Pretty bad, although there are good days. I’ve had to call many times to complain about not receiving mail/our carrier not taking our outgoing. When I present the issue it seems to not be a big deal to them. They usually give you a very short and rude response, as if I am wrong for wondering where our mail is. Lately the response is "your carrier is on vacation, and their sub will deliver it once all other routes are finished." Who gets vacation three days our of every week? And why not make the business route first? We would be getting our mail at the end of the day, but more recently around noon. Always a mystery on who will deliver our mail and when it will arrive. They often deliver others residents’ mail to our box, and we are getting tired of paying for postage to re-sent out mail that does not belong to us due to this reoccurring mistake. Sometimes when I re-send the mail that does not belong to us, it for some reason gets put back in our box and I did not even have a return address on it (laziness???). There have been rare occurrences where we have had packages just a little bit too big to fit in the box, so I would leave a nice note on the box asking to please come pick up outgoing mail at the front, and it would always be ignored. We are on the business route at a small, privately owned company. It isn’t a very time taking task to come to the front to pick something up every now and then. At one point, we were so fed up with complaining every day, we decided to just be kind to our mail carrier. One of my colleagues kindly offered our carrier to come in any time for a cold bottle of water and a chance to cool off inside, knowing how hot it gets in Houston. He rudely said no as he was backing up his vehicle and drove off fast. He actually came close to hitting her as he was backing up. A polite “No thank you” would have sufficed. Anyway, calling the main 1-800 to complain about your local office is more useful, so don’t waste your time trying to complain to Willowplace. Also, many times their phones just ring, and ring, and ring. And don’t believe them if they say they will call back, I am waiting for a call back since 8 this morning just to figure out where our Saturday mail is and why it wasn’t delivered.

I'm not a mail expert. So I came in with an already sealed letter and incorrectly said that I needed first-class mail with tracking. The personnel by the door attempted to hand me a $6 something see-through priority envelope. I knew enough that that wasn't what I needed (the price was higher than what I remember because I've sent this type of mail at other locations for $3 something), so I refused and said that's not what I usually get. The refusal somehow pricked a nerve. Tact and common courtesy left tone and voice. I calmly explained that I'm usually given a green/white sticker with tracking at the other post office. At this point, I still couldn't recall the mail type but later I remember that it was certified mail. The person reasserted that I needed the $6 envelope if I wanted tracking and asked if I wanted signature confirmation also. I answered that I only needed the tracking (still dumbfounded as to why their exchange had gone contentious). In dispute I'm given the green certified mail sticker to which I'm asked what location I usually go to. I said the name of the place and she retorts back, "This is not (said place)." Later on while I'm in line to check out, the same person approached me to further explain the situation to which I said, "I'm just trying to mail something. Why do you have to be..." (interrupts me) "It's because you don't know what you want." As if that's the reason to treat someone condescendingly. I finally pay for it at the counter and it was less than $4. The lady ringing me up was straightforward, patient and much nicer. Next time the former is by the door and queries for their assistance, I'll just pretend I need stamps which the lobby machine offers, mail stuff there and skip the headache.

Ok so where should I start. Let's say the beginning! About a year ago my last check that was mailed from a previous employer was stolen and cashed. How and why is the question when it should have been in my mailbox. Let's jump to January 2020, my Capital One credit cards was stolen and activated and utilized at home depot on 290 and spring cypress, exxon mobile on hwy 290, and other charges. When I called USPS customer service the lady stated that there was nothing that can be done. So when I asked about changing the pad lock on my mailbox she states that my reason to change it doesnt matter and that they wasnt going to change it. So i signed up for informed delivery which is suppose to scan you items before its placed in your mailbox. I notice that on there will be days that some were scanned and most days there weren't any scanned images for me to see which mail is coming. I still haven't received my replacement credit cards after 2 attempts. Last week I got two emails stating that I have 12 mailed letters that should be arriving that day and I never got them ans it doing on 8 days now. But they crazy thing is I got yesterdays mail and that one letter was scanned. I also noticed that some of the images showed that a sticker to return back to sender was placed on my letters even though it had my CORRECT address. I have called and submitted numerous of complaints because I feel like this is someone from this particular location that is stealing mail. And i cant wait for the police to find out who it is because a police report has been filed.

