Worst Usps ever. I had never had problems in a post office, but today I arrived at this place with my appointment notification to process the passport and one of the people at the front desk, when I told him that I was there for my appointment, he replied: how? today? here? didn't they call you? the passports girl is not here. ??? then he asked me to wait to the side and she told me that someone was going to I had never had problems in a post office, but today I arrived at this place with my appointment notification to process the passport and one of the people at the desk, when I told him that I was there for my appointment, he replied: how? today? here? didn't they call her? the girl with the passports is not here. ??? then he asked me to wait to the side and he told me that someone was going to come out and help me. 20 minutes passed and no one came out. I know that anyone has problems and can miss the job, but there must be someone to replace them, and above all there should be better service for us, the customers. Finally while I was waiting I had to set up another appointment in another location of course.

This is easily the best post office I’ve been too. As a small business owner, I have a lot of incoming and outgoing mail so there’s bound to be issues. Today a package that I desperately needed to make my product wasn’t delivered and was about to be sent back to the sender because I forgot to put my apartment number on my shipping address. So I went to this USPS on Unity Dr. to see if maybe I could pick it up and while it wasn’t there, the lady behind the blue door was as helpful as could be. The whole staff was actually so helpful, efficient and on two separate occasions I was asked how I was doing and if I’d been helped! The customer service was amazing (and yes that is so shocking because every other USPS I’d ever been to, the staff is so bitter)!! Anyway, the lady helping me took down my tracking number and apartment number and I received my package just a few hours later! Great experience with this USPS on Unity Dr. today, it was a lovely change to walk out of the post office in a good mood (even before I’d received my package, but even more so now)!!

I hope the USPS worker that stole my delivery is enjoying my unreplaceable item. Looking forward to the next missing package. My package was marked as delivered on Monday and I went to go check on Wednesday. I live in an apartment complex where the mailboxes are locked behind a gate. It was neither in the mailbox or the leasing office. So 3 things could of happened. 1. The package was put into the wrong mailbox and that resident person kept it. 2. The USPS worker who marked it as delivered kept it. 3. The USPS workers who worked Tuesday or Wednesday saw it sitting there and took it. I made a service request to USPS website and they did follow up with phone calls so I do appreciate that. But otherwise stated there was nothing they could do to help me.

5 attempts to get a passport… First time they said the agent wasn’t in (8/2/23) and I need to reschedule for next week Second time they originally told me to bring 2 forms of identification, they didn’t specify that a social security card doesn’t count as a form of ID Third time their camera was broken so she told me to come in the next day with photos before 1pm Fourth attempt, they said she misquoted and for me to come in before 11, it was noon when they told me this and unfortunately I had work so I couldn’t just come in beforehand let alone not have ANY prior knowledge since the reps here keep telling you important information way too late Fifth attempt, we will see on Monday morning otherwise I will update this review

Bought stamps from this location and tried to add postage to cards before leaving. The stamps would not peel and separate from each other off the sheet due to a manufacturing issue. This resulted in torn stamps when trying to peel one off. I went back inside to exchange and was told no. Manager is dismissive and unhelpful! She said stamps are final sale so no refund. When I asked if I could just get replacement stamps, she said they can only exchange for the exact same product and all of this particular stamp collection had the same defect. Was sent on my way with defective stamps - thanks USPS!!

Do not go here for Passport application. Waited over an hour so making appointment helped no one in line. The lady who was in charge of Passports was frustrated with so many duties she says loudly she never even got lun ch out to whole office and sin ce her attitude was bad, I left and made an appt at Alief Hennington Library and got 100% better service all in 10 minutes with no wait. The address is 11903 Bellaire (@ Kirkwood) and it is new and so nice!! It is huge and part of the new Alief Neighborhood Center. I will stay away from the Unity Post Office - that was a really bad experience.

I came here to mail my passport renewal application. Jordan was so helpful and checked for common mistakes (ensuring the form is signed with black ink, printed on two separate pages, etc). About an hour after I left, I realized that I had never signed the passport itself. Unsure if this could affect my application, I drove back in a panic. Jordan searched for and retrieved my envelope so I could sign my passport. I was so thankful I could have cried. He went above and beyond to ease my worried mind, and maybe even saved my passport application. THANK YOU!

