cassie Myers

I am never going back to that location again! I ship large packages ALL THE TIME! I print the labels at home and get them picked up from my house. I have NEVER had a problem. UNFORTUNATELY, I had to drop one off at the post office and the lady there kept insisting that my postage was wrong. She kept getting the my same price when she typed in all the information but insisted that I should owe more. She was very rude. She was haphazardly throwing my package around even though I had FRAGILE written all over it!!! I finally just said "Can I leave now?"

  • Amy Hood

Worst customer service ever. I was actually the only one in line but the woman behind the counter, Bridget, was extremely rude and was intentionally operating at the slowest pace possible. Then her “copier broke.” Then she refused to fill out a simple piece of paperwork for a broken item, saying I didn’t have the right form after it was emailed to me by the international postal service. It was an incredibly frustrating experience and I ended up leaving without her helping me. I guess that’s why they call it “going postal!”

  • R. Rounds

Package was supposed to be delivered overnight by noon. Was sitting on porch awaiting delivery. No delivery. Checked tracking. USPS stated they attempted delivery at 11:58 and left notice. No notice left and no attempted delivery because I was sitting on the porch awaiting the package. They never attempted delivery. My guess is they are trying to save the 23.00 paid to have it delivered by noon. Have attempted to call the local office. 51 calls. All busy signal. No wonder the USPS has such terrible reviews.

  • Lucie Morse

I walked in and I get yelled at it's 5 pm. I asked how many stamps would I need for my Manila envelopes and they don't respond. I said I have stamps I just need to know that. No answer. I asked to talk to the manager and she comes our yelling that they're closed, although they're serving 3 other people. I told her I just asked a question and they refused to answer. Seriously And you complain you don't get enough business??? I hope they shut down this location and they learned to value their jobs!!!

  • Crickett

What horribly rude people that work here. I just had one of the most unprofessional and disappointing conversations that I’ve ever had with a representative. If you don’t like what you do, find yourself a field of work where your customers don’t have to know as well. If you lost my package, it is your fault. Don’t act like it’s such a hassle to do your job and check on the tracking number... I’m sure someone else would be happy to take your job and have a much better attitude while working. Ya jerk.

  • GREEK GEEK

Worst post office I've ever been to! If you're lucky enough to NOT get harassed by the homeless people in the shrubbery or in front of the door way. AND if the EMPLOYEES open up on time. You will be greeted by a person an employee that will close to take a RANDOM lunch break. And you have to wait and HOPE he/she returns. Me personally, thought it would be wise just to file a complaint with a supervisor. But the employee "ERICA" (if that's her real name) gave me a FAKE number to her supervisor.

  • Austin

It's wild that I could stand in line, leave, go to a different post office on the other side of the city, do what I needed, and drive back home and still see the same people standing in line. Slow is an understatement for this location. Updated: It sounds wild to say that we would be better off without a post office but holy hell this location is a joke. The old bag behind the counter just "closes" the store whenever she wants. Save the city the suffering and just get rid of this location.

  • Savannah Robertson

The most unhelpful post office I have ever been in. Refused to take my package even though it had a prepaid label, made me take it out of the box and buy a new envelope. The strip didn’t stick, so I used their tape provided, which you CANNOT USE unless you have priority shipping. I asked for regular tape prior to repackaging my item IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY. WHY DOES THE POST OFFICE HAVE SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES.

  • Justin Whitney

Get ready for a shakedown. There's one woman who won't let me mail any boxes I bring from home, no matter that they're pristine, unmarked, and perfectly prepared. She will only mail it if I buy the box from her. And what do you know, she only has priority boxes available, for which postage is about 3 times the normal rate. This place needs to be investigated and its employees fired. It needs knowledgeable and fast employees who have integrity. Right now it has none of this.