Unfortunately this is the post office that's in our neighborhood who delivers packages. I have placed an online order for a product and the retailer had promptly shipped the package through USPS. I tracked the package and the status shows it was delivered on Saturday. That evening I went to check my mailbox to get the package, surprisingly there is no sign of package or delivery note to whom it was delivered. I contacted the apartment office to see if it was given in the office. They have assured they didn't receive any packages. I waited all Sunday and contacted USPS on Monday. They have asked me to come back on Tuesday morning to talk to the carrier. Also I have asked my apartment office staff to check with carrier on Monday. When they spoke to the mail men he don't recall anything about particular package whether it's delivered or not delivered as he delivers many packages through out the day. As the status shows it as delivered there is nothing much they can do. I got the same answer from the carrier when I spoke on Tuesday morning but he said he would check the lockers and see if he forgot to place the key in the mail box. Surprisingly he did take his time and checked out for the package and placed the key in my mailbox. Yay finally I got my package on Wednesday. I wonder what would have happened if I didn't follow up with them immediately.. But thanks to our route carrier for the extra effort.. As of now I don't know the carrier name but I am gonna update soon with his name. He truly deserves it :)

I used to stop by this location on the rare occasion I shipped something (maybe three or four times a year if that.) Since it's in close proximity to my work I would also mail cards on the fly using one of the postal boxes outside. I mailed my Mom's Mother's Day card and a sympathy card for my ailing Stepfather about two weeks before Mother's Day. Well, they never received their cards because whomever picked up the mail at that box/location likely took them and I have no doubt after seeing these reviews that both cards never left for Virginia (or that mailing box for that matter. I had a $100 gift card for my Mom that was nicely concield in the envelope but what really pisses me off is that they took or trashed a card that I took time to seek out and write something really encouraging to my Stepfather who found out he won't live much longer! Reading these reviews just confirms how horrible this location is but unfortunetely nothing will ever come of it. I wish they would just shut this location down for good because it's only going to get worse based on the lack of discipline, ethics and class at this location. I also get the occasional rude employee (that occurs at many consumer businesses now a days, unfortunately) but many of the folks at this office are just consistently rude and indifferent. It's almost like they're dedicated to it?! Never going back there again. So much for convenience and professional courtesy.

This place has been an utter nightmare for me. Today will. Be the last time I use this post office. If there was less than a 1 star this place earned it. Three weeks ago I mailed a package that got lost right after leaving this facility. I still have not heard anything on it despite it having a tracking number. Since then I have tried three times to buy stamps here. The first time they said to bring in what I wanted to mail before buying stamps. The second time they were closed (Saturday at 10am. Guess they don't open like every other one on the weekend.) The third time was today when I made it in line, right after work, at 440 and stood there until they told a registered nurse still in scrubs and wearing her hospital badges that she would have to fill out special forms to ship four care packages overseas to military and that she would have to come back another day. At that point she was barely holding her emotions together so I helped her take her boxes out to her car. And then they weren't letting people get in line because despite having 10 people in line and me leaving line to help someone. "They were closed". This is a sterling example of what is wrong with every experience the US Postal system has. The amount of selfishness and idiocy I saw today was overwhelming and I would do anything to see these sort of shinanigans fixed.

If I could give no stars I would! This post office is horrible! I mailed my son in Colorado 2 birthday cards in July. I mailed them more than a week before his birthday to make sure that he got them in time. Till this day HE HAS NEVER RECEIVED THEM and we are in October. So I called the US Postal Service to see what could be done. I was told that unless I bought insurance for them then there was nothing that could be done. Why do I have to buy insurance to mail a birthday card??? In my card I had included a heartfelt letter to my son and the other card, that was from his siblings, they wrote the sweetest words to him. Now, he will never read them. How hard is it to get a piece of mail to someone??? Isn't that their whole job??? I think that someone there stole the cards, thinking that there was money in them. I am still so upset about this. So basically the US Postal service can do whatever they want with your mail and there is nothing you can do unless you buy insurance, which is ridiculous!!! That post office of full of lazy and untrustworthy people who don't deserve these well paying jobs. There are so many good, honest, hardworking people that need jobs. Those are the employees the post office needs. I'm just still so furious!!! This post office is a disgrace!

