    "April 16 so usps has sent back a package back to sender they dint even re deliver like I requested this is the 3rd time they do this and I call here no one answered me they just send you to customer service not to the actual usps store here So I see this place has so many bad reviews and I question that I’ve been here like 5 times and every time is good they clerks are polite and fast one time I went and there were like 15 people on line I waited and it went really fast I’ve been to the one on 161 that one time is bad like always packed but slow so I like more coming to this usps also the clerks are helpful at least on my experience I’m guessing sometimes people are very un patient or just want things down in seconds other than that this place to me is fast and always has 2-3 clerks so good"

Horrible customer service. After waiting on the line for over 20 minutes because of the 2 working windows, only one employee was taking customers. I get to the window with my taped and sealed box for mailing out only for the female worker in the window to tell me the new policy is that I must buy the USPS roll of tape for $3.99 because my package was sealed with one side of blue duck tape. She states she did not have tape with her behind the window and I had to buy the roll of tape. I asked “I have to buy the whole roll for one side?” She’s states “Policy is that she cannot take my package as it was because one side had clear tape and the other had blue tape” End result, she didn’t mail my package and I left. That’s ridiculous to me. I’ve been to many post offices and never had this issue with packages never taped and sealed either. I don’t recommend going to this post office.

Many will find my rate review too controversial, since this location is overwhelm with negative comments and reviews. Before I share my opinion let me just confirm that I don’t work here, nor do I have any sort of association with the staff, and I’m will not be speaking in the behave of anyone.I’m just a regular citizen that rent a PO Box. With that being said, let me Give you my personal experience dealing with this location specially . For the most part I have receive great customer service, and to be specific from an employee name Steve. Once the staff get familiar with your face you must believe that they will deliver an atmosphere of familiarity. Best regards

Worse experience i had ever had! This muslim cashier saw that i took the wrong box! She shouted to me that I can’t use that box i have to buy a regulator box. I came to the front to buy a box to put my items to mail out. She refused to sell the box to me told me i had to wait on line with the nastiest attitude. Then Someone came and asked the same favor and she sold the box to her. I had to wait in the long line to order the box where i could have paid for the box, packed it and joined the line. When i got up to the front i said that was the same exact thing i asked you to do. She rolled her eyes at me. Ridiculous service today thats the worse.

I went there today to pick up a package, the people at this location is not even organized. I was standing on a line to pick my package up, that the mail man never delivered. The sad part about the situation, is that a woman passed out close to the door and nobody assisted her. It was hot day today, and when I went in the post office to pickup my package, there was nobody on the package pickup line. The post office should have two lines, one for package pickup and one for mailing package. They are very disorganized and staff needs to learn how to work better with the public.

This post office has failed to deliver my packages several times and say they "attempted" to deliver them, but I have been home and they don't even bother to leave a delivery notice. This is the worst of them old. I have even rescheduled deliveries, have gotten confirmation notices and still fail to deliver my packages. I have called to speak to people at the location and call center and not only do you wait on hold for over 30 minutes, they are nasty and rude, and can't even help you with your issue.... I say it again, the worst location of them all.

The worst customer service, they don’t care about your package, I was expecting my package and they didn’t knock the door or something and marked it as undeliverable as addressed, and 20 minutes later marked as delivered left with individual and now I don’t know where’s my package at.. nobody knows, I really dont know the way they work but fr people if you have another choice beside USPS, just choose it because USPS only have lazy ass people working there, that only want easy money and aren’t aware how to provide and excellent service. Disappointed

I was expecting a package yesterday and I had checked the tracking site they said “incomplete address” which didn’t make sense because I double checked the adress I put and it was 100% complete they didn’t even write attempted delievery. I’m gonna try to call tomorrow and see what they can do but I don’t think it’s gonna be much because they are VERY rude over the phone. My guess would be since it was Memorial Day they were just trying to get off work but that’s no excuse to not deliver my package and send it back to the sender ‍♀️.

So initially I had a issue with a package and said delivered but was not so Monday I went directly to a manager and they began looking for it Tuesday it was I want to say thank you to the supervisor that helped me locate and deliver my package he was at the 4 window blue shirt bald guy very polite thank you so much I really appreciate the way way you handled everything and got my package to me my mail carrier as well I know from the supervisor you was not the 1 that initially scanned the package but thank you for getting it to me

Mr wu (supervisor/manager) was very unprofessional you could tell that he was annoyed by my request (package not found) I had a package scheduled to be delivered on May 5 on May 6. The tracking number online stated that the address needed to be verified because it was incomplete I called and the representative over the phone suggested I will personally to my local post office were the package should be at, took two trips to the post office package was not found. Still waiting on a response And today is May 9.