  • Mark Del Mar

"It's an unfortunate situation," was what my wife was told when she went and picked up my $500 tablet. They signed for my package but just leave them on the counters until someone (anyone) comes and grabs it. We pay good money for a PO Box to safely receive and secure our packages but the incompetence of the staff is beyond that. Most of them are all rude even when my wife and I chat them up and ask about their day. Do yourself a favor and stay away at all costs.

  • September 1965

Ghetto, nasty, rude, mean US Post Office Clerks at this 570 Piedmont Ave. Atlanta Post Office! Unprofessional US Post Office Clerks who clearly have no customer service training or just respect or common courtesy. Many people hate going to this Post Office for its mean, dismissive, rude no customer service or just no people skills but we are stuck. Hello US Post Office - can you hire more professional people for this location? Also my checks are missing!

  • Natasha S

I wish I can give this 0 stars. The two ladies working the front 9/28/22 screamed at me and my service animal. After trying to show them my paperwork she still kept screaming at me and dismissing me. One of them told me to get out and leave and I said no this is my service animal I have paperwork and documentation for him. He jumped to alert me because I have a medical condition. They are very rude and disrespectful. This behavior is not tolerable.

  • O K

Kind of the epitome of what is wrong with much of the workforce in Atlanta: slow, entitled, lazy employees. Why is is that every time I have to go here, I am quoted an outrageous price, then actually charged a third of that at any other Post Office? This is just one big commercial for stamps.com. I have no doubt that if all the lousy employees here were terminated and replaced with homeless people, production and efficiency would go up.

  • Doyin O (Doyin)

This post office is Hell's Waiting Room. I don't mean to be rude but the elderly lady frequently working here is so old. I actually have no idea if she still knows the system. If she does she moves at a glacial pace to get anything done. America, please allow this woman to retire so this post office can be staffed correctly. Someone MUCH faster and more efficient should be at the helm if it's only one person behind the counter!

  • nesa

This place sucks the service is slow I waited 2 hours for my number to be called, also it was my birthday I didn't want to miss a thing which I did a whole bunch. All the people do is laugh. I think this place should be shut down I hope it is or do stuff to make things better at least and I sent way to much money I had to wait an extra 30 minutes so they can come to fix my passport. Whatever you do, do not come here!!

  • Glori Avendaño

Had a doctor's appointment at Emory but first needed to send a package. I was counting on them being open at 9am and they were. It wasn't completely empty when I got there, but there was no waiting in line either. The post office had the supplies I needed stocked and I was in and out of there without any hassle. The man behind the counter was friendly. First time here and it was a very good experience.

  • Ronnie La

Absolutely horrible! Been trying for 3 days to mail something and find a package and all three days had to leave because they are so slow!! Here now and people are leaving. Only reason I keep trying is because they said a lost package of mine is here. You also get harassed outside by homeless people Everytime u visit. Bring water and a snack because they don't even try to hurry? Wish me luck today!

  • Keith Devries

I watched them screw up mornings for more than a dozen people on Saturday morning. They are listed as being open at 9:00 a.m. I was there from 8:55 to 9:30 waiting for them to open and saw a whole bunch of people come and go. I left and came back at 10:15 and there was a whole new swarm of disappointed people with the doors still locked. And it's not the first time this has happened.

  • Nervism T Shirt King

took my package there last wednesday 7/15/20 with a label attached, and the package never got mailed, tracking info shows no info as if it were never dropped off. Went back there two days later and was told that everything went out they didnt have my package there, didnt bother to look or anything. I am so frustrated with this post office right now. TERRIBLE!!

  • Tom Thrasher

I was prepared for an unpleasant experience, having read other reviews of this USPS site. It is true, the line was long- we waited about 20-25 minutes- but the two clerks were working efficiently, were friendly, thanked everyone for our patience, and the woman that helped me was extremely friendly, personable, on the ball. I would certainly go back.

  • gravity

Horrible service. Help the older desk lady when a customer was cussing out her out. Went to go get a label that was need and came back and was given the same issues. Great customer service is not hard to give. I would not recommend giving this location any business. Your business should given to places where you are appreciated and valued.