I wish I could give them 0 star. I called to find out how to open my mailbox since they change them, and my old key doesn't work. I called the 1-800 number first since I didn't know who to contact. Waited 3 hours for them to refer me to this place. The lady that answer the phone told me straight up, weren't you here this morning. I am like no I am just contacting you. I give her my address and she goes again someone was here with your address. I ask her politely did you ask for an ID because is just me and my husband that live at my house. She puts me on hold after I ask her. When she comes back on the phone says well your box is the number 15 and your key should work. Again I tell her we tried on all the boxes, key doesn't even go in. In a deteriorating way she say I guess you need to come her then. If you your has to be serve by this post office, good luck. Unfortunately we stuck with them, this is not my first time having problems with them. However, I understand the mail man makes mistakes. I understand they need it to change my box and is USPS fault for not inform their customers. But please treat your customers with respect, specially if they being nice after waiting 3 hrs with your other line.

ATT CUSTOMERS BE AWARE WHEN YOU MAIL YOUR PHONE AT USPS!! If you mailed a phone through the post office take video, picture, information of the address any kind of label or paperwork of the package or pay for your package to be delivered because what's been happening that ATT says they haven't received your old phones or return your phone or that it's broken or empty box and no phone at all which you will pay later on. POSTAL SERVICES says that NEWGESTICS shipping is the one picking up for ATT. I'm not sure who's doing what but somebody here ATT, USPS OR NEWGESTICS EMPLOYEES ARE STEALING THE PHONES OUT OF THEIR BOXES!!! While you get stuck with the bill BE AWARE!! DO NOT TRUST POSTAL SERVICES BECAUSE THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU ANSWERS I wouldn't give no stars at all, worst customer service ever, too slow only one person at the front counter, a long line at pick up window. Front counter and window pick up employees rude they can be. Leave people waiting while they chit chatting in the back. They even get mad when people ring the bell

Wow, so, the dismal reviews for this location are well deserved. This post office lost my parcel (medication for my dogs) and when I called, I spent over an hour on the phone. This was not a helpful hour. This was me calling, being put on hold for 20 minutes at a time, then calling back three times in order to receive a response. I still don't know what happened to my expensive package, and I'm still on hold (when all they need to do is collect my contact information so they can call me back once the carrier has gotten back to them). I've been extremely polite, which is the only reason I think I've gotten ANYTHING from them, and still it's next to nothing and completely useless. You cannot effectively ignore someone just by putting them on hold, especially when that person is out over $100 because of your mistake. If I don't find out what happened to my package, I'll be moving up the chain and seeing who I can contact that can at least refund the value of the package

1st of all the air is NOT WORKING ( with 100 degrees out) the clerk has a fan on her … Did I mention that it’s ONLY 1 clerk working w/the line running out the door. I’ve literally had to wait 30-45 minutes just to have a package scanned for return & to buy 1 stamp. I’ve been to this location before & the service was a little better ( w@ least 2 clerks & air ) I was told they No Longer scan labels off your phone. I had to leave & come back before closing and still had to stand in line YET AGAIN…. I know she most likely was frustrated but being a customer service worker myself I would at Le apologize for the heat as well as. The Long wait( but that just me … and she didn’t smile at all ( again I’m blaming her frustration on the situation she was in ) - the only reason I gave it a “1” She had to take a rest room break ( about 5 minutes & NOONE ELSE CAME IN TO COVER FIR HER.. I mean where is the unity of her your fellow coworkers. This was truly a horrible experience.

I had a bad experience with this office, I just sent a return package to AT&T and it never reached its destination, unfortunately I lost the tracking number and they do not want to be responsible for it, it is unfortunate and traumatic for me because AT&T is charging me 1249 $ where I am not guilty of the loss of the package, USPS should have another option apart from the tracking number of how to locate the packages when the client for some reason misplaces the tracking number, additional when I went to formulate the claim in this office Black woman who is at the entrance receiving the shipments spoke badly to me and was very rude and despotic, they should offer a better service since their job is to serve the public well, however, she basically gave me to understand that they are not responsible for lost packages. I call on the USPS executives to supervise this office and especially this woman who does not know how to do her job.

