Today January 9th I went to check on a lost package. I was helped by Lisa, I asked her that I needed to speak to a manager. She made an unhappy yester with her eyes and with a bad attitude and said " just go aside and wait,".....so I waited for about 25 min and no one would come out. I asked then, another associated who asked me, "did she (lisa) wribg the manager bell? We both realized Lisa never called a manager... manager came out right after the other associate called to come to my help. Manager Jovanna was very professional and helpful. Lisa on the other hand, didn't care and never called for a manager to help me with my lost package. People like her should Not be employed Mt our USPO. She has a desire to help . She also needs to treat everyone equally and vias. Because the second d customer after myself she w as being nice which makes me believe, she didn't treat me vias. Shame if she is not corrected in how to deal with different types of ethnicities. I went to mail my TAXES. i was helped by Kenetth. After he greeted me, he proceeded by asking me something WAY TOO FAST. I asked him if he could please rephrase it because he spoke too fast and I couldn't hear what he was telling me. He said it again TOO fast and his voice tone was too low for me to hear. I asked him for the second time. He again repeated as he was ranning a marathon and only one customer was there besides me so he had time to SLOWDOWN. I finally hear he said something about "perishables" as he pointed to the creen. I am almost blind and I asked him again , which one for No perishables or not , again he didnt speak loud enough. I finally pressed whatever. I asked about his name he refused to tell me. I asked again then he said something like Kenneth, but I am not sure exactly what his name was. He was short heavy set dark black hair and skin. I am writing this because as a government employed and a customer service he need to provide the best customer service. He have to communicate effectively the post office rules, regulations and mailing options. If he can't do that then it is pointless as an employee of the USA POST OFFICE. USA POST OFFICE SHOULD ENSURE THE PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR EVERYONE.

Absolute worst Post Office in the valley. As someone who visits post offices quite regularly, I witnessed something very unfortunate and unprofessional yesterday at this post office. The clerk began helping a young lady that didn’t not have a pen or a label ( probably because there were none in this place, I needed one too.) she quickly filled out the info but in the midst of her doing that, the associate next to the clerk began yelling at this young lady. He was very impolite and unprofessional. The young woman expressed her frustration but this young man proceeded to yell at her, telling her she needed to move so they could help the next guest...she was explaining she was done but the guy didn’t want to hear it. He took what I saw as All of his anger out on this young lady, who had probably just waited in the same line I had ended up being in for a total 40 mins. The actual clerk helping this young lady said absolutely nothing and walked away and disappeared for a good 5 mins, while this young lady and the line waited even more... Overall I believe this situation was handled so poorly and unprofessionally and could have been avoided all together. As a bystander I can tell you, this is horrible behavior from a government worker.

I receive an email from USPS daily showing the mail expected to arrive. Beginning March 28th I stopped receiving mail. I've visited this location the last 4 days, I can't speak to the supervisors "Ramon" or "Ryan Ault" ,they refuse to come out from the back. I'm told to leave my number, they'll "Call" me. I found out today that without me placing a "Hold" or "Mail Forwarding ", the mail carrier took it upon himself to place my address as "Vacant" (it's for sale) I STILL LIVE THERE. The clerk returned from the back and gave me some mail she said she found in the trash. In my dealings with these USPS employees I've found them to be the epitome of bureaucratic, complacent and apathetic drones, they appear to hate their jobs and hate the public even more. It has been an exercise in futility trying to find out where my mail is. So I'm reporting it to the Postal Inspector as stolen.

Today I had an important letter to send out to my medical insurance that had a due date. I sent my husband to go in and expedite it so it can arrive on time and be able to track it to be sure it arrives & on time I wish my husband got his name but anyway the guy that attended him denied to have it expedited. My husband was going to pay for it and the clerk didn’t want to and said he’s going to send it normal like if we drop it off in a mailbox he said he has 3,000 important letters to be sent and this ones not important and that it will arrive on time even after he told him it was important . Like the tf he know if it’s important or not that shouldn’t matter if it’s a service we’re paying for. I will go back just to get his name if i find out my letter didn’t arrive on time. First and last time going for service to this location.

The absolute worst customer service. KENNETH makes me feel extremely uncomfortable every time I walk in there. I had over 10 items so I knew I had to get in line after the 10th item. I had saved my spot in line and when I noticed he was just about To finish the 10th item, I asked if he can just submit the next two since there was nobody else in line and he said yes. GREAT. By the time he finished the last item, 2 other customers walked in so he changed his mind And gave me my total. I had reminded him that he agreed to complete my order and he so happy said “there is a line now” and made me get back in line. It’s like he enjoys making people suffer. I don’t understand why people stay in positions they are so clearly miserable in. I will not be returning to this location.

I go here 3 times a week to drop off my packages. Let me start by saying that this review is based on a single person. The young girl with glasses. I don't have a problem with anyone else and they are mostly very nice. But everytime i go there and she is there she has a problem with me and my fiance. Doesn't want to help us. Always has something to say to us regarding how we are doing it all wrong. Tells me to go to a different post office. Doesn't want us to take the free boxes and is just generally impolite and lazy. The manager, supervisor, and most of the people behind the desk are great. But that woman. Just hates us for no reason.