  • Naomi Esterline

Long wait times and depends who is serving friendly customer service. However I waited inline for ten minutes yesterday only to be told that their machine was not working to accept credit cards and they could not post anything to PO boxes. The member of staff was unable to say how long this inconvenience was going to last for!

  • Serena Phillips

Service is hit or miss. I've mostly had perfectly fine interactions here, occasionally a rude one. Long lines are common during peak hours. Shout out to CRYSTAL who is really lovely - she was very warm, friendly, speedy, helpful, and thorough with getting everything ready to mail out. I really appreciate people like her!

  • Meow

I went to this location for the first time today on my lunch break. This post office is EXTREMELY slow and they lack good customer service. The lady up front had a very NASTY attitude and she wasn't friendly at all. She really should have been working in the back instead of out front with her mean look and nasty demeanor.

  • M Y

I went to this post office around 10am. There were only two customers in line. It's a good time to go there! The Lady worked there was really nice and helpful. It's a pity that I don't even know her name. She answered all my questions and saved my time, I don't need to re-print a label. Yes, she deserves Five Stars!

  • John Pfromm

It's a rundown post office in an urban environment. The people working there were kind and helpful and seemed to know several of their frequent customers in the line and made conversation with them between the next customer in line. Kind and friendly. This post office does not deserve the average rating given.

  • Johnathan Carter

This is the second time I arrived at this location and they closed early (15-25mins before closing time). This is extremely inconvenient especially when people rely on the postal service to help run their small businesses. The homeless people begging for money at the front door isn't the most inviting either.

  • Valerie West

This is the second time I paid for one day express mail and it get there in two days. Also it's always shut down and we have to wait until it reopen 30 to 45 minutes. It appear Noone wants to work with the older clerk because it appears she push the work to the other clerks while she does the bare minimum.

  • Brittany Slaff

Horribly unhelpful and rude. I came in with a request for a simple international money order and the attendant behind the desk immediately coped an attitude saying "we don't do that here, we've never done that here so I don't know what you're asking for. Go try a bank or something." Terrible service.

  • James Olson

Horrible service. This post office services my address and they deliver all sorts of mail that isn't mine. Today I was inspired to write a review because they lost (another) package valued at $100. No accountability, no useful customer service, and an unsafe route for all your mail.

  • Isabel G

Went there today and there were several people waiting for ANYONE who worked there. There we no employees to be found, a women said she had been waiting since 12pm......it was 2:30. Supposedly a man showed up and said they went to lunch around 12??? horrible place horribly run.

  • AS, Esquire

This United States Postal Service REALLY need to curve the HOMELESS hanging out at the FRONT DOOR of this facility. When I am on my lunch our, there should BE NO WAY patrons need to be harrassed for money or have them walk across the street to Publix to purchase them something.

  • David Koslowski

I've only called them a few times, but to be honest? They've gone above and beyond in helping track down a couple packages and answer my questions. They've been patient and detailed, and so whoever the lady is that seems to normally handle package track-down? Aces in my book!

  • AnDrenetta McQueen

Horrible service, slow, customer service is rude...only one machine taking cash and the other only taking debit..I am standing in line as I write this pissed off... the line is almost out the door and it’s 3 minutes until closing time..i dont recommend anyone to come here

  • Kaci Cole

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is poorly managed and has the worst customer service. The employees at this location clearly hate their job and hate their customers as well. The workers do not work efficiently or with common courtesy. I will not be back.

  • Robert English

I liked nothing about this location. This was the location for my apartment, I had to pickup my package. I arrived at this location then they told me they changed the address something like that but I had to go to another location where I had problems getting it also.

  • C Anderson

Standing at the 570 Piedmont Road in atlanta post office at 9:24 am. It is supposed to open at 9 am. The only person that is onsite is the maintenance guy. No one else has shown up for work. He is calling the supervisor. RIDICULOUS and totally UNBELIEVABLE!!!