  • Angelia Jackson

Horrible service! No set postman! I have given numerous notifications that I am constantly receiving mail for people that does not reside at my address. I am continuously bombarded with the issue of other people’s mail even though I have given written notices and well as fill out internal forms provided to me by the post office to give notice postman that the people do live at my address and they postman just simply ignore everything and continue to put the mailings in my box. It’s very nerve wrecking to say the least. I am currently going to speak with the postmaster or end up writing the Postmaster General’s Office! I have never had to deal with such unprofessional issues before. Short handled or not they should have someone paying close attention to my issues but these say some people have jobs but do not want to work

  • Katie Metzner

The lady at the pickup counter who helped me knew what she was doing, actually helped me and was very nice. She listened to my problem and suggested what she thought would help to the best of her ability. The two stars is because my delivery driver won’t deliver my packages, doesn’t actually even attempt to which results in me having to waste gas driving to the post office myself to pick up my package or the senders wasting money have to resend my packages multiple times. I receive supplies for my business and this is preventing me from actually being able to do business. Submitted a call back request and never actually got a call back. Even the lady in the call center said this shouldn’t be happening. Also pick up hours for packages start at 7:30. No air conditioning in long hall way when going to pick up packages.

  • Debbie Bryan

0 STARS!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST POST OFFICE IN THIS AREA!!! EMPLOYEES ARE NICE BUT THEY JUST DON'T CARE IF YOUR PACKAGE GETS TO ITS DESTINATION ON TIME OR AT ALL!!! Packages with prepaid label aren't scanned into the system until the next day! It doesn't seem to matter how early I bring my packages to have them shipped, they aren't scanned until the next day. I have even waited in line to get them scanned immediately but was told there was no guarantee it would happen. (WHAT THE HECK?!) No one answers the delivery door and the drop box is a joke. I was told by the clerk that if I wanted them scanned that day I had to take it to the "door" and give to someone else or put it in the drop box. NO ONE CARES AT THIS LOCATION AND IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE WITH THE UPCOMING HOLIDAY.

  • Dee ‘

This is the worst post office I have ever had any bad experience with , I only been living in the area 4 months and the most important package I ordered got lost ( contact lens ) . I was told for a week that somebody would get back to me then finally after me calling calling I’m told that if my contact lens didn’t have insurance it wouldn’t be filed as a claim because they have no way of figuring out where it went . Well if y’all would’ve did it last week like they said then maybe you should’ve asked the person who did my route not wait a week later when they did about million other routes . That’s $49 on contacts that’s went down the drain cause somebody not doing there job and somebody poorly doing their job . I’ll never order anything that’ll be going thru them again

  • Dimple Shah

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had the privilege of standing in line for nearly an hour only to go to the front and ask about different options for my package (I was not in a rush to have it deliver, I just needed tracking). When I didn't opt for the overnight tracking, I was rudely told "well, I guess if you can't afford it..." That was completely uncalled for and had nothing to do with why I did not choose the more expensive option. The workers at this post office need to keep their opinions to themselves and remember that their salaries are being paid by our tax dollars. I walked out of there and went straight to the FedEx nearby and was in and out within 10 minutes without having to deal with any rude behavior. Avoid this location if you can!!

  • Bambii Brownie

How do I give these people 0 stars. They are useless. I just moved into a residents and for over 23 days I had been receiving no mail and this made no sense because my information given to the sender was always correct. Anyway, I called this location and a sassy woman picked up the phone, gave me attitude and let my problem unsolved. I kept calling for over 2 weeks and finally someone told me that there was a card in my box that I had to fill out saying that my apartment was not vacant. So all this time, my mail was being sent back because USPS and apartment complex could not tell new residents that they had to fill out a vacant card. I am pissed because they couldn't even offer me a refund. Lack of communication is what they are best known for.

  • Party Crasher

This place is better than the one on Walters Road. Not much complications but employees here are out of knowledge because one time I went and I dropped packages which were priority and first class together and then the employee made us separate it or else said they won’t accept. Went the second time and the other employee said just dump the packages together there is no issue. Don’t know why the first time the employee said and made us do that? Time is money and that really wasted a lot of time first dumping the packages and then separating. I know no one will reply back nor the management will take care of anything, just hire employees with knowledge and who treats their customers well!