As a reseller I come to this post office at least once a day. Well even though i live a 10 minute walk away, I'll be taking a 10 minute drive anywhere else. Last month they lost a package, yesterday they lost 2!!!!!!!!!! I don't even know how I can drop off 6 items at the same time and only 4 start tracking? Not to mention the employee both was the definition of useless. You would see his face under that word.

The postal workers at this location are helpful and polite. The line is long, but goes quickly. Im there 2-3 times a wk. Its a regular post office with usual in and out traffic. At least theres parking. These postal workers are dealing w/ alot of issues all at once w/ each person. I cant believe they are still friendly and smiling. Just know when you plan to go that it might take 10-15 min. Longer... or not.

Paul was very rude. He acted like he didn’t hear me when I said excuse me very politely. I proceed to ask if a box of Usps padded envelope be given. He told me I have to order online. I understand Bc I order all the time. But I have a lot of packages to go out and urgent need. He gave me five when I asked if he could spare any. He attitude is so plain. He should not be in the front with customers.

Post office lost my package, didn't want to take any responsibility, I had to pay for the item either way, they accepted it was their fault, Nick worst supervisor. I called him many times and all he would say is I have to speak with my manager and give you a call back, he never called me back, rude person, avoid this post office ! Especially speaking with nick if you need something resolved !

I dislike complaining but Lisa at this office is extremely rude. I needed help getting my passport for the first time and she "couldn't help me" although the passport site list the post office as a first time/renewal passport site. I had to leave before I became irate. Please be better than this. Your job is to help and service people respectfully and not as if we are a burden to you.

If could give a negative 1 i’ll do it. Whoever is Clerk 28 on 4/18/22 at 10:24 am who declined to give her name is super rude and talks like she’s rapping. English is not my first language so I don’t understand whatever she was mumbling under her breath. She was not even working more than an hour yet, yet she seemed stressed and overworked. No compassion to the customers.

I moved to the area almost two years ago. I have online orders that I need to take here often during the week and at various times of day. Around the holidays, I'm busy sending large amounts of cards and packages to family and friends. Staff has always been polite and helpful with everything I've needed done. I've never had a package lost or damaged either.

All the negative reviews genuinely had me scared to go to the post office. I'm glad I didn't let them deter me. When I walked in, it was quiet. The two clerks who were working were polite and professional. I had to send out a letter certified mail. I was in and out of there in less than ten minutes. They're patient, proficient, and efficient.

This post office just saved a stray Christmas present for me. The address was written wrong on the label making it undeliverable (user error on my or the shippers fault). After reaching out to the post office for help, they held the mail and worked with me to get it picked up. I am so grateful for their competency and consideration.

Lol maybe I got lucky but I have been here more than once and service was great. They were patient and good at recommending what I needed based on what I was trying mail. Also it's usually not too busy and it goes fairly quick when there is a line. There are two post office pretty close to each other so maybe that's why.

Nothing against the workers inside, this has to do with package delivery, im sitting by my window and i get a notification that recipient isnt home for signature.....really?, im by the door . How lazy can you guys get. I work nights handling thousands of boxes and you cant handle your daytime well rested delivery job.

This is one of the worst PO one can ever deal with. ALWAYS a long lines, no one around to answer a simple question, absolute absence of common knowledge in procedures and things they do. Lost numeral of registered mail by this PO. Phone NEVER get picked up by anyone and if you have any postal related issue, good luck.

Lost mail, packages labeled as delivered that by time stamp we should have seen because we were in front yard at time of "delivery." I drive things to Woodland Hills PO and rented a private mail box for delivery at a franchise mail place. Post office needs MAJOR overhaul--- almost useless as is.

Went in there just to grab a box to ship something and the older woman behind the counter was being so nosey and treating me like im going to steal something. Incredibly rude, I didnt ask for help i knew what i was wanting but ill go somewhere else where im not being treated like this

The lines are way to long. This one employee who takes down the flag didn't even answer my question about why are the big blue boxes have signs that say don't use. Every time I go in something is broken like the stamp machine or the blue box. They need usps clear tape in stock.

If there was a zero star I would give them. When I went there two lady were talking for like 5 minutes we were staying in line finally they start the work and one of them were very rude to customers without any reason.

Some of their postman don't know what they are doing . They put packages incorrectly in different mail boxes. Today they left the whole complex mail box case unlock now I'm missing a package.

Why is the lobby where the p.o. Boxes are locked at 6:55 am? They don't have a lobby hours sign anymore, nor an explanation of why I can't access my p.o. Box 24 hrs a day. Very unhelpful!

Went on 8/7/2023. Perhaps I got lucky. There was parking and the line inside was short. There were 3 workers at the time. Pleasant interactions. Nice location. No problems