My package was supposed to be redelivered today, which they claim they tried at 8am. I was home and I was up. I too am a postal worker so I know for a fact they just scanned the package attempted this morning! whom ever was doing morning packages would have needed the keys for my building! After calling all day and getting no answer, someone finally picked up the phone and hung up! Positions have been posted for this station and no one wants to work at this location! I WONDER WHY

I would give it 4 starts but the lines are really long also the workers aren't that respectful at all they always have an attitude even when you try to be nice. They dont take care of your packages and one time when I went to pick up my package it was opened and ripped I asked to speak to them manager but they said he doesnt want to talk. I felt very disrespected, but if they were to fix their attitude problem and work ethic everyone that goes there commonly would be happy.

Laziest workers ever in my opinion, I lost count of how many times I've seriously heard their classic excuse of "Oh they knocked your door but you never answered" when I have literally stayed sitting down in the building's hallway waiting for packages just to never even see anyone attempting to deliver a package. I have also had a ton of things ruined because they love to bend packages to fit them into tiny mailboxes instead of them actually attempting to knock on a door.

Horrible services of them. I called customer service for a redelevery because they never deliver my item. They processed a redeliver and I still never got my item. They send it back to the seller. What's the point? I called waited to be call back more than an hour. Like this is horrible service. I asked if I could pick up my item and they say no. The only option is to ask for redeliver. This post office always has back srrvice..

I don't understand why the mail is always delivered late to 50 West Mount Eden Ave and the post office is right down the block. Mail reaches the building every day after 5 pm. This is ridiculous. Service has to improve. (2019) Here it is four years (2023) later and I'm still dealing with the same thing. Mail is being delivered late to my building and the post office is three blocks away. I'm so sick of this terrible service.

So, publicly available information states that the location closes at 5 pm on Fridays. I assume this means the drop off and pickup windows are both open until 5. Today I made the effort, in this heat, to walk the 1.2 miles from my apartment to pick up a missed delivery. I arrive there at 3:30 pm; a sign at the pickup window says “open tomorrow at 9 am.” Thank you for making me waste my time and energy.

They don't deliver your packages they leave a note downstairs saying attempted delivery. But I'm disabled and never leave my home. They sit in their truck outside scan and drive off. I'm going to file a class action lawsuit against this post office for Americans with disabilities. Ive been going through this for going on 2 decades and many others. This is going to stop one way or the other.

A lot of mail theft has gone on here. It's pretty sad when so many people are out of work that someone fortunate enough to have a job would steal someone else's property. The best way to deal with this and any other problem is to re-route your mail so that this branch has absolutely no mail coming to it. Then maybe the postmaster general will get the hint.

On 9/03/2019 clerk #22 was the person who took care of me. I felt so welcome by her that I want to make this location my point of business. This was I all outstanding service. I was very impressed by her professionalism and positive energy that it changed my whole day. This is what I call to work with passion. Thanks for hiring the best.

This postal office does even deserve one star. I am always having issues with my packages. They always mark my packages delivered in/at mailbox and its not even there. So when i go in the office and try to explain these people in here are so rude you just don’t want to even waste your time arguing with such unhelpful employees

Today I received 2 out of 3 packages and been home all day. I recieved a notification at 7:30pm that delivery attempted and my bell never rang. If you weren't able to make it. How bout you try on the next go round opposed to lying.. Like many people say. They pay for shipping and delivery for a reason.. Just horrible!!

it shows on the web that "No Access to delivery Location". But the mailman men from USPS delivering mail every day having access to 780 concourse vlg west. I am wondering did USPS hired a blind person? or a big lie. Please I am drawing attention to the manager to fire those people who are causing us to suffer.

I give it 5 star cause the pick up window Steve is a GREAT person. I never have problems with him and packages. The others is always something. So when I deal with others, I feel like they don't help they really got me from 0 to 100 real quick.

I would give them less than a star if I could, they don't deliver mail which is their only job. They'll say they attempted a delivery that they didn't and force you to go to the post office to pick up your package in person.