  • Peter Lee

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I have bought items online, and twice they have been lost. That's $80 worth of merchandise! I'm stuck with them, since they are the shippers in my area code! A part came from overseas, and I had to nag them, multiple days, and several times, before one of them FINALLY went back and actually looked! They dismiss you, and will tell you that it was lost/in transit/got shipped back/shipped to the wrong address/or at another USPS office, and tell you to recheck. They do this to avoid work. I feel that they rarely, actually look for your package. I am polite and nice, but they still don't try and track anything down for you. Customer service is a 1/10. DO NOT GO HERE.

  • Christine

The ladies employed at this postal center are amazingly rude. If you are coming here you need to be extremely tolerant and passive. I am totally shocked that the postal service would allow their representatives to talked to customers in a arrogant and superior way. There were only two of us in line and three ladies working the counter chatting and made us wait til they were done. They don't even try to hide it in fact very open about it as if, "what are you gonna do about it" attitude. So sad this center is so run by trash now. I remember just a few years back you could walk into this center be greeted by well groomed and in proper uniform counter persons times have changed I guess.

  • Saliha Hassan

Came in today to send out a letter and buy some postage. This facility is extremely bare, not many supplies hanging on the wall so if you need packaging supplies and want a big selection, go to another location. The cashier, Krystle who took care of me seemed disinterested in her job and was not really friendly although not outright rude. She was pretty standoffish. I also found it strange that she asked me what was in my card that I was mailing out. I had mentioned that it was a giftcard. This location is pretty close to my house but I would definitely travel elsewhere next time I need to do more than mail a letter because this place is lacking in more ways than one.

  • kevis eastman

My daughter birthday gift was suppose to deliver on 12/3/2014. It was sent Express for a total of 45.00. I arrive at the post office at 5:02 spoke with an agent who stated that I need to come back tomorrow, take it I advised that I really needed that package. The supervisor by the name of Mrs. Long wouldn't even come to the door to speak to me as I requested over 10x, this location is so rude and disrespectful. I have yet to have my packaged delivered. I have called numerous of times and still no answer. something needs to be done about the P.M supervisor and this location asap. It's the holidays and we need better customer service at this location.

  • BadAss Chick

I give ZERO stars if possible. !! I still not received my driver's license in the mail.  This is the 5th time this has happened this year and I have been using a temporary driver's license since March.  All other mail gets delivered to my normally.  We have spoken to the post office and they have no knowledge of any mis-deliveries of mail from DPS addressed to me. Status of license per website says license was mailed DPS said My DL keep send it back to destroy 5th time!!! So unprofessional So un responsibility Keep making mistakes over and over!! Why is terrible happened over and over??? All of this comment I hope you guys improve. God bless you.

  • David Zsigo

Truly terrible post office. In general, I've had good xperiences with the USPS all over the state and the county. This place is different. Going on seven months without access to my mailbox. They changed my mailbox keys six months ago and week after week, month after month they are either unresponsive or lie. Unbelievable that these people carry such an important responsibility with no truth, pride or honesty in their endeavors. Truly shameful in every respect. Stay away and if you are thinking about living or doing business in 77064, the unrelenting incompetence of this place should, unfortunately, be a deterrent. You've been warned!!!

  • Latoya Higgins

I wish I could give this company a negative 0…I recently was going to received 3 Visa prepaid cards in the mail 8-31-22.,, in total of $700 bucks from AT&T… thought my address was wrong so I contacted The company to see if it was sent back bc it wasn’t left at the office today (9-3-22) come to find out the cards was used and I can’t get no help..so I waited outside as mad as I was I approached the mail carrier to ask if he worked a few days ago in a nice tone and he said no so I knew that this company hire individuals that steal other people mail but a police report was made and they will be investigating this issue

  • Andrew Cutlip

This place has seen better days. I'm not sure exactly how long it has been around, but it is very worn out. There is usually a long line of people when the doors open in the morning. They lose our mail at least once a year and when we complain it usually turns up the next day. Sometimes the carrier outright lies - they said they couldn't deliver a package because they couldn't gain access to my front door - even though we have no gate or debris and our driveway and front walk were completely open. If you go inside the service is usually decent, but overall this post office sucks.