  • Fiorella Rosalino

This is a very attentive and efficient post office. Even with great load of work, they try to have a smile in their face and they have great customer service. It is not in my zip code, but I always go there because there is no other better than this one.

  • Ninja Princess

It’s 3:58 on a Monday. It’s not a holiday. WHY ARE YALL CLOSED. Post office quality has gone down across the board. Just shut some locations down if y’all can’t handle it. Going to the post office is ALWAYS an exercise in wasted time for me.

  • Ko Williams

The woman at the counter today at 4:45pm refused to take my prepaid labels packages that were outgoing. She said she’s the only person there so she can’t accept outgoing packages?? She literally didn’t have to do anything but take them to

  • Erica Wilson

I would say poor customer service but they wouldnt even know the meaning of the word. Nasty, rude, and poor communication skills. The mailing service equivalent of Walmart or McDonalds. I’ll be happy when USPS gets shut down all together.

  • Kyra Oriana

I wanted to say I will truly miss Mr. Reese , he helped me out so much with my packages . I’m not an easy task lol I usually have 15+ orders and he’s always patient and efficient . Great person , great spirit and I’m glad I was able to

  • Chanel Stroud

Worst because the lobby hours on Saturdays is 9-1. It's 9:28 am I gotta wait 30 minutes in the cold because they lost the keys to open the building. I don't have a car to go and come back like that …

  • Hirut Legese

Worst customer. They close whenever they want not the time on the door or site. I stood in line just to get minimal assistance and still couldn’t send a simple envelope. My tax dollars are unfortunately being wasted. Truly unfortunate.

  • Harmoniah Carter

Absolutely the worst location I’ve visited thus far. Not only did the employee complain the entire time I waited in line advising she was the only one working. She slowly worked while over 15 people in line. She just left the desk and

  • S D

Outside the building several people hang out. Some come up to cars, knocking on customer windows. Inside the building, there were limited supplies- several shipping options were not stocked. Attendants were impolite.

  • Anthony Kingsolver

The service time is ridiculous. No motivation to get things done, and one person working at the counter. No acknowledgement of the lack of service. Disappointing, it’s no wonder the USPS is becoming obsolete.

  • Timothy Isaac

Why is it so hard to open a business on time? So disrespectful. Others have commitments and schedules to keep - I know this doesn't concern the employees here - but do your job and open the business on time.

  • elever galarga

Of all the usps office this is by far the worst one. Rude older woman giving customers a hard time wasting their time . They close during open hours its dirty and smelly inside nobody is at the front serving

  • Daniel Snyder

clueless, ignorant people working the counter...a disgrace...I am used to professionals with brains who care about the packages....I don't understand why they dint overhaul the staff at this location.

  • Kelly Hughes

EVERYTIME I go in there is only one person working the desk moving at a sloth pace. People in the back just standing around but God forbid you pull one up to help when you have a line 12 people deep.

  • Valentina M

The elderly lady at the post office counter is horrible!!! I will never visit this post office again though it is the most convenient. I hope that office closes because no one wants to go there.

  • Brian Boutwell

These people are the absolute rudest! They talk to you like you're garbage and have no sense of customer service. One star is more than they deserve. Go out of your way to another post office.

  • David Rambin

Staff was unfriendly and inefficient. Left one person running the counter at 5 pm with 15 people in line. Rude and slow service like this causes people to choose other shipping services.

They lost my $300 package (lightsaber) and I can't get a refund on it either. It's been stuck here for a month and I was wanting to see it before I got shipped off to basic training.

  • Zephren Collinson

Literally just a normal post office. Expect wait times at peak hours, it to be slightly dirty, and homeless people nearby (normal post office stuff)... people hate for no reason lol

  • Andrea Wu

Very rude customer service who treats ANY reasonable questions as if you're an idiot. They must be having a darn bad day to do such a thing. Unpleasant experience, do not recommend.