Absolutely horrendous service! Expect to get your federal checks, States IDs and permanent resident cards to be stolen !!! Yup all of the above happened with me and then the supervisor on the floor has the audacity to say, she says and I quote “ your tax dollars don’t pay our salaries “! To the USPS management who should I bill for keeping a separate mailbox ?? Who’s going to cover my expenses since you guys can’t even deliver simple mail in this day and age ! Unbelievable !

I come here because of the quick service and access to the machine where one can buy postage without waiting in line. If ever you need help there is always someone here to help you. I have had problems with some people stealing and rerouting my mail and they are looking into it. A great friendly team of workers I highly recommend the United States postal service to do all your mailing. thanks again for your help and time and I will be there again soon

By far one of the least pleasant post offices in Houston. The employees are outright hostile for no reason, rude to everyone, and barely know how to listen. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a receipt for a drop off but half of the employees are standing around doing nothing while an exceptionally rude male employee with braids yells at customers for being there

I swear some post office worker is stealing my packages.... this is the 2nd time I got a delivered notification and no delivery.... the excuse a couple months ago was someone was breaking into the mailboxes....but, the delivery note said it was put on my front door/porch but my desk is in front of a window that shows the street and my porch. Noone ever came.

SSA colvert is an rude, disgusting and very ill mannered employee I have ever come across. I am not going back to this location again. She needs to control her anger and emotions towards the customer. It doesn’t take much to be nice . She needs extensive training for customer service. Giving a bad name to the location. She is a disgrace to the community.

Ms SHARP helped me out in a huge way today. She helped me intercept a very important package on a Friday when she most definitely did not have to. She is a good supervisor and she most definitely deserves a RAISE and RECOGNITION. I could not leave a review because the zip code I put in kept coming back as incorrect, but thank you Ms Sharp very much.

Recently found out about this location and I'm glad I did! they have shipping supplies for sale, wait time wasn't bad (5 minutes tops) they also have the kiosk available so you can print your labels from sites like eBay as long as you have prepaid QR code ready to go. All and all a good experience when comparing to other USPS stops in the area

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. The package drop off is always broken, multiple times I have come here during off hours unable to drop off any packages. This is the bare minimum expectation for a post office and they fail to meet it every single time. Everyone who works here ought to be ashamed of themselves and embarrassed.

Walked out of here and straight to a UPS store. I’d rather benefit a privatized company and pay more than getting humiliated by an uneducated jungle animals. They would do so well in a 5th world country if such one exists! I just wish one of them staff would make a mistake and walk into one of my stores.

If your wondering why the post office is going bankrupt look no further than this location. It is a looking glass, truly. At any point there is only 1 person at the front regardless of how many people are in line. This morning there was 4 people. I waited in line for an hour. It’s ridiculous.

I was very nervous about going to my appointment for passport renewal after reading all the bad reviews but got there and had the smoothest appointment ever. Oscar was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and we had no wait. All went well. Thank you Oscar for the great service!

Wish I would have read the reviews before making an appointment weeks in advance, changing my schedule to make the appointment time, only to be told the passport lady already left, supervisor excuse was "I don't know... I'm new here." Shut this location down, it's a joke.

They have a self-service inside and a drop off! Line is long if you need help, but that's 90% because the people don't know how to ship a package. You can buy unmarked boxes too but they are over priced so I suggest going elsewhere then coming back

Some of The carrier they don't want to work they just scan the items for return they don't care how much damage can cause !! The customers service just give any answer to late you leave and you surprise second day you page was returned

I don’t receive any of my birthday cards, Father’s Day cards, Christmas cards that family members send to my fiancé & I. I’m really disappointed that MY mail is being stolen from this post office. Please, please stop!!!!

They be stealing people packages and say they deliver it in the mailbox but they never even put anything in the mailbox. So poor mail workers And disgusting. There management need to do something about this …

Missing mail and the staff is very dismissive and unprofessional. Had to report them multiple times for missing mail. And the staff is very disrespectful when it comes to our mail

This post office does not have 24 hr self service. Doors are closed at 6pm. I have to take time off from work or leave early just to check my mail. That is crazy.

Don’t send anything sensitive through this location even certified mail. Bad people are working there and good luck if you try to get help, nobody is in charge.

I had an appointment for my passport at 10.15 AM. I showed up 15 minutes early, as they suggested. At 10.10 AM, I was done. Amiable and helpful staff.

Had an appointment for a passport. They came up with "there's no agent here ,you need to reschedule." smh will be looking for another post office. Smh

I don’t understand why this office has bad reviews, Allen was very helpful and I got out of there in less than 10 minutes. Great and fast service