  • Katherine

I was trying to send my sister her medicine. She has cancer and has an infection. She's currently working in Ft Worth but had to come to see her doctors at MD Anderson for this infection. When she was released and able to return to work in Ft worth the antibiotics weren't ready, so we assumed I could just mail them to her when they were ready. How do companies ship medicine to other states & patients if not through mail service? Pretty crazy. Actually, come to think of it my mom's medicine is mailed to her. Thursday, Feb 2nd, 1pm middle age AA female at desk.

  • Martha Alicia

I am writing mostly of the people that deliver our mail, several times our mail has been lost, even important documents and never are accountable of their mistakes, actually they make it look like it’s mine or give silly excuses. I have submitted complaints and that too never works out, this time a package worth 45.00 has been displaced and of course you ever got it they won’t return it, it was a gift for my daughter’s graduation, i am so frustrated of how they handle our mail with no responsibility. Who else can help, i believe i did everything i could.

  • Dominique Martin

Lied and said they attempted to deliver my package when I was home all day by the door. I rescheduled a redelivery twice with no redelivery. I was then told that they do not redelivery to apartments after 1 week and 1 day of trying to get in contact with someone there. (Another lie told considering I had a package redelivered a few months ago by the SAME location. The woman I spoke with on the phone was super sweet and professional, the only good experience about this whole thing was speaking with her.

  • Joy Jones-Mitchell

Horrible. Whomever the hood person that helped my husband today was, shes a terrible person. Good grief, we send packages to Guam often and the same way....for some reason thos woman today had some vendetta nitpicking everything abt the box, which is sent the same way every time. People are just horrible these days no compassion, or care. How sad. People shouldn't work in places like this if they can't be reasonable and care for the customer. NEVER coming back to this post office. Thanks a lot!

  • Stephanie Willis

This is probably the worst US post office yet. I continue to have problems related to mail delivery from this location. Several important deliveries have been missed because the carrier refuses to deliver mail. Packages have been marked “delivered” by the carrier, but packages have not been left. There is access to the mailbox, but the carrier 9/10 will notate that there is no access. The manager at this post office is also not extremely helpful, citing that there is nothing that can be done.

  • Simone Mascarenhas

Thieves thieves thieves !!!! they stole my laptops and then waited for 2 month before sending an empty package to prevent me from filing a claim. I called multiple times , filed multiple claims and still no resolution. the whole entity is rigged . I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and was extremely understanding during all 20-25 times I had called, but now I know they are all a bunch of liars. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU

  • Bri F

This post office/workers have continually been stealing from my mailbox. I have reported this several times. My packages are constantly being reported as delivered and somehow, they magically disappear. When I spoke to the supervisor, she did not rectify this situation. At this point, I will have to mail my packages and important mail to another address. This is so disheartening. I hate to say, but I think this post office is aiding in mail theft.

  • Nancy Southerland

What a poor excuse of a post office. The Auto-Renewal didn’t work on a PO BOX and instead of offering customer service the postal workers offered attitude and belligerence. Instead of trying to figure out what happened. ALL THREE of the women behind the counter caught attitude and even made snarky remarks. Danielle and the snarky trap on the end are dreadful. They don’t care about their job. Clearly they are just warm bodies with a stamp.

  • Mac Franklin (Mashmacster)

The laziest mail people I have ever encountered. I didn’t realize that they do not have working legs and HAVE to stay in their vehicles, unlike the rest of the usps system who walks the mail route or ANY other delivery service. So long as the mailbox is in good condition and not directly blocked there should not be issues. Cars that aren’t even ours half the time parked 10 feet from the mailbox is not an issue.

  • Porsha Robertson

I dislike going to the post office for anything! I feel a negative vibe every time I walk into this location. I came to send some items certified and I stood up forever and the two ladies had no one in front of them and they had their head down "working" on some mail. Not one of them spoke and said we will be with you in a moment. They look like they were upset and mad. NO customer service at all!!!

  • Michael Benningfield

Constantly late on delivering packages, I have one that has been 'out for delivery' since 8/5/15. At the time of writing this review, I tried to contact the post office, but no response from the local branch or the main customer service number. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Note: The guy who delivers the mail to my complex is a nice guy, not his fault, it's the facilities fault.