  • Emily Chai

Line can be super long. Sometimes, it will be closed in the middle of the day. Homeless wander around a lot in this area. AC is cool here in the summer! It’s nice and clean inside.

  • William Hauser

Don't try to go here at 9am on a Monday. They're not open. Oh, the posted hours SAY they are, but they sometimes don't get around to unlocking the front door until closer to 10am.

  • Ignacio Nunez

Hours say 9am - 1pm Saturdays but they are not open. If the postal service can’t handle staffing retail ship centers we should stop funding them with our tax dollars. Ridiculous.

  • Vanessa Suarez

I’ve always had a good experience with the employees here. But a lot of the times they’re not open when they are supposed to be and there are A LOT of homeless people.

  • Daniel Reilly

The quality of service, as expected, is beyond sub par. Fire these people and find someone motivated for a fresh start. It’s a sad event the day I have to come here.

  • Rekha Ananthanpillai

I stopped by on Saturday morning at 10 and they are supposed to be open at 9 but they are not. There is a group of people waiting outside for them to open the doors

  • Shaniece

Service is painfully slow! There is only one worker at the counter each time I visit. Give yourself at least an hour (even if it’s dropping off a prepaid package).

  • guyxangel68

Only one lady working the front. Two people in line getting help from her filling out a passport application one at a time.. about 20 min process for each person.

  • Roxy Boudreaux

They NEVER answer the phone, the postal workers are the absolute laziest out of this location, and the staff is just plain rude. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

  • he11 ange1

Asking for a postmark on a postcard for collection, the postmen asked me for a dollar for the service. I'm pretty sure it's a free service anywhere else.

  • lenwood brooks

just awful. I can't even count how many time I did not receive my packages. I'm surprised they're still in business. Customer service is a joke at best.

  • Roman Tomanov

Operating hours from 9-5 Monday- Friday it’s Thursday it’s 10:10 they still closed and it’s not a Holliday. I been here an hour wait for them to Open

  • 이찬희

well, two guys were really kind to send my packages to Korea. Even though I had to re-write an address, they kindly explained and gave me new paper.

  • Steve Konzelman

Went to buy stamps and at 9:15 a.m. was told that the stamps were not accessible until someone else showed up and it was going to be another hour.

  • T

Waiting in line for 40 minutes!!! Just to be dismissed and rude customer service. Two people working the windows on the first Friday of the month!

  • Ron Whited

Hours are not accurate. They open late and close early for no reason. Don’t try going here within 90 minutes of the posted opening/closing times.

  • Barbara Hardin

Waited an hour at 1:30pm,2 workers at the counter at 1st, one left with a line exceeding the lobby limit. Mask down under the workers nose. Ugh.

  • Nena Sao

Horrible slowest service ever! Always a long line and long waiting period. Such a shame but this is the closet one to me! …

  • Reilly Doak

The woman who helped me this morning was very helpful and polite. This was the easiest and most pleasant post office experience I’ve had.

  • Kaizer Sozë

Worst post office ever, always closed or under staffed , I can never get access to my PO box ... seems like filing complaints doesnt help

  • Bob Weishar

Yikes - I’d rather pay double at FedEx than ever go to this USPS again. I’ve never been talked down to as much as I was by the staff.

  • Gavin Lo

Post office was closed and locked when it was supposed to be open. Someone was behind the metal screen talking loudly on the phone.

  • Christopher T “Chill” Hill

The mailman ...Apple products that were marked delivered yet the wrong package box key in my mailbox. Locked in someone else's box.

  • Tyler

consistently never brings packages on time, fails to even show an attempt to deliver. slow rude employees who just seem miserable

  • Josiah Mangiameli

The person was knowledgeable and very helpful with the complicated package I had to mail internationally. Very good experience

  • Chiniki Fils

Horrible costumer service. Requested mail to be held a month in advance and still shipped my mail and lost all of my mail