Sage was extremely rude, tapping her fingers on the desk to get customer attention instead of of using her words. having an attitude and sarcasm. laughed about situation like she doesn't care. she was like "u want me to call my supervisor" she doesn't care. which I'm sure supervisor will be on her side because they all look miserable when u walk in like they hate their job.

  • Cody Gray

If I could do 0 stars I would. These people leave the phone off the hook so they don't have to take calls. They cancelled my mail forwarding without notice and I'm missing months worth of mail. I've had packages never show up, most are at least 10 days late. Ive reported them to the inspector general for the post office. Everyone there should be fired.

  • Christina Zhao

pretty passive employees here- went there early in the morning and no one was there and yet they wouldn’t scan in my prepaid package- made me stick it in the drop off box. I understand it’s busy and hard to work at the post office right now but it was empty and could have been done quickly :( and it takes them a whole day to get through the drop off

  • Lent Garcia

I don't normally do reviews, but the people that work the counter are the rudest, unhelpful and laziness people I've ever come across at a USPS. They don't do anything, the don't put labels on, the don't tape, they don't even pick up the box to put it on the scale, they make you do everything. Do not come here if your expecting nice service.

  • Eric Martinez

They claimed to deliver my package to my front door. I have a ring camera at my door and it shows that they NEVER came to my address. I never got my package. They either sent it to wrong address or stole my package. They won't help me. I wasted my money. Thanks. 0 stars is not an option or I wouldn't rate them 1 star.

  • American Mallow

My leagal documents they delivered on wrong address. And they ddnt recover my passport and Irs sue me for not paying tax. Bcz I mailed through them. And I insured the mail but they are not helping to recover. I don’t know what to do am not going to use Usps anymore in my life Bcz it’s irresponsible people

  • Natalie Walder

The lady who assisted me was so patient and kind, I wish I remembered her name. She helped me ship a package pointing out what to grab from the merchandise area and come back to her without waiting in line. It's strange that this place has a 1.7-1.8 rating. Hopefully their ratings will improve.

  • D'dry Ramirez

The worse customer service Melissa Coronado has the most unprofessional service!! I mean if you working at a USPS at this point you should always have the best attitude! No wonder this location has 1.5 rating !! I’m not sure why corporate has checked was the issue!!! Do better !

  • yosha nance

They don’t answer the phone. Packages get stolen and they don’t rectify it. They might as well not have a direct number if they aren’t going to answer it. I have no idea where my package is and can’t nobody give me an answer either. Unprofessionalism is at an all time high!

  • Ryan “Magoo” Chiasson

Thieves. Accidently dropped off a UPS package with other USPS packages. After realizing mistake, returned to retrieve package. Was told the package would/was placed in a bin that UPS picks up almost daily. Package was never scanned/picked up. $400 of items gone.

  • Joseph K

If you are doing business, do not use this location. they hold your packages for couple of days for no reason. I drive 6-7 miles to other post offices and they send my pacakges same day to Houston distribution center to leave the Houston to its destination.

  • Cambry

I sale stuff on Mercari so this is what’s keeping me waiting on my money. I dropped off two packages there on Tuesday and it’s almost been a week and I’m still eating on the packages tracking to update. I dropped off one off here before and it’s was fine.

  • Tay Allen

Very rude postal employees Sade was rude and nasty to every customer she stop in the middle of helping a guest to go to the restroom. When servicing me didnt asked what shipping i preferred just ground shipped and said the date would be on my receipt

  • lberei4

I had a package coming with tracking and garunteed delivery. Tracking said it made it on the truck and was out for delivery. A week later it never arrived and is lost. This has happened a few times in the past 7 months. I can only assume an

  • Mint

There's one lady who'll ask you to sign the back of your credit card. No other lady there does that and no other post office or store in the world asks you that. For her, showing your identity (drivers license) doesn't work. She'll refuse

  • Malcolm

I thought stealing people mail is a crime.... I'm waiting on a birthday card from my sister in Louisiana... She mail it off at the end of November I still haven't received it.... I had to replace my credit card never received it Mail lady

  • Ms. Mohammed

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. I Sent a package off December 18, 2018. And it’s now January 22, 2019. The package is still sittin in Chicago (customs) for whatever reason. When I came in to inquiry about my package the lady told me that it WAS

  • Majd Aqel

If I could give negative stars I would, after having my package on site and refusing to give it to me due to “incorrect shipping label” they sent my package for to a distribution center where it was lost, spoke to all 3 managers to have

  • J. Tran

Nothing amusing or exciting about coming here and standing in a short line for about 15-30 mins until you get called on by a miserable clerk. Love spending my free time here being miserable with them when I have packages to send out! So

  • timothy carey

absolutely to worse customer service I have ever experienced. I call and call and call and once in 10 try's I will get someone who says let me transfer you and they hang up. When tracking two packages that were from the USPS, I was told

  • v32finish

I can only speak for my own experience, but the lady who helped me today was extremely polite and helpful, not rude at all, and put my mind at ease. Quick and courteous. I almost docked 1 star because the guy who helped me last time was

  • Lennette Wagner

I have never had an issue with this facility prior to moving to a brand new subdivision. Apparently since it is not recognized they just saw it upon themselves to deliver my package to another subdivision and since they are centralized

  • Melinda Lara

Watch out for Rambo at thos location monitoring parking. Since when can you not park at the post office for a few minutes. Horrible customers service. Find another location to use. Better yet amazon for the best service. USPS is over.

  • b c

First, they never answer the phone and it doesn't go to voicemail. It just eventually hangs up. Second, I had a package that supposed to be forwarded from an old address (recently moved) and it was delivered the old address. They

  • Robert pruett

I've had two packages had express mode same day shipping The first one the post office that's a zip code wrong The second one the address was right but they sent the wrong damn place they should have known where to put that thing

  • Nobody Cares

I go to this location every week to send out packages. There are times I have to wait in line but the line is moving quickly. They have 2 or 3 clerks in the front helping the customers. The clerks are very courteous.

  • Xochitl Rodriguez

No internet service at this location for a few days… what is going on at this location. Basically this location for now is inoperable. How long is it going to take for it it be up and running. Getting bad to worse.

  • Patricia Westerdahl

Customers BEWARE!! This Post Office is the WORST! Phone hold time is up to 2 hours IF they answer. No professionalism or kindness. Missing packages, no one helps, no one cares. Supervisor doesn’t respond

  • Jackson Martin

I don’t typically throw around terms like “Thieves” and “Sleeziness” unless I have plenty of firsthand knowledge of such! Save yourself headaches and money— just avoid this “post office” all together.

  • Mark Brown

There are thieves working here. I have had 5 packages in the past year "mysteriously" be accepted at this post office, then to never arrive. I have the tracking numbers for proof. Straight up thieves!

  • tianao wang

I don't know why they discontinued the parcel dorp box, no one has fixed it since it broke a few months ago, is it hard to fix? It would save me a lot of time if I could use a drop box

  • HTX89

Worst post office by far!!!!! This location definitely needs a visit from their superiors, is ridiculous how slow relaxed paced they work here. Again WORST POST OFFICE IN THE AREA!

  • Bianca

Don’t own a business and utilize the package pickup service. Your package will never be picked up. You will lose business. They won’t answer the phone after calling multiple times

  • V Kelly

Wow, tried to drop off a small prepaid package and couldn’t do it. No one working the counter and parcel drop off bin was locked! Had to go to Ace just to mail it. …

  • Aaron

Overall it was a good experience. I received good customer service, and they helped me resolve the issue I was having with my neighborhood cluster mailbox quickly.

  • Melissa Austin

Why is the parcel drop always locked?!?! So aggravating. I shouldn’t have to wait at the window or in line. Unlock the parcel drop. That’s why it’s there!!!!

  • Amber m

Only giving them 2 because they were nice. However, they wont re-deliver your package, and they will ship it back to sender before your time is up.

  • Terree LeDee

They say they close at 5 but it's more like 4:30. I told them it wasn't 5 yet and the guy said well, the ladies told me to lock the doors.

  • ulysse prejean

Lazy delivery driver never delivers my packages probably cause I live upstairs so sad

  • Rey M

Straight trash , lock doors 5-10 minutes early every day

  • P Harness

Don't trespass on Government property. Read the signs!

  • Rita Zhang

I will rate them 0/5 for their attitude.
